Description
Since there are many alternatives to artificial intelligence systems, there is a need of assessment of the quality of mathematical models and systems of artificial intelligence that support these models. This work is aimed at studying and developing standard methods of using the database of UCI repository to assess the quality of mathematical models of systems of artificial intelligence. The aim of this work is the development of methods for assessment of the quality of mathematical models of artificial intelligence systems for the classification of animals by external evidence-based database of the UCI repository. The objectives are: systematization, consolidation and expansion of theoretical and practical knowledge in the discipline of Intellectual information systems and technologies; study of "Eidos" intelligent information system; solving the task with the use of "Eidos" intelligent information systems. The object of research is the "zoo" database of UCI repository. In the first Chapter there is an overview of the theory to the solution of the problem, identification of problems, the original data, tools and metrization scales. In the second Chapter of the work we present the solution of the task. In the conclusion, the results of the work have been made; the conclusions on the achievement of goals and objectives have been given

The article considers prerequisites for the development of complex software and tools for data analysis, modeling, forecasting and management decision making in the management of IT-projects. System of decision support can facilitate the work of heads of enterprises and increase its efficiency. They significantly accelerate the solution of problems in business. In the organization, there is a software complex, which suggests that the transmission of information about incoming orders and deadlines for every Department and information on the implementation of the orders of the head is performed via the software package. Using software system, the client leaves a request for the execution of services. The Manager sends a request to the appropriate Department. Units, in turn, convey information about the status of the application via the software package. The software package provides fast remote bilateral communication in electronic form between the client and Manager and between Manager and the departments. In a company, the head and head of sector perform the coordination of work in implementation of IT projects. However, there are a number of human factors that make people cannot keep track of the timely execution of all requests from subordinates

The article considers the stages of the passage of the project in the organization. Decision support system facilitates the work of heads of enterprises and enhance its effectiveness. The organization has a system of registration applications, which contains the information about the project, its description, the terms of development, the developer (or development team) and stages of this project. Using the software package, the customer leaves the application to provide services. Head sends a request to the appropriate division. Departments, in turn, transmit information about the status of implementation of the application through a software package. The software package enables fast two-way remote communication in electronic form between the customer and the head, and between the director and divisions. The organization coordinating the work on the implementation of IT-projects by the head and the head of the sector. But there are some human factors, through which people can not keep up with the timely implementation of all tasks given by subordinates. Developed DSS helps to save time in monitoring the project development phase, will eliminate the human factor in monitoring the success of the project, and will assist in the decision-making in cases of force majeure. Development of an IT project consists of several stages, each of which has the ability to give interest characteristic of the total time spent on the project. THE STAGE OF COMPLEX SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT FOR REMOTE PROJECT MANAGEMENT

The article is devoted to the gradual development of the complex software development for remote project management, the development of the necessary organizational diagrams, decomposition charts, as well as constraints the design stage. A set of methods and techniques of organization of information processes in production systems allows the selection and the use of an information technology solution for the synthesis of knowledge about the work situation; it is the content of the concept of formation of information resource management for system knowledge-intensive production. Management system of information space in manufacturing organizations is formed in a specific environment, which is characterized as an information resource management system – a system of organization of internal and external flows of information, as well as methods and tools for searching, processing and distribution of information in the organization. At the design stage of the systems during the development of large automated, technology, energy, aerospace, information and other complex complexes experiencing the problems associated with less consideration of the properties and laws of functioning of elements, and more - with a choice of the best structure, optimization of interaction of elements, the definition of optimal modes of their functioning, the influence of the external environment, etc. As we increase the complexity of the system this complex system-wide issues play more significant place
