RELIGIOUS TRANSGRESSION IN HETEROTOPIC SPACES
DescriptionHeterotopia, according to M. Foucault, is the space beyond all others, the space in which there are no familiar laws and regulations to the subject. It is obvious that behavioral stereotypes in such circumstances are undergoing all sorts of changes. People entering the heterotopia (especially in frontier heterotopia), is forced to adapt to new conditions and somehow the so-called act of transgression, i.e. to overstep the limits of the traditional behavior. It raises epistemological significance of the study of heterotopic transgression. The author, using Foucauldian approach to heterotopia, analyzes various forms of transgression, for the first time their classification is given. However, special attention is paid to religious transgressions, as heterotopic space often give ground for the emergence of new religious movements, branches, and sometimes even new religious systems. The author concludes that acts of transgression are a form of reaction to a meeting with an Alien in new for the subject of transgression conditions, which gives him the opportunity to adapt successfully to changing environmental conditions. All this corresponds to basic instincts of survival of the individual

Description
In this article, in accordance with the methodology of the Automated system-cognitive analysis (ASCanalysis), we examine the implementation of the 1st and 2nd stages of ASC-analysis: cognitive structuring and formalization of the subject area. At the stage of cognitive structurization of subject area, researchers decide what to consider as the object of modeling, the factors affecting it and the results of their actions. In accordance with the results of the cognitive structurization, we prepare the initial database for the study (training sample or case-based reasoning). At the stage of formalization of the subject area, the base of the original data is being normalized, i.e., we develop classification and description: the scale and graduations and with their use the base of the source data is being encoded. The result is a database of events (eventological database) and the training sample. The stage of cognitive structuring and preparation of the source data is not formalized and the formalization of the subject area is fully automated and performed directly with the use of the universal cognitive analytical system named "Eidos", which is a software Toolkit for ASC-analysis. Stages of cognitive structurization and formalization of the subject area of ASC-analysis are the first steps of data conversion into information and into knowledge. Subsequent steps: the synthesis and verification of system-cognitive model, the decision of problems of identification, forecasting and decision making, as well as studies of the modeled object by studying its model will be considered in future articles

Description
In this article, in accordance with the methodology of the Automated system-cognitive analysis (ASCanalysis), we examine the implementation of the 3rd ASC-analysis: synthesis and verification of forecasting models of development of diversified agro-industrial corporations. In this step, we have synthesis and verification of 3 statistical and 7 system-cognitive models: ABS – matrix of the absolute frequencies, PRC1 and PRC2 – matrix of the conditional and unconditional distributions, INF1 and INF2 private criterion: the amount of knowledge based on A. Kharkevich, INF3 – private criterion: the Chi-square test: difference between the actual and the theoretically expected absolute frequencies INF4 and INF5 – private criterion: ROI - Return On Investment, INF6 and INF7 – private criterion: the difference between conditional and unconditional probability (coefficient of relationship). The reliability of the created models was assessed in accordance with the proposed metric is similar to the known F-test, but does not involve the performance of normal distribution, linearity of the object modeling, the independence and additivity acting factors. The accuracy of the obtained models was high enough to resolve the subsequent problems of identification, forecasting and decision making, as well as studies of the modeled object by studying its model, scheduled for consideration in future articles

THE CONTENTS OF BUILDING LEASEHOLD
DescriptionThe article is devoted to one of the most disputable categories of jurisprudence – to the contents of Building leasehold. In the article there has been presented the research of the legal nature of the institution of building leasehold (superficies). There have been traced the particulars of formation of the Roman legal (classical) model of building leasehold and the interpretation of this institution in foreign civil legislation. It has been noted that certain countries apply the classical Roman model of building leasehold while others use the model of "the shared property" of the land plot and of the piece of the estate built on this plot. There was conducted the analysis of the German model inheritance law of building leasehold on the basis of which there was made the conclusion about its independent nature and uniqueness. The historical and the comparative legal methods of the research have enabled to identify the essential differences of the employed models of building leasehold and the specific features of their application in the countries of roman-germanic law and in the Commonwealth of Independent States. There have been studied the approaches of the domestic civilized doctrine in terms of building leasehold and the specific features of its implementation in the draft version of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. There has been affirmed that the draft version of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation admits the existence of the two models of the building leasehold: the design one and the classical one. There has been applied critical approach to the analysis of the design model of building leasehold in comparison with its Roman and Germanic legal constructions; there have been presented recommendations for its improvement. It is proposed to abandon the temporary ownership of the premises in the building constructed based on the Treaty on the law of the land. We proposed to replace it with a specific property right – "right of superficies". Its essence consists in the right of possession and use of facilities of a building constructed in accordance with the Treaty on the law of the land

CREATION OF INITIAL MATERIAL FOR BREEDING OF WINTER WHEAT VARIETIES TOLERANT TO SMUT
06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
DescriptionThe key task of the agriculture in Russia is the further improvement of grain production. Thus, prevention of losses of winter wheat yields because of the diseases remains relevant. The significance of varieties tolerant to diseases, especially to smut (fungus) is of primary importance. Therefore, it’s essential to create initial material for breeding of the varieties tolerant to smut. According to the results of the trials with artificial infection with pathogens, among the samples of winter wheat there have been identified varieties belonging to different groups of tolerance to smut. They are a highly sensitive cultivar ‘к-69361’ (Korea), a sensitive variety ‘Izyuminka’ (Russia), moderately sensitive variety ‘Asket’ (Russia) and almost tolerant variety ‘1621/03’ (Russia). We studied the reaction of the hybrids F2 on infection with smut in different variants of hybridization to obtain stable progeny. The correlation between the number of infected plants in parent and hybrid (F2) populations have been considered. The productive tillering of the plants has been determined in all variants of the trials; it was the least one on the plants with 100% of infected leaves. The hybrids F3 and F 4 have been distributed according to the degree of their tolerance to smut. For further work we have selected the lines with practical resistance to smut (fungus)

SOLIDARY INFORMATION ECONOMY - THE ECONOMY WITHOUT MARKET AND MONEY
DescriptionWe are developing a new organizational-economic theory - solidary information economy, based on the views of Aristotle. The name of this theory has changed over time. Initially, we used the term "nonformal information economy of the future", and then began to use the term "solidary information economy." In connection with Biocosmology and neo-Aristotelism preferred is an adequate term "functionalist organic information economy. Further development of our theory is the subject of this article. We begin with a brief review of the economic views of Aristotle and the basic ideas of solidary information economy. Then are substantiated the withering away of the Family, Private Property and the State. We discuss the evolution of money - from gold coins to IOUs and conventional units of circulation. We prove that the market economy has remained in the XIX century and the mainstream in modern economic science - justification of insolvency of a market economy and the need to move to a planned system of economic management. We examine the impact of ICT on economic activity. We develop the approaches to decision-making in the functionalist organic information economy. On the basis of modern decision theory (especially expert procedures) and information-communication technologies earthlings can get rid of chrematistics and will understand the term "economy" according to Aristotle

Description
The article discusses socio-cultural animation, which allows you tо stimulate the intellectual, physical and emotional lives of children and adolescents to assist them in achieving a higher degree of self-realization, self-expression and participation of community. Today the word collectivism almost lost its meaning. Based on the works of Makarenko, we can say that the education of children and youth in the spirit of collectivism - it is much more difficult and problematic than nurture and "feed" selfish. However, the results of education in the community and across the team will be much more positive and productive for society as a whole. Thus, there is no losing personality of each individual, but on the contrary, there is an opening and development of the abilities of each individual. Therefore, socio-cultural animation may be one of the most effective methods of education of collectivism in children and teenagers

Description
The article presents a comparative assessment and peculiarities of nuclear magnetic relaxation characteristics of rapeseed and sunflower lecithin. It was established, that lecithin’s nuclear magnetic relaxation characteristics, namely, protons’ spin-spin relaxation time and amplitudes of nuclear magnetic relaxation signals of lecithin components, depend on content of oil’s fat acids and phospholipids, contained in the lecithin. Comparative assessment of protons’ spin-spin relaxation time of rapeseed and sunflower lecithin components showed, that for their identification protons’ spin-spin relaxation time of the lecithin’ first component at 40°C and 60°C temperature, when differences in values of protons’ spin-spin relaxation time of the sunflower and rapeseed lecithin’ first component are most obvious, should be used as an analytical parameter. Comparative assessment of amplitudes of proton’s NMR signals of sunflower and rapeseed lecithin components showed, that relations, established earlier for sunflower lecithin between mass share of phospholipids (substances insoluble in acetone) and the sum of amplitudes of proton’s NMR signals of the third and fourth components, cannot be applied to rapeseed lecithin; that is for the development of an express method for determination of mass share of substances insoluble in acetone (phospholipids) in rapeseed lecithin, it is necessary to carry out additional research with the purpose of clarifying the mentioned relations
