Description
The analysis of models is carried out from a definition position for system of optimum control of drilling of basic mathematical model on which calculation of optimum regime parameters is possible. The main equation for management of process of drilling of wells is the mathematical model of mechanical speed of a driving as function from axial load of a chisel, the speed of rotation of a chisel and a consumption of boring solution for cleaning of a well of destroyed breed. Key parameter is axial load of a chisel; graphically dependence of speed of drilling on loading has S appearance - a figurative curve of Bingham which has a convex mathematical extremum. In the article, domestic and foreign models of drilling are considered; their schedules according to skilled data of conducting of wells are constructed. Models are sedate, i.e. reflect only a linear site of a curve of Bingham, data of trade drilling is well approximated with initial and linear sites of curves. Thus, on them it is possible to make only rational management of process, and the optimum mode exists only on border of range of definition of function. Only the A.A. Pogarsky model is suitable for optimum control, having a mathematical maximum and S-shaped form of a curve. All models depend on two parameters of management – load of a chisel and speeds of rotation of a chisel and don't consider the third on influence on drilling speed parameter - a consumption of boring solution. Therefore, Pogarsky's model was finished by inclusion in it in an explicit form of a consumption of boring solution. Check of model by means of the regression analysis of skilled data of drilling from official reports of drilling foremen showed its reliability for 71-99%. Description
The article presents an analysis of the development of agribusiness and agrifood market in the Republic of Adygea. It was found that the reasons for reducing the number of cattle is a drop in demand of the population, the gap in inter-regional relations, the growing disparity of prices for industrial and agricultural production, insufficient state support to agricultural producers. We have shown a reduction in food production, the incomplete development of production and technical capacity of the food industry due to physically and mentally worn out production equipment, lack of working capital for the technical and technological modernization. It is established that the consumer market of the Republic of Adygea is mainly filled with agricultural products and foodstuffs produced by foreign companies, as well as producers of other Russian regions. According to the authors, due to the low level of agricultural prices and limited sales producers annually lose profit on sales. For many households in the region the direct access to the wholesale market is limited, which implies a decrease of efficiency of realization of their products. Price discrimination of dealers and brokers promotes decrease in profit share of agricultural producers in the final retail price of products. It was found that the production of food is unstable and the amount of products is significantly lower than consumption rates. The analysis shows a gradual increase in the volume of food products produced in the Republic of Adygea, except butter, sugar and pasta. Level of consumption for most products exceeds intra production, the deficit is compensated mainly by imports

Description
The possibility of using involute sprockets, more technologically advanced in manufacturing, compared with sprockets with straight, convex-concave profile of the lug on the criterion shock resistance circuit, the maximum permissible speed of the drive sprocket for bush roller chain drives and gears with a toothed chain. The comparative analysis of researches of operation of roller and tooth chain gearings with various steps and types of profiles of sprockets showed that in all cases with increase in a step of a chain the coefficient of speed of blow increases, and the increase in number of lugs at sprockets reduces the speed of blow of the hinge about sprockets tooth. Value of coefficient of speed of blow for couple an evolvent sprockets - a gear chain is much less than value of coefficient of speed of blow for couple a plug-roller chain –sprockets of any profile. Less noise during the work of tooth chain gearings is due to evolvent sprockets. As a result of researches it is established that on kinetic energy of impact of sprockets and the hinge of a chain, sprockets with an evolvent profile can be applied on an equal basis with the sprockets having concave-convex or rectilinear profiles of lugs. Description
This article discusses the approaches to distinguishing the groups of municipalities of the Krasnodar region, which differ significantly in their performance from the others and that can help us to carry out a comparative assessment of the efficiency of use of agricultural lands and to develop appropriate measures to increase it. Use of cluster analysis allows identifying objectively existing, but apparently not expressed patterns that appear in different socio – economic phenomena. As the evidence of cluster features of the assessment of the effectiveness of using agricultural lands we have selected the following indicators: the crop production per 1 ha of farmland, the gross output of livestock per 1 ha of farmland, the proportion of arable land in the structure of agricultural land, the amount of farmland 1 organization. As a result of the clustering, the municipalities of the Krasnodar region consist of five clusters. Each cluster is characterized by its specialization and efficiency of use of agricultural lands. So the enterprises included in the second cluster are the primary producers of agricultural products of the Krasnodar region and use land resources with the greatest efficiency. Thus, the use of cluster analysis allows us to differentiate visually the municipalities of the Krasnodar region in terms of land use

Description
The article contains results of the study of biochemistry of some perspective table grape varieties: Aniuta, Vodograi, Nizina and Jubilee Novocherkasska, yield in 2013 from the Central zone of Krasnodar region. At the time of redy yield the combination of sweetness and acidity of fruits were favorable. The ratio of fructose to glucose was 1.69; 1.36; 2.00; 1.13, respectively, in grapes Aniuta, Vodograi, Nisina, Jubilee Novocherkasska. According to the percentage of fructose in fruit juice varieties Aniuta, Vodograi and Jubilee Novocherkasska close to each other (50.93; 56.14; 51.23%). According to the percentage of glucose similar varieties Aniuta and Nizina (33 - 34.27%), Vodograi and Jubilee Novocherkasska (41.16 - 45.22%). Sort Jubilee Novocherkasska, had content in berries close fructose and glucose. Most of fructose (66.02%) in berries variety Nizina. In berries studied cultivars organic acid content was: wine 3128 - 3861, malic 982 - 3753, citric 109 - 317, amber 3 - 115 mg / dm3. The highest concentrations of potassium and sodium cations are presented in berries varieties Aniuta: potassium - 1219 sodium - 35.13 mg / dm3 and cations magnesium and calcium in berries Jubilee Novocherkasska 46.75 and 73.64 mg / dm3. The lowest concentration of potassium and sodium cations observed in grape Vodograi, magnesium - from grape Aniuta, calcium - at grape Nizina. We studied grape bunches are large, not dense, beautiful, berries are large, harmonious taste. Tasting score fresh grapes varieties Aniuta, Vodograi, Nizina, Jubilee Novocherkasska 7.6; 7.4; 7.8; 7.8 points respectively

Description
The study of the Russian-Slavic cultural, political and economic links is quite actual nowadays. At the turn of 18 – 20 centuries Russia was the only independent Slavic state that was a reason of special attention of foreign countries. The most intensive contacts in Slavic world can be found on a regional level. Both pre-revolutional and modern scientists actively explore such aspects as resettlement of Bulgarians to the Kuban, places of their compact location, main activities and further destiny of its members. There is a detailed specification of colonization of Bulagarian landowners from 18 until the beginning of 20 century in the article, based on the archive documents. Also described moments of first appearing of Bulgarians on the Russian territory and particularly in the Kuban. The article is focused on the main stages of economic familiarization and adaptation of settlers to the natural and social features of new locations. The conditions and forms of vital activities in labor, lifestyle, sociopolitical and cultural life that are typical for their social relations are marked in the article. There is also noted that main occupation of Bulgarian settlers was horticulture, where they achieved greatest successes thanks to mastery of artificial irrigation using a special mechanism for that (a big wheel with attached vessels); Hothouse economy, that allowed them to produce thermophilic crops; organization of teams, that assumed collective labor, labor relations and mutual support. In this article after defining Human Resource development (HRD) and explaining the difference between it and Human development (HD), I will explain the problem of evaluation of HRD with concrete formula and case study showing how the return on investment can be measured. The methodological background with different approaches of more than 10 eminent writers on the question of training evaluation and the common points of them will be presented in a special table with references. Also in the article I ‘am going to give my concretes processes with typical strategy to follow in terms of HRD in government levels, more specifically in developing countries like Mali where Human capital development is a crucial question. Many corporate or state managers fail with their HRD strategy because of lack of knowledge or management tools which can help them do it. Description
The article is concerned with proxemic communication connected with changing the relative positioning of communicants when interacting, in fictional prose of K.D. Vorobyov. This essential part of interaction is implied with the individual author’s approach to verbal representation of corresponding features and lexis’s choice preferences, its quantitative and qualitative characteristics in the writer’s fictional prose. By analogy with the term paracinema, the term paraproxema is also used for defining these kinds of language phenomena. Paraproxemas were analyzed with reference to semantic, stylistic and morphological aspects. There are two thematic groups of terms with the reference to retract and extend of the relative positioning of communicants being defined in the article. The distribution is based on semantics of verbs and function words. Changing the relative positioning of communicants changes the social zone and reports different information as exemplified with three stories of K.D. Vorobyov. The mutual influence of paracinemas and paraproxemas creates the integrated image of communicants, which gestures, facial expressions, and movements not only accompany but also complete speech

Description
The article has revealed the contradiction between the way of technological impact and the means of implementation of technological transport in existing processes of feed preparation. There has been shown the possibility of eliminating this contradiction by menus of completely new technological equipment on the basis of relative screw drums and the opportunity to improve their productivity. There are no exciters in the offered design of vibrating machines. There is no need for them because the move mend of mass loading particles is provided by the original constructions of relative screw drums committing a rotary motion around its own axis. For implementing of feed preparation process the geometry of the relative screw drum and its dynamism must be individual: the shape, spatial orientation, the impact of forces providing feed components particles simultaneously with rotational-translational and vibrational motion. In the result, the continuously running through the inner cavity of the relative screw drum particles of feed components perform rotational-translational movements with super imposed vibrations inside this drum, due to this process the particles of feed components are mixed intensively

Description
Based on the analysis of the phase composition, the average grain size measured by high resolution electron microscopy and multifractal parameterization structure shows the relationship of coating properties with their structural-phase state. The regularities of the evolution of the structural parameters and multifractal characteristics of the surface layers of materials with shape memory can predict the properties of the composition of the "steel-coating". On the basis of experimental studies, it has been shown that mechanical activation of powders of materials with shape memory effect based on TiNiTa makes it possible to create an effective technology training sprayed material which will generate nano-structured surface layers by high-speed flame spraying. The influence of the mechanical activation of TiNiTa powder on the quality of surface layers formed by high-speed flame spraying was investigated, and a significant improvement in the structure of the surface layer was found, with reduced porosity, high adhesion, and, consequently, increased functionality and mechanical properties. The evolution of the structure at all stages of surface modification based on the fractal approach multifractal parameterization method, which is based on qualitative analysis and instrumental methods in addition to classic microstructure parameters like grain size and specific area related to the physical and mechanical properties, is quantitative information. It was established experimentally that after high-speed flame spraying, the performance characteristics of mechanically activated shape memory TiNiTa powder improved: cyclic durability under high-cycle fatigue increased by about 35.6%, and the wear resistance increased by 3.6 times
