Description
In the article, we have given the recommendations for using of the theory developed by us for the synthesis of technical systems (TS) of the process of choice knowledge from the area of knowledge. The developed methodology for the research of the real system (RS) and the synthesis of TS can be used in the development of the scientific direction - the artificial intelligence (AI). Also, for the solution of problems where you want to automate the process of choosing the desired knowledge of specific area of knowledge. The developed theory for obtaining a binary tree of nodes of the system of questions and answers will help synthesize any TS where there is a choice of knowledge of a given area of knowledge. This theory will be developed further with the self-development of TS as part of the AI system

Description
The current state of the industry and high level of development of technologies dictates the requirements to various electromechanical converters of energy and electric drives. Constantly there are new requirements to these types of devices and their characteristics that lead to creation of more and more difficult devices of the electric drive and control systems which example is cascade systems of electric drives. This type of drives solves part of problems of the modern industry. However, creation of such devices requires development of new approaches to design and creation of cascade systems of the electric drive and its components where one of the most complex challenges is determination of parameters of electromagnetic system. In the article, a new approach is given, in finding electromagnetic parameters of components of the operated cascade asynchronous electric drive, proceeding from the applied types of the electric windings distributed in space. This approach is realized at creation of the program complex, which is part of system of automatic design

DEFINITION OF ELECTROMAGNETIC ENERGY AND MOMENT IN THE CASCADE ELECTRIC DRIVE
Description
The problem of calculation of arguments of the controlled cascade electric drive is reviewed. For a basis the electric drive is taken by the designed writers. For definition of the moments the method grounded on electromechanical transforming of energy is proposed. On an example of a present construction the values of currents of a stator and rotor and phase angles of these currents were retrieved. It has allowed to find the energy, accumulated by the device, in the given instant. Utilizing this result, the instantaneous moment was defined. The introduced mathematical model realized as the program in environment Delphi. Inaccuracy for an audit example did not exceed 10-15 %

THE RESEARCH OF THE REAL SYSTEMS OF THE PROCESS OF CHOICE THE KNOWLEDGE FROM THE AREA OF KNOWLEDGE

We have done the research of the possible connections in the real system of the process of choice the knowledge from the area of knowledge. It has been identified dependence the number of the straight con-nections in this system from the number of elements in the system. For this it was used an example to solve a particular scientific problem - the choosing the required method of optimization from the variety of optimization methods. In the real system of the process of choice the knowledge from the area of knowledge have been identified and researched various connections – the straight and reverse connections, the connection of generation and structural connections, the functioning connections. It became evident, as these connections are formed from the straight and reverse connections in the real system. For some connections were obtained quantitative relationships

Description
For a field task, we have shown the analytical solution of the control example by means of which the condi-tions of the correct application of a method of second-ary sources of a field. The numerical decision in the form of Fourier series of the same task, but with use of the method of secondary sources is found. The method of the registration of heterogeneity of the environment which enters secondary sources the way that bring together analytical and numerical solutions is offered
