A TECHNIQUE FOR COMPUTING OF THE TURBULENT DIFFUSION COEFFICIENT VERTICAL COMPONENT
01.00.00 Physical-mathematical sciences
Description
The technique for computing of the turbulent diffusion coefficient vertical component in the context of a mathematical model of admixture dispersion in the surface layer is proposed

Description
The article has covered the influence of the com-bined fungicide rex duo, suspension concentrate (310+87 g/l) on the population structure of wheat brown rust pathogen in the North Caucasus. The comparative assessment of effect of single-component preparations from different classes on the pathogen population was performed out

Description
Puccinia triticina isolates from North Caucasus and Leningrad region were compared in regard to the genetic structure, phenotypic composition as well as frequency of occurrence of RAPD-phenotypes and polymorphous major fragments with the help of Rogers index. Did not demonstrate any significant differences according to their genetic structure and occurrence of major fragments of DNA-polymorphism. The difference of isolates from given regions was determined with high degree of confidence according to the phenotypes of virulence and RAPD-phenotypes

DETECTION OF SEROTYPE SPECIFICITY OF AFRICAN SWINE FEVER VIRUS NON-HAEMADSORBING STRAINS
Description
Gamma irradiation-inactivated cultural preparations (-IP) of African swine fever (ASF) non-haemadsorbing strains acquire a potential for haemadsorption induction in porcine bone marrow culture (PBMC). We have obtained some experimental data indicating that a modification of haemadsorption inhibition assay (HIA) which is an assay aimed at “removal” of γ -IP-induced haemadsorption may be used in research works to determine serospecificity rates of ASF virus non-haemadsorbing isolates

ANTICELLULAR EFFECTORS OF IMMUNITY AT AFRICAN SWINE FEVER
Description
Some optimal conditions to fix virus-specific anticellular effectors of immunity at African swine fever (ASF) were determined. Injection of an attenuated strain FK-135 at high doses enables registration of antibodies active in antibody-dependent cellular toxicity (ADCT) and primary cytotoxic T-lymphocytes (CTL) on days 3 and 6, respectively. After infection of pigs with a virulent strain F-32 not any immunity anticellular effectors were found

Description
The technique of a choice of the directions of restoration of the intraeconomic irrigating network, allowing to estimate the most effective of an existing number sprinkler irrigation machines (SIM) for the given site is offered in this article, taking into account the presence of an existing network, financial possibilities of the customer, a choice of a way of an irrigation etc. Estimation of the chosen way of restoration of an intraeconomic irrigating network is offered to be spent on three indicators: resource, technological and complex

ESTIMATION PROCEDURE OF SEASONAL LOADING OF SPRINKLER IRRIGATION MACHINE
Description
The technique of the decision of a problem of technical and technological optimization of the acquisition and seasonal use of sprinkler irrigation machines, under available characteristics of distribution of the casual sizes of deficiency of water consumption of the chosen culture, in the concrete to agro- climatic zone is offered in the article. The basic condition of optimization, in the modern economic conditions, definition of an optimum indicator is recoupment of capital expenses for modernization or the device of the bringing networks, acquisition of sprinkler irrigation machines (SIM) and the organization of watering

DATA MINING FOR CONSTRUCTION MODELS OF NEURAL NETWORKS UNDER LIMITED NUMBER OF EXPERIMENTS
Description
The approach of statistical modeling of data for neural networks training in order to predict strength characteristics for fiber-porous biocomposites is presented. This approach was attested on the examples of test data of the toughness for box-calf and elastic leather
-
INVESTIGATION OF STRENGTH CHARACTERISTICS FOR FISH LEATHER
Description
The results of the strength characteristics research for carp fish leather at different processing stages and the change of these characteristics during the process are presented. Possibility for the tensor equation the use is showed for the value both of the toughness and limited strains of fish leather with load direction
