MATHEMATICAL MODELING OF FINANCIAL PYRAMID SCHEME. PART 1. DEFINITIONS
01.00.00 Physical-mathematical sciences
DescriptionThe article analyzes the various approaches to the mathematical modeling of financial pyramids. It considered “economically rational subject”, game approach and the approach of Dubovsky. In this article, the mathematical models of the unproblematic approaches examined; we also analyzed their characteristics, including the dependence of the lifetime of the pyramid of accrued interest and the number of clients, the maximum possible profit of the founders of the pyramid, etc. This work analyzes the various options of the campaign, including whether the implicit advertising company, which arises from the spread of the financial company clients and rumors about their income

DescriptionThis article continues the works [1,2], devoted to the theoretical study of the basic laws of electroconvection caused by natural or artificial inhomogeneous conductivity of ion-exchange membranes in a smooth rectangular channel electrodialysis desalination unit. For this purpose, a mathematical model was created for a binary electrolyte electroconvection at overlimiting current modes in the form of a boundary value problem for a coupled system of the Nernst-Planck-Poisson and Navier-Stokes equations. We have studied the influence of heterogeneity on the ion-exchange membranes and ion transport electroconvection salt, calculated currentvoltage characteristic. The possibility of intensification of mass transfer due to the surface modification of ion exchange membranes was also shown

DescriptionThis work is a continuation of [1], which was devoted to the investigation of the hydrodynamics of the experimental electrochemical cell with rotating disk cation exchange membrane. This article focuses on the transport of salt ions in a closed cell at different initial experimentation with modes of exact current regimes. The main regularities of transport of salt ions and membrane equal accessible surface were set

08.00.13 Mathematical and instrumental methods of Economics
DescriptionThis article is devoted to rating assessment of the socio-economic situation of the Krasnodar region, presented by such agencies as "RAEKS-Analytics", "Expert RA" and "National Rating Agency". The methodologies used by these agencies were studied and analyzed. A comparison of these methodologies was also conducted. As a result, a number of their shortcomings were identified, including the lack of a complete methodological model in the public domain. Some agencies do not provide links to statistics that are used in the analysis. In the article using the STATISTICA environment, a statistical analysis of data reflecting the level of socio-economic situation of the Krasnodar region is carried out. Based on the work [12], the article created a discriminant model for assessing the socio-economic development of urban districts of the Krasnodar region with a confidence of 85%. The study conducted a cluster, discriminant, classification (decision trees), coefficient (proposed by the authors) based on the data of the Federal State Statistics website for the period from 2009 to 2018 in the city districts: Krasnodar, Anapa, Armavir, Gelendzhik, Goryachiy Klyuch, Novorossiysk Sochi. During the study, analyzes such as cluster and classification trees showed poor results, since they are not able to detect latent nonlinear relationships between the study indicators. Using the constructed discriminant model, we have carried out an analysis of the socio-economic development of urban districts of the Krasnodar region for the period 2009-2018, which allows us to identify the leaders and the outsiders

08.00.13 Mathematical and instrumental methods of Economics
DescriptionThe article discusses the use of machine learning methods and fuzzy production systems for studying the social and economic development of urban districts, areas and settlements of the Krasnodar region. The fundamental patterns and their connection with quantitative and qualitative indicators are considered

Description
This article is a continuation of [1] devoted to the definition of a system of indicators to assess the creditworthiness of Russian regions, obtaining the minimum and the optimal number of clusters for the regions dependent credit index, the construction ofdiscriminant models to assess the creditworthiness of the regions, with the reliability of recognition of 91% and 96%. However, adequate and effective assessment of the state of the region, the model of multivariate statistical analysis is necessary to supplement and use them in conjunction with other models of assessment of the region, such as fuzzy are the production, hybrid systems, neural networks, i.e., create a representative group of methods. Development of fuzzy and fuzzy hybrid (neuro-fuzzy) systems for the credit assessment of regions subject of this article

01.00.00 Physical-mathematical sciences
DescriptionThis article is devoted to the asymptotic analysis of boundary value problem for a system of equations of Nernst-Planck and Poisson for a singularly perturbed system of ordinary differential equations [1], based on two parameters. This boundary value problem simulates electrodiffusion of four kinds of ions at the same time in the diffusion layer in electro-membrane systems with perfectly selective membrane, taling into consideration the reaction of recombination of two ions. Meanwhile the other two ions represent ions of a binary salt. As a simple example, we consider the transport of ions sodium, chlorine, hydrogen and hydroxide, moreover, hydrogen and hydroxyl ions recombine in the diffusion layer. A more complex case is the transfer of the products of dissociation of the dihydrogen phosphate of sodium, namely, ions of sodium and dihydrogen phosphate, the latter dissociate at the interface, in turn, hydrogen ions and hydrogen phosphate. Thus, in the solution can simultaneously store three different types of ions: sodium, hydrogen, phosphate. During the transfer, hydrogen ions and ions of hydrogen phosphate recombine to produce phosphoric acid. The article has revealed the structure of the Nernst diffusion layer at currents above Harkatsa current. It is shown, that in the diffusion layer, there are two types of boundary layers: the inner (reaction) boundary layer and boundary layer at the interface solution / membrane
