DescriptionIntroduced grape varieties such as Ancelotti, Bachka, Johanniter, Morava and Solaris which were grown in the conditions of Taman provided production of high yields of grapes with standard conditions of sweetness and acidity of grape juice that were useful for the technical processing of not only tableware, but also for special wines, in particular, dessert. Organoleptic properties of all the studied wine materials from grapes of these varieties were of high quality, which was con-firmed by their tasting evaluation. They are recom-mended for the preparation of organic (bio) wines. The "Biologik" wine in 2012 received a certificate of the high points at the international exhibition in Italy (Rome), and the wine from red grape variety Ancelotti for several years, winning awards from international wine competitions ("Yalta. Gold Griffon", "Gold au-tumn")

BIOTECHNOLOGY – SCIENCE AND SECTOR OF AGRICULTURE
DescriptionThis article presents information about the features of biotechnology as the driving force of scientific and technological progress. The national programs of the leading countries of the world, it is one of the priority sectors, reflecting the level of the socio-economic condition of the society. Biotechnology is now successfully solves such vital tasks as providing food, the establishment of effective medicaments, obtaining fuel based on renewable raw materials, maintaining ecological balance, conservation of biological resources of the Earth. The development of agriculture in modern conditions is impossible without agricultural biotechnology. It is directly related to viticulture. Choosing an object of an integrated system (embryos, apical meristem, axillary buds), it is possible to clone plants, i.e. produce plants identical to the original. If the same as the object to use isolated cells or protoplasts, in this case, there will most likely altered versions, creating diversity for the breeder. Genetic engineering – the science of younger, since the establishment of the first chimeric DNA molecule. The origin of genetic engineering is rooted in the development of molecular genetics, biochemistry. These technologies, undoubtedly progressive, but their biological safety is still insufficiently explored and is a danger to all life on Earth. The leading Western powers carried out strict control over the introduction of transgenic crop plants, as they are in agrocenosis new biological risks that may adversely affect the plants, animals and humans. In Russia, as in other countries, have already adopted the law “State regulation of genetic engineering”

BIOTECHNOLOGY OF IMPROVEMENT AND PRESERVATION OF NATIVE DON GRAPE VARIETIES
06.01.01 General agriculture, crop production (agricultural sciences)
DescriptionThe article presents the results of microclonal reproduction and recovery of native grape varieties, the creation of basic nursery. In addition to the culture of apical meristems, we have developed a chemotherapy using salicylic acid. A method of decontamination of plants from mycoplasma infection has also been developed, which includes the introduction of the antibiotic Cefotaxim in the nutrient environment at a concentration of 50 to 450 mg/L, depending on the degree of infection of plants. Adding to the nutrient medium of the drug Emistim reduces the death of meristems from infection by 3-5 times, improves their differentiation. The use of the drug Melafen helps to improve morphogenesis and quality characteristics of plants. The high survival rate of meristems during adaptation to non-sterile conditions has been noted. Biological testing on herbaceous indicators showed no chronic diseases. Plants after adapting to non-sterile conditions are planted, in the form of vegetative seedlings with a closed rootsystem, on the basic nursery. The survival rate of plants was 70-80%, in some varieties it is higher: 96.4% (Sypun black) - 98.6% (Krestovsky). It has been proved that in vitro clonal microbreeding there is no change at the genetic level even after 8 years of cultivation, which confirms the reliability of the developed technology of reproduction and recovery of native grape varieties in vitro

DescriptionThe polymorphism is the diversity of varieties in ampelografy - the presence simultaneous permanent in the population of two or several phenotypic and genotype differing groups of plants of one variety – i.e. clones. In viticulture the isogenic population is usually called “clone” and variety as the total of clones or forms – i.e. it is heterogenic. Polymorphism of varieties has big practical sense, as varieties-clones have the harmonic complementary adaptive ampelocenosis and higher economical effect for production. In the article the polymorphism of two heterogenic population - the group Pinot and Riesling, which are the best specimen of French and German viticulture is described on the phenotypic level of leaves

AGRO-ECONOMICAL EVALUATION OF CRIMEAN INDIGENOUS GRAPE VARIETIES
06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
DescriptionThe article presents the results of the studies of 11 varieties cultivated in the eastern region of South Coast wine-growing zone of Crimea (planting of "Solnechnaja Dolina ", near Sudak mountain) in the area of their natural growing, where was formed the gene pool of grapes for a long time. As a result, the three-year (2010-2012) study found that the majority of indigenous varieties had small number of fruitbearing shoots in the bush: the varieties with colored berry - 53,3-73,3%, in white-berry - 46,6-75,9% except Shabash variety - 79.9%. We have identified the most productive varieties which were Dzhevat kara (62.2 t / ha), Kokur Beliy (48.9 t / ha), Kapselsky Beliy (44.4 t / ha), and varieties with female type of flower: Kefesiya, Ekim kara, Kock pandas, Sary pandas and Crona gave not high yield: 22.2; 22.2; 24.4; 28.9 and 28.9 t / ha. On the strength of growth, productivity and the accumulation of sugars in the juice of berries, we picked out varieties of Dzhevat kara, Crona, Kapselsky beliy. According to the main economic indicators, it turned out that the most profitable varieties are Dzhevat Kara, Kokur beliy and Kapselsky beliy. Hence, these varieties in conditions of the Crimea have much greater prospect of reproduction and development of production
