Description
In this article, based on the works of Russian scientists, the directions of psychological support of military servicemen with professional orientation are described and justified. The concept of serviceman's professional orientation is given as a generalized evaluation of specialist's skills to effectively realize their creative potential in the field of professional activity, which is based on the results of their total functional responsibilities at their current and previous positions. The factors affecting the level of professional development of the military servicemen's professional orientation are identified. The authors show that the traditional structure of military pedagogical process does not meet modern requirements of military-pedagogical work arrangement, because they do not relate to the matters of solving personal problems. In the article we have shown and reasoned that when psychological and educational assistance is incorporated into the traditional structure of military pedagogical process it helps to activate the specialist's inner potential to solve his personal problems caused by the conditions and requirements of military service. Psycho-pedagogical assistance is seen as a correcting component of the military pedagogical process, the main function of which is individually to correct specialists' personality characteristics causing problems to their life, which is relevant at the present stage of the development of military servicemen professional orientation

In the article there is a history of the researches of the problems of economy and moral interaction, the relevance of the moral research as the interdisciplinary theory of the positive development of the country and the world, the definition of the essence of the moral as if it was an unfinished rule of law. Also, the ideas of happiness creation on the Earth are affected. The increased discrepancy of the works in the field of the moral and economy interaction, the moral orientation of the each personality, and also the absence of the unity on this perspective in the works of the famous scientists of the past is noted. According to the author, the paradoxes of the moral orientation and the personality consist in: the separation of the law rules from the needs of as much as the possible careful regulation of the moral in the modern Russian legislation; the uncertainty, the discrepancy of the Russian scientific researches paying MUCH ATTENTION to the moral problems as the authority, as the alternative of the immorality, a lack of the significant theoretical studies, the THEORIES of the orientation to the practice from the Russian scientists with the maintenance of the informal national tradition of the recognition of the importance of the works of the foreign thinkers, mainly last time; the demoralization of the society via the numerous channels of the information transfer considered as a source of the moral education of the people, especially at the children's age, - through many mass media and the art spheres (painting, modern literary works, films and video movies, theatrical performances, songs, dances, photo-art)

DISCUSSIONS ABOUT CORRUPTION: WHAT THE RESULTS WE HAVE?
Description
The data of the sociological polls show that the corruption problem hasn’t been decreasing for many years. Because corruption causes the damage to the most part of the population, the author believes that the anti-corruption policy is very significant, as well as the social policy of the state. In the article there is the analysis of the dissertation researches devoted to corruption of more than 20 years. The provisions of the scientific discussion concern: a) the search of the corruption definition, more perspective for legislation adjustments; b) the specification of the most important spheres of corruption distribution; c) the classification of the types of the corruption with the allocation more significant or less significant; d) the allocation of the reasons of the corruption emergence; e) definition of types and the scales of the damages from the corruption; e) the search of the most constructive measures of the anti-corruption fight in Russia. According to the author, the anti-corruption struggle has to carry not selective, but purposefully all-embracing character, not mix concept "guilty" and affected by corruption acts. The scientific researches have to lean on the real facts, to consider the specific Russian conditions of the distribution and the anti-corruption fight. It is also necessary to carry out the analysis of the extent of the information distortion of the reality, etc.

LOCALIZATION FEATURES OF GEOCHEMICAL TYPES OF UNDERGROUND WATER OF OB-TOMSKOYE INTERFLUVIAL
Description
The chemical composition of neogen-quaternary, paleogene, cretaceous and paleozoic aquifer systems in the Ob-Tomskoye interfluves area is presented in the article. The water saturation with respect to secondary minerals is described. Authors show that the waters of all studied aquifer systems are saturated with respect to montmorillonites and calcite in a less degree. The geochemical water types are identified and their distribution is described
