MATHEMATICAL AND INSTRUMENTAL SUPPORT OF A POST-GRADUATE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS
Description
Education was always an important part of the development of the individual and society, because education is the process of the formation of mind and character. Each level of education currently requires increased attention, since the quality of life of future graduates directly depends on the quality of the provision of educational services. Despite the fact that most of the educational process is formalized by educational standards, regulatory documents and local acts of educational institutions, this area continues to need both automation and the development of various models, methods and techniques, the use of which will greatly optimize the implementation of the educational process. Description
The competitiveness of any company engaged in the wholesale or retail sale of goods and services is substantially determined by the level of quality of the services provided. For the accompanying business of vertically integrated oil companies, the criterion of quality service is not an exception. Currently, cafes and shops at the refueling complex are not only a convenient service for customers, but also a solid source of additional revenues for the largest oil companies, each of which seeks to make the retail network attractive to customers by offering a wide range of goods in stores, ready meals in a cafe, and related services. To satisfy the needs of the client, it is necessary to offer a wide, but rational assortment of goods at the refueling complexes. The claimed goods must always be at the refueling complexes. The lack of goods necessary for the customer on the shelf means the loss of sales and profits, the order and location of goods that are not in demand - the formation of surpluses, returns to the supplier and write-offs. This also affects the overall economic performance of the company. In this regard, the increase of logistics service is one of the priority tasks of the accompanying business of vertically integrated oil companies

MULTI-CRITERIA ANALYSIS OF ALTERNATIVES IN SOLVING HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT PROBLEMS
05.13.10 Management in social and economic systems
Description
Human resources have recently reasonably gained more and more importance. Today, along with material, intellectual, informational and financial resources, they affect the efficiency of enterprises and organizations. Competent assessment of human resources, a clear understanding of means of interaction with staff and developing human potential are the basis for the effective work of both human resources departments and organizations as a whole. The complexity of assessing human resources necessitates the development of a toolkit, the use of which will simplify it and ensure that one receives the most accurate advice and assistance in making management decisions. A promising direction for the implementation of the designated toolkit may be the development of a decision support system, within which, among other things, the possibility of a multi-criteria analysis of alternatives will be available. Due to the fact that there are no methods for multi-criteria analysis of alternatives intended solely for assessing human resources, it is necessary to conduct a thorough analysis, the main purpose of which is to identify the most suitable basis for further adaptation and development. After conducting preliminary studies, the TOPSIS, MAUT, AHP and ELECTRE methods were chosen as the most promising for solving the problem
