ALGOLOGICAL MONITORING OF VARIOUS TECHNOLOGIES OF MAIZE CROPS PRODUCTION
06.01.01 General agriculture, crop production (agricultural sciences)
Description
The article studies species composition and abundance of soil algae under hybrid Krasnodar 292 AMB cultivated with various technologies. 7 species of cyanobacteria and 11 soil algae were revealed. It was revealed that the highest total amount of algae was observed in variants of environmentally acceptable and intensive technology, which is associated with the positive effect of mineral fertilizers and the consequent application of organic matter on soil algal flora. However, in these variants a decrease was observed both in the number of species and in the abundance of green and yellow-green algae. The species Botrydiopsis arhiza Borzi was absent or found in insignificant amounts. The species composition was less diverse, which can be attributed to the negative effect of the herbicide used in these technologies. The method of tillage had practically no effect on green, yellow-green and diatoms. An increase in the intensity of soil cultivation had a significant negative effect on both the species composition and the number of cyanobacteria

SPECIES COMPOSITION OF ALGOFLORA IN AGROCENOSIS OF KUBAN
Description
Species composition and abundance of soil algal flora were studied in the Central zone of the Krasnodar region on crops of crops cultivated by various technologies. In the algal flora of the studied area, 48 species of soil algae and cyanobacteria from 28 genera and 18 families, 7 classes and 4 divisions were identified. The largest and numerous in number of species are the departments: Cyanophyta and Chlorophyta. Extensive delivery: Oscillatoria, Gloeocapsa. They account for 22 % of the total number of species. A negative effect of herbicides on number and species composition of soil algae was noted. In all variants of their application there was no form of Klebsormidium flaccidum (Kützing). The number of species of Chlorella vulgaris Beyer. was low, Botrydiopsis arhiza Borzi. It is believed that these species of algae can be used as bioindicators. The positive effect of mineral fertilizers and the aftereffect of introducing organic matter on the soil algal flora have been established. In these variants the deleterious effect of herbicides was reduced. According to the calculated regression equations, the applied mineral fertilizers to a greater extent weakened the negative effect of herbicides on the total number of populations than the aftereffect of introduced organics

STUDY OF XENOBIOTICS INFLUENCE ON SOIL ALGAE FLORA
Description
Use of algae as bioindicators on soil pollution by xenobiotics was studied in Krasnodar territory. There was diagnosed the low specific content of soil algae on the territory of a pesticide warehouse. There were presented some species, characteristic for the polluted soils.

STUDY OF SOIL ALGAE AS BIOINDICATORS IN AREAS OF PETROLEUM PRODUCTION
Description
Algae as bioindicators on soil pollution by xenobiotics were studied in Krasnodar region. Explicit alteration of algacenosis was observed on the territory functioning petroleum production site, it testifies the consistent soil pollution. Alga flora of preserve area zone differentiated with high species diversity.

INNOVATIVE RESOURCE-SAVING BIOLOGICAL AND AGRICULTURAL PRACTICES OF GROWING CEREAL CROPS
Description
Modern precision agricultural technologies such as No-Till lead to increasing of pathogens populations in the soil and frequency of application of chemical plant protection products. The production of biological agents directly in the farms, as well as the use of other low-risk agro-practices, among which methods for reducing herbicides from the group of glyphosates, is an effective way to resolve these problems. Such methods can reduce the cost of production and reduce the number of applied plant protection products. The use of the tank mixture Bacillus subtilis + complex aminoamides was very effective in the treatment of wheat seeds. Biological protection against root rot of crops of cereal crops by their treatment with Crocus and Pseudomonas fluorescens tank mixture is also effective. This treatment not only reduces the infection of plants with root rot, but also develops their biometric characteristics, the amount of chlorophyll in plants in the tillering stage. To reduce the likelihood of epiphytoty and epizootic diseases in agrobiocenoses, it is necessary to introduce, in addition to early spring treatment, the application of biological agents’comp-lex: (which can be carried out simultaneously with the addition of glyphosates under the No-Till conditions) Trichoderma viride. In a number of regions of Russia, an innovative method of enhancing the action of glyphosates in this technology has been applied. It is based on the introduction of the drug Crocus glyphosate into the tank mixture, which accelerates the penetration of glyphosate and its transport through the phloem to the root system. In this case, predominantly violated chiquimous (phenolic) exchange. Experiments have shown that the use of this method effective and leads to a change in the concentration of aromatic amino acids (phenylalanine and tyrosine), their number drops sharply compared with the benchmark on the 7th day after the plants are treated with this tank mixture
