Description
This article is important today because there is not enough attention in the contemporary law publications paid to the typical patterns of crime mechanism especially in the sphere of illegal weapon and ammunition turnover. Taking into account the opinions of such well-known forensic scientists as R.S. Belkin, V.D. Zelensky, G.M. Meretukov, M.V. Golovin, V.A. Obraztsov, J.G. Korukhov, V.Y. Koldin, O.V. Chelysheva, L.Y. Drapkin, V.N. Karagodin and others, the author comes to the conclusion that it’s necessary to develop typical patterns of crime mechanism for certain types of crime. The author has worked out some typical patterns of crime mechanism in the sphere of illegal weapon and ammunition turnover based upon major informative criminalistic elements, this particular article describes seven typical patterns of crime mechanism for the illegal storage, transportation, transfer, carry, purchase and sale, manufacture, repair or alteration, theft or extortion, careless storage or improper performance of duties on protection of weapon, its basic parts and ammunition. Each pattern is accompanied with the examples of judicial and investigative practice, followed by the necessary explanations and analysis of the activities of the subject of the investigation on the preparation, followup and final stages, which leads to the conclusion about the legitimacy of the proposed patterns

PURIFICATION OF OILY WASTEWATER BY USING NATURAL AND SYNTHETIC SORBENTS
DescriptionThis article reviews the existing natural and artificial sorbents used for water purification from petroleum and petroleum products. A popular, widely used sorbents and new technologies, such as Versoil sorbent, sorbent based on the waste of olive oil production, sorbent-based waste felting production are considered. There are advantages of the use of a sorbent depends on its cost and the requirements to the quality of purification. There are advantages of the use of a sorbent depends on its cost and the requirements to the quality of purification. Main sorption properties of the most popular at the moment organic and inorganic sorbents are presented in tabular form, which allows them to conduct a comparative analysis. It was concluded, that the most promising sorbents were produced from plant waste

LEGAL RELATIONSHIP AND SUCCESSION TO THE INHERITANCE
DescriptionThe authors of the article consider and analyze various points of view upon hereditary legal relationship and the nature of universal succession to the inheritance. The matter of hereditary legal relationship appears due to the death of the testator. Hereditary legal relationship arises on various bases, which grow from the facts: discovery of inheritance, acceptance of inheritance, refusal of inheritance, execution of the will, hereditary transmission and other legal relationship. The authors come to the conclusion that the change of the testator as subject in any of the legal relationship existed during his lifetime is impossible without the whole complex of the hereditary relations, and while some (the relations on protection of hereditary property, division, etc.) can be avoided in the course of transition of hereditary property, the others (discovery of inheritance, acceptance of inheritance) are necessary. In each legal relationship the successor perceives the whole legal situation of the testator, that is in each legal relationship the rights which are the object of the relation will be passed to him. The contents of hereditary legal relationship claim that inheritance represents the transition order protected by the law after the death of a citizen (testator) of the things owned by him on the right of a private property, the property, and also property rights and duties to one or several persons (successors) as universal succession. In the case of universal hereditary succession, the rights and duties are passed to the successor with one act, without a transfer by their first owner, and the passed rights and duties continue to be estimated on the identity of the first owner. Finally the authors come to the conclusion that universality designates transition of the rights as well as the testator’s duties (except those inseparably linked with the identity of the testator) as a whole when the successor can't selectively accept some rights and duties, having refused the others. Restriction of responsibility of the successor for the testator's debts with the size of hereditary volume does not change the essence of universal succession in this regard

USING DISCRETE WAVELET TRANSFORM FOR CALCULATION OF TRANSIENT REGIMES OF POWER SUPPLY SYSTEMS
DescriptionThis article utilizes wavelet analysis, a relatively new mathematical tool, designed to develop an algorithm of analysis for electrical transients in electric power systems. Techniques, which are currently used, fall into two main categories: time domain or the integral transform domain. Both of the aforementioned categories can be stressed when solving equations with a wide spectrum or when a system of equations is subjected to a nonstationary forcing function. One of the benefits of wavelet analysis, however, is the ability to resolve nonstationary nature signals easily. Based on the discrete time domain approximation, the system components such as resistor and inductor are modeled in discrete wavelet domain for purpose of transient analysis. The method can be implemented by any kind of orthogonal wavelet transform. Computer simulations verified the effectiveness of the proposed method. The proposed algorithm can be implemented to calculate the shortcircuits in electric power systems

RELIGIOUS TRANSGRESSION IN HETEROTOPIC SPACES
DescriptionHeterotopia, according to M. Foucault, is the space beyond all others, the space in which there are no familiar laws and regulations to the subject. It is obvious that behavioral stereotypes in such circumstances are undergoing all sorts of changes. People entering the heterotopia (especially in frontier heterotopia), is forced to adapt to new conditions and somehow the so-called act of transgression, i.e. to overstep the limits of the traditional behavior. It raises epistemological significance of the study of heterotopic transgression. The author, using Foucauldian approach to heterotopia, analyzes various forms of transgression, for the first time their classification is given. However, special attention is paid to religious transgressions, as heterotopic space often give ground for the emergence of new religious movements, branches, and sometimes even new religious systems. The author concludes that acts of transgression are a form of reaction to a meeting with an Alien in new for the subject of transgression conditions, which gives him the opportunity to adapt successfully to changing environmental conditions. All this corresponds to basic instincts of survival of the individual

01.00.00 Physical-mathematical sciences
DescriptionThe article presents the theorem of Chebyshev on the distribution of primes, considering functions that approximated prime numbers. We have also considered a new function, which is quite good for approximation of prime numbers. A review of the known results on distribution of prime numbers is given as well

REASONS OF CURRENCY FLUCTUATIONS AND THEIR INFLUENCE ON ECONOMIC CHANGES
DescriptionThe exchange rate has direct impact on economy of any state. Without competent management, it is impossible to achieve successful functioning of national economy, which causes the need of studying of the matter. Fluctuations of an exchange rate depend on market condition. Therefore, the exchange rate is under influence of a condition of the balance of payments, a difference of interest rates in various countries, extent of use of currency in international payments, speculative currency transactions and activity of the currency markets, inflation and many others, considered in this article. Possible consequences of their influence on exchange rate are specified, examples are given. Dependence of growth of the money supply, the monetary base and inflation in Russia is reflected. The analysis of economic aspects on which exchange rate renders direct influence, namely, foreign trade, capital streams, interest rates, business development, purchasing power of the population, growth of economy is carried out. The assessment of an exchange rate of the Russian Federation is carried out. The following factors have the greatest impact on it: floating rate of ruble, increase of a rate of refinancing, oil depreciation, and lack of possibility of refinancing of external debts. Measures for stabilization of ruble, among which fixation of currency positions of banks, increase of control of target use of earlier issued credits, differentiation of speculative operations from the others, introduction of a tax of Tobin and introduction of indispensable conditions of sale of a certain part of revenue are offered. Realization of these measures will have positive impact on stabilization of ruble exchange rate and an economic situation of Russia in general
