In today's market economy, against the backdrop of globalization, political instability and crisis processes, the issue of attracting foreign investment is strategically important. The Krasnodar region is one of the most attractive regions for investment potential both in the territory of the Southern Federal District and among the regions of the Russian Federation. Moreover, effective investment activity positively influences its socioeconomic development, providing the region with not only financial assets, growth in GRP (Gross Regional Product) rates, but also contributing to the introduction of new technologies, increasing the number of jobs and improving the quality of life of the population
