Description
Production of aviation- chemical works for processing of agricultural objects requires new approaches to their organization, based on the replacement of local technological schemes by the working out of some strategies. The collection of operative information about volumes and forms of contagious of agricultural areas is very important stage in technical connection under creation of strategy.

The problematic caused by necessity of technological and ecological specifications observance under manufacturing of aviation-chemical works which distinctive features are, from one hand - high efficiency, and with another hand – non objective introduction of chemicals with non-observance of guidelines of ecological reliability is presented in the article. The analysis of classical parameters of management quality, determination of basic parameter - accuracy and methods of its effective values achievement allows to configure the structurally functional scheme of the automated control system of the quality, allowing to carry out management on the basis of three-dimensional model of a spreading surface in real scale of time.
