Description
Programming idea of systemic generalization of mathematics, essence of which consists of total change of meaning “set” on more common meaning “system” and tracing of all consequences of it is formulated and generalized in the article. Observance of adequacy principle, which is mandatory for more common theory is provided under it, because a system with zero level of systemic character is set. Expanded example of realization of this programming idea as a systemic information theory, which is systemic generalization of information theory of Nikewest-Boltzman-Hartley-Shannon and semantic information theory of Kharkevich , which was offered by the author, is brought.

SEMANTIC INFORMATION MODEL OF SC-ANALYSIS
Description
Semantic informational model of systemic-cognitive analysis (SC-analysis) is described in this article in brief, universal information measure of force and direction influence of factors values, independent from their nature and measurement units on the action of an object’s management ( based on the lemma Neiman-Pierson), and nonmetric integral criterion of similarity between images of concrete objects and generic mages of classes, images of classes and images of factors values are introduced as well. Identification and prognosis are considered as a decomposition of an image of a concrete object in a row by generic images classes (object analysis), it is offered to consider as a possible variant of decision of the thirteen problem of Gilbert in practice.

Description
Results of the fifth International Conference (KubSAU,2007) on problems of vintage, characteristics and storage of perishing wild and native grape of the North Caucasus and the Black Sea area regions are dealt with in the review article. Results of the work of Eurasian countries scientists for the last two years fulfilling the project of International institute of genetic plant resources Biodiversity International have been cited. In particular, assessment of wild grape in the places of its initial origin was carried out, world gene pool was enriched on three hundred patterns, methods of molecular marking of grape genotypes and ampelographic screening of two subspecies Vitis Vinifera L. were improved, international data bank was created and variant of regional ampelography was written.

TO THE QUESTION ON DEVELOPMENT PERSPECTIVES OF TINNED MEAT PRODUCTION IN KRASNODAR REGION
Description
Results of scientific research, devoted to the analysis of tinned meat production effectiveness from rabbit meat in different regions of Russia on the example of Moscow area, Stavropol region and Krasnodar region are reflected in the article. Production advantages of given category goods on the territory of our region in terms of comparison of feedstock prime cost were revealed in general outline.

Innovation approach to the course planning organization of grains and sugar beets harvesting-laying-in in a format of commodity-raw material zones of elevator complexes and sugar plants, providing economically profitable arrangement of harvesting-laying-in campaigns is considered.
