Description
The control system of relationship between enterprises and customers (CRM) is one of the important components of an automated enterprise management system. For construction organizations there is a need in CRM architecture, providing linking of basic system objects (documents, artists, clients, events) to the company's projects. The most important trend in the development of such systems is the use of cloud technologies. Using the hybrid cloud technology provides a flexible and controlled access to resources and high availability. Internal accounting systems are implemented in the private sector of a hybrid cloud, CRM and web interfaces are placed in the public section. The implementation of the synchronization data module in the public part of a hybrid cloud over HTTPS ensures the security and confidentiality of the transmission

MODULATED STATOR WINDINGS OF THE MOTOR FOR FAN DRIVES
Description
In poultry industry, animal breeding, greenhouses and vegetable stores a significant amount of fans with asynchronous motors is used to create a microclimate. The fan speed of the fan should be regulated in order to improve the efficiency, so the multispeed motors are used for the fan drives. Line produced two-speed motors with a proportion of the poles number 1:2 have a polar-switched Dahlander stator winding. Two-speed motors with a proportion of the poles number 3:2 and 4:3 have only one stator winding which is poleswitched by the method of amplitude phase shift keying. A drawback of the windings is that they have different energy indicators at different spin rates. In order to create rational diagrams with switching according to the number of poles, which is multiple of three, it is proposed to implement a polyphase MMF modulation of the three-phase winding. As a result of the study, there were procured the stator windings at 4 and 6 poles, which enabled to change the spin speed of the motor in the fan drives without breaking the drive power circuit by the scheme Δ / ΥΥ

OVERVIEW OF TYPES AND METHODS OF INFORMATION SUPPORT AUTOMATION IN THE SYSTEM INTEGRATION SPHERE
Description
System integration, as a kind of information technology, ensures that a range of services aimed at the implementation of integration tasks and divided into several types, including: horizontal, vertical, distributed and core data format. In addition, this type of activity has a number of different implementation methods and occupies a significant share of the IT market, having a great set of tools of the organization, allowing optimizing the performance of the tasks by optimizing the processes of project management and control, performed by various information systems. The lack of industry tools to consolidate the functionality involved in the full cycle of project implementation in the sphere is an important omission, adversely affecting the speed and quality of implementation of tasks. In this regard, there is need for a new approach to the automation of processes, and ensure information activities aimed at the solution of problems on the integration of information systems and their components, from the stage of task definition and ending with a commercial operation stage with further lifecycle support

SUPPLYING THE GREENHOUSES WITH POWER BY THE USE OF ASYNCHRONOUS GENERATORS
Description
Due to the recommendation of the World Health Organization, the standard rate of vegetables consumption for a person per year is 130-150 kg, including up to 15 kg of fresh production during the off-season. To meet these standards in Russia, the construction of greenhouses and greenhouse complexes was sped up. To cultivate the bulk of vegetables in the conditions of protected soil we have mostly used winter greenhouses. At the same time, in terms of the climatic conditions, the main production costs are accounted for energy carriers (up to 60 – 70%). The main consumers of energy in greenhouses are plants’ lighting and creation of the required temperature conditions for plants and soil. Annual increase of rates for energy carriers affects the cost of the greenhouses’ production. To increase the energy efficiency and independence in greenhouse complexes, it is proposed to use installations based on gas reciprocating units (GRU) for the production of two types of energy – electric and thermal. Such installations can run on the natural gas and other types of fuel. The drawback of existing installations is that they are mainly produced abroad or consist of the foreign components. As an alternative, we offer new technical solutions, which were developed and patented in the Russian Federation. What makes these solutions original is that asynchronous generators in the installations are used with various control schemes
