Description
The article presents the experience of creation of the equipment on the basis of the relative screw and combined drums providing highly effective technological processes, because for such drums it is characteristic not only creation of fluctuations to processing subjects with an amplitude of movement of 15-1000 mm and more, but also the opportunity to operate oscillatory process, changing transport or technological effect. Therefore, works on creation of the equipment, for realization of such technological processes, are extremely important and actual for dehydration of manure, drying of chicken dung, and for preseeding processing of seed material. We present kinds of the equipment in which vibroactivators are absent. Equipment samples in which relative screw and combined drums aren't rotated are also presented. They are fixed elastically on a bed and are supplied with vibroactivators. In such devices during the operation of the vibroactivator, processing subjects as a result of the circulating movement in the relative screw and combined drums in the planes, perpendicular axes of their symmetry, receive the additional movement from the walls of drums of various geometrical forms inclined to each other

PROSPECTS OF USE OF RELATIVE SCREW AND COMBINED REELS FOR MIXING BULKS
Description
The article reveals a possibility of using equipment based on relative screw and combined drums for mixing of bulks. Change of relative positioning of flat elements of sidewalls of internal surfaces in relative screw drums allows operating the difficult and spatial movement of streams of bulks. In relative screw drums we have developed effective processes of mixing and sets of the equipment, which are characterized by that fact the difficult and spatial screw movement taking place in relative screw drums is dismembered on rather simple, in the kinematic relation, in the movements. The difficult and spatial screw movement with a big amplitude of 15-1000 mm and more, in the offered equipment constructions on the basis of relative screw or combined drums, is reported to bulks by elements of the relative screw or combined drums of various parameters and configurations which becomes complicated also screw lines on perimeter of a relative screw drum with various number of calling and the directions from each other or rounds of the springs fixed in the relative combined drums

USING DISCRETE WAVELET TRANSFORM FOR CALCULATION OF TRANSIENT REGIMES OF POWER SUPPLY SYSTEMS
Description
This article presents an algorithm based on the discrete wavelet transform for the analysis of current root mean square (RMS) value and total harmonic distortion (THD) in power systems. Power quality indices play an important role in case of non-stationary distorted waveforms, where neither a frequency-domain-based approach using fast Fourier transform tools nor a timedomain-based approach using real time data give satisfactory results. The algorithm proposed decomposes the current waveforms into uniform frequency bands corresponding to the odd harmonic components of the signal. The proposed algorithm overcomes the spectra leakage problem. Computer simulations verified the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm

DIRECTIONS OF IMPROVEMENT OF UNIVERSAL POWER TECHNIQUES
Description
Basing on brief-analysis of nature-climate and economical conditions conformed for field-production in Russian agriculture, needfulness of finding of new ways, one of that is reducing of number of mobile technologic special-purpose equipment and its removing with advanced universal energetic techniques is presented. The results of design of modern constructive decisions of new-generation schemas of universal energetic machineries are presented. The algorithmprogram package, designed in our institute, was used during calculation of economical efficiency of machines complexes based on universal energetic techniques. Description
The aim of the work is theoretical and experimental confirmation of the possibility of improvement in tractor unit acceleration due to the variable inertia moment of the rotating masses of the engine. The use of high-speed tractors in agricultural production meets a number of difficulties associated with unsteady processes during acceleration of the tractor units. The emerging significant inertial loads during acceleration result in the loss of engine power because of what the machine and tractor unit is operating at reduced productivity and efficiency. An analysis of published works shows that the tractor unit acceleration is strongly influenced by the rotating mass of the engine. A device based on the application of additional rotating masses in a free flywheel connected or disconnected automatically to the main engine flywheel at appropriate stages is offered. As a result, the tension during acceleration is reduced. The results of experimental studies on the effect of the additional rotating masses on the engine acceleration characteristics of the machine and tractor units on the basis of Class 1.4 tractor are given. It is proved that the use of the tractor additional rotating mass connected or disconnected to the respective modes of movement of a machine and tractor unit to the flywheel of the engine, improves acceleration performance

The article considers the existing at the present stage of management approaches, describes their advantages and disadvantages. We have obtained scientific and special management approaches. Of all the approaches described in detail, we could highlight system, integration, dynamic, structural, functional and process approaches. DIAGNOSIS OF EFFECTIVE EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT (ON THE EXAMPLE OF DEPARTMENTS AND FACULTIES)
Description
The purpose of this research is the development of models and methods of multiparameter diagnostic effectiveness of educational environments. We know, that a criterion-diagnostic system for monitoring the effectiveness of higher education institutions - educational Macromedia is being designed, which is not the monitoring of the effectiveness of educational microenvironments and meso-environment - departments and faculties. The issue of the research - to increase the productivity (efficiency) of functioning of educational environments. The problem of research is the question of how to diagnose the effectiveness of educational environments objectively and comprehensively. The urgency of this problem is due to: the need to ensure the effective functioning of educational institutions, their sustainable innovative development; increasing demand for general and vocational education, as well as its transition to a multi-level system. Methodological basis of the research: a competence-based approach (considered an important target value of the educational process formation of the competences and personal and professional qualities of students, integrating knowledge, skills and readiness for their effective use in solving of life, professional and educational problems), metasystem approach (considering the educational environment as a metasystem, including relatively independent subsystems - educational environment of lower level of the hierarchy), qualimetric approach (considering the effectiveness of the educational environment as an integrative figure, which is diagnosed on the basis of estimating a set of criteria), synergetic approach (considering the educational environment as a self-organizing system, and the efficiency of its functioning - as an indicator of the success of the use of resources for further development). The article deals with the use of intelligent technology "Aidos" for the prevention of fires, electrical injuries, and accidents at agricultural sector and optimizing the security measures of human-machine systems. Causes of accidents are multi-phase or single-phase short-circuit in the supply network or electrical installation, the failure of the primary protective equipment and violations of regimes for electrical installations, causing overloads, deterioration of the insulation of supply cables, the mismatch of protective devices to regulatory requirements. Implementation of systemcognitive analysis provides a reduction in the number of dangerous fabricated experiences at hazardous production facilities. Due to the application of ASCanalysis, it provides a more efficient operation of electric installations on dangerous industrial objects, which means to prevent fires, electric shock injuries, accidents and optimize the safety measures for manmachine systems. Users of the system called "Eidos" may be companies with a high risk of appearance of the accidents at hazardous production objects: agroindustrial complex, gas supply, heat and electricity, oil-processing components, metallurgical industry, chemical, petrochemical and oil industry, main pipelines-wire transport, food and oil industry and others. TECHNIQUES AND ALGORITHMS OF INTERACTIVE AUGMENTED REALITY VISUALIZATION: RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
Description
The author performed a research with the purpose of improving visualization of three-dimensional objects by means of augmented reality technology with the use of massively available mobile devices as a platform. This article summarizes the main results and provides suggestions for future research. Since graphical user interfaces made it to the consumer market about 30 years ago, interaction with the computer has not changed significantly. The focus of current user interface techniques is only on human-computer interactions, not on human-real world interactions. With that in mind, the concept of augmented reality appears very promising. Besides other improvements, it provides a better user interface for visualization of virtual objects in real environments. Modern smartphones and tablet computers, as well as improved software tools have provided the prerequisites for mass usage of handheld augmented reality. The following issues were raised by research: realistic object rendering, the ability to change object parameters in real time, storing of objects, manipulation of objects in space, issues of augmented reality graphical user interface design
