ABC & XYZ – ANALYSIS OF ASSORTMENT OF ENTERPRISES OF BAKERY INDUSTRIES OF CONSUMER COOPERATIVES
Description
To develop detailed and effective business model of bakery enterprises of consumer cooperation it is necessary to have knowledge on strategic goods displayed on a busy segment of the market, not only in volumetric terms, but in the parameters that characterize the stability of sales or consumption. The particular relevance of this study reveals in modern conditions of functioning. The outcome of the baking enterprises of consumer cooperatives is more than 760 tons per day, distributed between 41 baking enterprise producing more than 300 kinds of products. Of course, the information on quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the strategic positions of the range will be a key in making managerial decisions about the production of the program, resourcing, turnover, etc. To solve the problem we have chosen the method of ABC - and XYZ-analysis of assortment of production, based on the criteria of ease of use and breadth of the resulting information. As a result of the application of the methods of ABC and XYZ-analysis and combining the obtained results, we present a classification of the range of the baking enterprises of consumer cooperation product based on the criteria of the contribution of commodity positions in revenue and stability of sales

The article reveals the basic concepts, purpose and classification of HRM systems used to manage the organization's staff. The analysis of the international and Russian market of HRM-systems and selected alternatives (seven information systems) of this class focused on the Russian practice of large and mediumsized businesses has been performed. The process of implementing an information system involves selecting the system that best suited to the needs of the business. For this purpose, there were developed evaluation criteria of information systems and their importance for the company. This stage of research was conducted through a survey of experts from among the University staff and practitioners. As a result, we have obtained the matrix of evaluations of alternative information systems of HRM and selected class "1C: Salary and personnel management 8". Research demos of the selected HRM system allowed developing a functional model, presented in the form of complex diagrams of cases of modeling language UML 2.0. The developed diagrams clearly reflect the allocated subsystems and their functions, as well as the relationship between the actors of the process and system functions. Summarizing the experience of implementing similar systems, we composed a smartchart showing the main stages of its implementation. The results have practical value and can be used by companies of the considered business segment as specific recommendations

THE MODELING TEMPLATE OF ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE OF PUBLIC CATERING
Description
The article presents results of developing the template architecture for an enterprise of public catering. As a prototype for the template, we have selected the restaurant called Phoenix. The development pattern of architecture was based on the typical features of public catering establishments described in the business model. The main results of the study are: generalized business model, built on the method developed by A. Osterwalder, graphical layout of business processes, implemented in the tool environment, All Fusion Process Modeler (BPWin) and developed models of decomposition of business processes, model business event, the location of the model functions, integration model, models, data architecture, class diagram, application portfolio and technology infrastructure. The architecture of a company of public catering may serve as a template for other businesses whose business model matches the business model of the research object. We have developed a tree of objectives and functions, the model of the enterprise, the data architecture, technology infrastructure and application portfolio are typical for the industry. The results of the study have practical value and can be used by the industry as at the design stage and improvement

The article presents the basic concepts, classification of SCM systems and the field of application of this management technology. The analysis of the international and Russian market SCM-systems, allowed us to choose the five most popular alternative information systems of this class. For the procedure of selection of the information system have been developed criteria, oriented to the demands of corporate integrated structures. For each criterion there was determined a value coefficient. This stage of research was carried out with the involvement of heads of corporate integrated structures, experts in the field of it and scientists of Kuban state agrarian University. As a result of the assessment, we have chosen an information system called "SAP SCM EWM" with the highest number of points. The study of the functional information system was carried out by building a complex chart of precedents (the modeling language UML, tool Microsoft Visual Studio 2012). Generalization of experience of consulting and analytical companies allowed to allocate the main stages of implementation for SCM systems and to develop recommendations for their implementation. The study has practical value for the integrated corporate structures from the standpoint of managerial decision-making of choosing an information system of type SCM and introducing it into their operations

Small businesses play a special role in the development of the state economy: the national budget from taxes, increasing the welfare of the population, the question of employment, the formation of competitive environment, cost containment and improving the quality of goods and services. In this regard, become topical issues related to the creation of favorable conditions for the functioning and development of management tools and mechanisms of development of organizations of this segment of the economy. This work aims to identify the key problems of functioning of small business organizations through the assessment of the development of this segment in the economy of the Krasnodar region. For the evaluation of small business development in the Krasnodar region we used basic unit of economic analysis aimed at determining the major trends of change in number of organizations average number of employees, revenues, as well as a number of relative indicators in the whole segment and by major activities. It was determined that the number of small businesses in the Krasnodar region for three years practically did not change, whereas a decrease in the number of workers employed in this segment, revenue has a small tendency to increase. In the structure of the segment is dominated by micro-enterprises, 47% operate in the trade sector. Indicators of development of small business organizations meet the classification criteria in terms of revenue for microenterprises and their share in total number of companies this segment is 1%. The results of the study say the lack of a clear strategy from small businesses, due to unavailability of tools for its development, expressed the high value of the resource and, as a consequence, ignoring this question when organizing the activities of enterprises. Therefore, the question becomes more urgent the development of tools of business modeling and strategic planning adapted to the requirements of this segment

Description
Small business is an important segment of the economy of the state. However, today, there remains a number of problems in the effective functioning of small business organizations, including the lack of adequate tools for information processing, necessary to justify their development strategy. The article presents a solution to the task of developing functional requirements for an application that automates the process of forming a business model of small business organizations. The set of developed requirements is represented by a set of diagrams "Use Case Diagram", built using the unified modeling language UML. It is shown, that the business model is the main source of data for calculating the efficiency indicators of business ideas, capital investments, incomes and expenses. As a basic approach to the development of the business model, the template proposed by A. Osterwalder was chosen, which was supplemented with the "Competitors analysis" block. Thus, the improved business model template will include the following processes: "Project Value Proposal", "Design Consumer Segments", "Design Sales Channels", "Design Customer Relationship Technologies", "Design Processes", "Design Resources", "Design partners", "Analyze suppliers". Among the blocks of the business model template, the key one ("Distribution channels") is provided, which includes the calculation of revenues and expenditures, performance indicators for each sales channel, and their consolidated representation in the overall business model

The article formulates the concept and developed a notation for representing the organizational structure, allowing designing the organizational links with depth to the operations performed, and taking into account their branching. The main difference between the proposed concept and the notation of hierarchical levels and the composition of the organizational structure is the mandatory allocation of all posts, as well as the division of each link into two spheres: hierarchical structure and process structure (processes, functions, subfunctions, operations). Using the proposed notation, the concept of the application of queuing theory to the evaluation of links in the organizational structure was improved and expanded with application of efficiency models for single- and multichannel systems that were transformed to the average number of operations performed by the employee; average time of operations; the average number of operations that are pending and the average waiting time for operations. For their calculation, models for the intensity of the workflow and the intensity of operations were developed, based on the mathematical modeling of the annual workflow distributed on a working day, and the laboriousness of performing operations, combined into subfunctions, functions, and processes. To calculate the complexity of the operations, indicators were used for the frequency of the operations, subfunctions and functions, as well as an indicator of the duration of operations and the frequency of the execution of the chains of operations, subject to their branching

Description
The article deals with the methodological aspects of developing a design method and a comprehensive assessment of the organizational structures of the corporate integrated structure management system. Corporate integrated structures form a significant segment of the modern economy of the Russian Federation. One of the significant problems of their functioning and development is the creation of an effective management system. An analytical review of existing methods of designing organizational structures showed that today there are no methods adapted to corporate integrated structures that take into account the multilevel management system, the heterogeneity of its elements in development stages, the types of organizational structures used, which determines the relevance of the research topic. As a result of the conducted researches, the article describes the characteristics of modern types of organizational structures, gives recommendations on their use at various stages of the life cycle of organizations that are part of the corporate integrated structure, including depending on the industry specifics. A comparative analysis of the methods of designing organizational structures made it possible to select the basic methods that form the basis of the developed method and formalize its main stages, taking into account the level of the organization's development, factors leading to a management crisis at this level of development, a functional set that triggers development mechanisms, structuring development goals and a functional-structural The model of organizations at all levels of the corporate integrated structures management system. The evaluation stage of the developed alternative variants was proposed to be carried out taking into account a variety of heterogeneous criteria: the degree of centralization and decentralization of management, the speed of information flow, and the level of costs for the implementation of functions and operations. Such an approach will allow taking into account the main problem points that are typical for corporate integrated structures and will allow designing effective organizational structures for all levels of the management system taking into account the emergence principle

Description
The article substantiates the necessity to use factors that trigger development mechanisms and describe risks at various stages of the organization's life cycle in the process of developing organizational structures for such large social and economic systems as corporate integrated structures characterized by the presence of diverse organizations in their structure. A comparative analysis of approaches to the description of the life cycle was conducted, as a result of which it was determined that L. Greiner's model is incomplete (it describes only the stages of development), and I. Adizes' model contains a blurred system of factors. To solve the problems, the model of I. Adizes was chosen as the basic approach and the characteristics of the stages of the life cycle of the organizations are selected. To formalize the factors that trigger the development mechanisms and describe the risks at various stages of the life cycle of organizations, a cognitive analysis and modeling apparatus was chosen and a corresponding methodology was developed. The implementation of the methodology is represented by the example of the first stage of the organization's life cycle ("Courtship"), which resulted in the compilation of a list of factors, their mutual influence on each other, the type of communication, and the cognitive model. Analysis of the cognitive model allowed us to determine the key factor that has the greatest impact on the transition to the next stage of development
