Description
The article shows the possible ways to control the quality of plasma coatings, such as modulation of the electrical parameters of indirect and remote arc plas-ma torch, vibration, thermal and electro-coating pro-cess, etc. Theoretically based on mathematical model-ing and experimental results of the effect of modula-tion of electrical parameters of the plasma deposition and hardening coatings on their quality are listed. We also developed new high-saving technologies and equipment for applying and hardening coatings on in-ner and outer compact surface on flat, cylindrical and shaped the surface of parts of friction pairs

The modeling method of heat extension in a detail in the combined process of plasma spraying coating with electromechanical treating and cooling by water jet is worked out. It is shown, that water cooling essentially decreases detail surface temperature and forms more strong coating thank to reduction of inner strains in the coating
