Description
The analysis of models is carried out from a definition position for system of optimum control of drilling of basic mathematical model on which calculation of optimum regime parameters is possible. The main equation for management of process of drilling of wells is the mathematical model of mechanical speed of a driving as function from axial load of a chisel, the speed of rotation of a chisel and a consumption of boring solution for cleaning of a well of destroyed breed. Key parameter is axial load of a chisel; graphically dependence of speed of drilling on loading has S appearance  a figurative curve of Bingham which has a convex mathematical extremum. In the article, domestic and foreign models of drilling are considered; their schedules according to skilled data of conducting of wells are constructed. Models are sedate, i.e. reflect only a linear site of a curve of Bingham, data of trade drilling is well approximated with initial and linear sites of curves. Thus, on them it is possible to make only rational management of process, and the optimum mode exists only on border of range of definition of function. Only the A.A. Pogarsky model is suitable for optimum control, having a mathematical maximum and Sshaped form of a curve. All models depend on two parameters of management – load of a chisel and speeds of rotation of a chisel and don't consider the third on influence on drilling speed parameter  a consumption of boring solution. Therefore, Pogarsky's model was finished by inclusion in it in an explicit form of a consumption of boring solution. Check of model by means of the regression analysis of skilled data of drilling from official reports of drilling foremen showed its reliability for 7199%. The model allows carrying out optimum control of drilling in the "axial load of a chisel" parameter

MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF SPEED OF THE DRIVING FOR OPTIMUM CONTROL OF DRILLING OF WELLS
DescriptionKnown mathematical models of mechanical speed of a driving are functions of two key parameters of management – axial load of a chisel and speeds of rotation of a chisel. The third parameter – a consumption of boring solution on which cleaning of a well of destroyed breed depends exists only in the A.A. Pogarsky model in an obvious or implicit way. The drilling management of the process of conducting of the well is carried out by regulation only of one parameter – loads of a chisel, thus other parameters are supported by constants according to the project on drilling. However, practice of drilling testifies that function of speed of drilling has extremum and for the speed of rotation of a chisel, and for a solution consumption. In work the regression analysis of experimental data of drilling for receiving mathematical model of mechanical speed of a driving is made as functions of three parameters of management, thus are received the models of speed of drilling depending separately on each of parameters at maintenance of two others constants. Schedules of the approaching functions with points of data of drilling from official reports of drilling foremen are constructed. The technique of adaptive optimum control of process by means of the received model of three variables is described: according to the current data of drilling through the set time interval by means of a method of the smallest squares drilling model coefficients constantly are recalculated  thereby the model is constantly arranged under conditions on a well face. Optimum parameters of management of drilling are determined by the adapted model, they are established on the drilling rig and the face drilling in the optimum mode is made. At breed change coefficients of model are again arranged under bottomhole conditions, optimum parameters of management for this breed, etc. are defined. As the model constantly adapts to a face, as a model it is possible to take a standard polynomial of the second degree and to recalculate its coefficients. It will also allow defining new types of models for management of drilling process

CLASSIFICATION AND ESTIMATION OF THE EFFICIENCY OF SYSTEMS FOR UNINTERRUPTED ELECTROSUPPLY
DescriptionIn the article we present generalized block diagrams of stationary and transport systems of uninterrupted electrosupply, as well as their maintenance and the basic operating modes providing uninterrupted electrosupply of crucial consumers. Classification of systems of uninterrupted electrosupply is resulted. The basic classification attributes of systems of uninterrupted electrosupply are their assignment for stationary or transport consumers of the electric power, types of used basic, reserve and emergency sources and converters of the electric power. Besides systems of uninterrupted electrosupply can be classified under circuits of connection to consumers of the electric power, their division on a sort of a current (constant, variable, highfrequency), breaks in electrosupply, to type of the switching equipment and so on. For the estimation of the efficiency of systems of uninterrupted electrosupply it is offered to use the following criteria of efficiency: Power and weightdimension parameters, parameters of reliability, quality of the electric power and cost. Analytical expressions for calculation of parameters of the estimation of efficiency of systems of uninterrupted electrosupply are resulted. The classification of systems of uninterrupted electrosupply suggested in article and modes of their work, and also the basic criteria of an estimation of efficiency will allow raising efficiency of predesign works on creation of systems with improved customer characteristics with use of modern element base

Based on this analysis, it was found that it was necessary to develop an electroactivator with adjustable parameters. Analysis of the literature showed that there are no analytical expressions relating the degree of activation solutions, conductivity, temperature and geometric parameters of an electroactivator. The article presents a block diagram of the system "Electroactivator  working solution  weeds", a mathematical model of the subsystem "Electroactivator" allows to describe the parameters of the solution at the outlet of the electroactivator and its mode of operation. An expression is derived which allows to determine the critical mode of installation and adjustment range of current management. When exceeding the rated range of the control the main energy will focus on the process of aerogenesis. We have implemented the coefficient of aerogenesis, which has a significant impact on the temperature of the solution in the chamber and an electrically. This factor must be taken into account as well as the approach mode to the critical or exceeded. The calculation for the resulting mathematical model makes it possible to design an electroactivator for a company which has different water sources and apply different plant protection products. Also, in the future, the result of the research will allow developing engineering techniques for calculations

ENGINEERING TECHNIQUES FOR DEFINITION OF PARAMETERS MEASURES OF AN ELECTROACTIVATOR
DescriptionThe article presents an engineering method for defining electroactivator parameters. We have developed an engineering method for calculating an electroactivator with improved performance that can reduce the complexity of the design calculations and include a critical mode of the electroactivator at which the process leads to passivation. We have proposed an automated management scheme based on electroactivator functional and electrical schematics. One of the benefits of the resulting model of calculations of an electroactivator is to identify a possibility of automating the process of managing and stable operation. The current in the electroactivator can be adjusted depending on performance. Automatic maintenance of performance and capacity control for the benefit of the cameras is possible, giving an automatic valve with an analog controller. When the temperature rises above or current exceeds the desired value, we can face signaling and a complete shutdown of the installation. The use of temperature sensors, pH, conductivity and flow can be implemented, as well as centralized information collection and development of the control algorithm. Monitoring and maintenance of an electroactivator can be fully automated with the equipment of industrial automation. Also, on the basis of the proposed engineering method for calculating, it is possible to develop a software product. That will allow designing computer simulation when planning an electroactivator

INCREASING OF THE DEGREE OF BEE COLONIES DEVELOPMENT BY THE APPLICATION OF ELECTRICAL TECHNOLOGIES

ANALYSIS OF IMPACT RESISTANCE OF CHAIN ACCORDING TO SPROCKET LUG PROFILE
DescriptionThe possibility of using involute sprockets, more technologically advanced in manufacturing, compared with sprockets with straight, convexconcave profile of the lug on the criterion shock resistance circuit, the maximum permissible speed of the drive sprocket for bush roller chain drives and gears with a toothed chain. The comparative analysis of researches of operation of roller and tooth chain gearings with various steps and types of profiles of sprockets showed that in all cases with increase in a step of a chain the coefficient of speed of blow increases, and the increase in number of lugs at sprockets reduces the speed of blow of the hinge about sprockets tooth. Value of coefficient of speed of blow for couple an evolvent sprockets  a gear chain is much less than value of coefficient of speed of blow for couple a plugroller chain –sprockets of any profile. Less noise during the work of tooth chain gearings is due to evolvent sprockets. As a result of researches it is established that on kinetic energy of impact of sprockets and the hinge of a chain, sprockets with an evolvent profile can be applied on an equal basis with the sprockets having concaveconvex or rectilinear profiles of lugs. Respectively, evolvent sprockets can be used both in chain transfers with roller and with gear chains

PRESENTATION OF MANDATORY POLICY OF ACCESS CONTROL VIA THE HARRISONRUSSOWILLIAM’S MODEL
DescriptionThe accepted model of the access control is realized with the monitor of safety in the protected automated information system. Models of safety are considered, as a rule, as a system which is a single whole and has the uniform monitor of safety. Nevertheless, the architecture of the real automated information systems and processes of their functioning can be characterized by distribution. The distributed automated information system consists more than of one local segment representing isolated set of subjects and objects of access. In the distributed system local segments can be realized both on the basis of discretionary, and on the basis of mandatory models of safety (i.e. to be diverse). One of directions of a safety in this case is realization of the general monitor of the safety providing the uniform (coordinated) policy of access control. For safe interaction of patchwork systems it’s necessary to bring them to a single model. Hence, while the integration of information systems the problem of their interaction becomes persistent. Thus in the systems processing the information of a various level of confidentiality, it is necessary to realize mandatory access control. In given clause the mandatory policy of the safety presented by classical model of BellLaPadula, is described by the elements of classical model of HarrisonRussoWilliam. Using the mechanisms of change of a matrix access the opportunity of assignment and change of confidentiality marks is described and the observance of safe practices within the limits of mandatory access control is analyzed.
