This article considers the problem of radicalism in solving the peasant problem in Russia in XIX-XX centuries that relates to the solution of the same tasks in the modern Russia. We studied and applied in our research the works of different authors who studied problems of national land tenure. We characterized main features of radicalism in solving peasant problem, determined directions of state policy and the specific of mentality and economic culture of Russian Peasantry in XIX-XX centuries. The article is devoted to the actual problem of social psychology - joint activity in small groups of young people and conditions of its productivity. Historical and psychological, methodological and empirical prob-lems of socio-psychological research of orientation (prevenient part of joint activity), which provide pro-ductivity of joint activity, were analyzed in the article. The prevenient part of joint activity is considered as a component of the structure of joint activity. As the result of empirical research, the general problem of orientation and its’ influence on effectiveness of activ-ity were brought to light.
