SYNERGETIC INFORMATION THEORY: EXPLANATIONS AND TERMINOLOGICAL REMARKS
01.00.00 Physical-mathematical sciences
Description
The article is devoted to an explanation of the separate moments of the synergetic information theory and consists of five independent sections. In the first section genesis of the name this theory reveals and its independence of G. Haken's synergetrics is shown. In the second section basic distinction of R. Hartley's information measure and quantity of information self-reflected by a final set is detail considered. In the third section concept interpretation information from category positions reflection is briefly considered. In the fourth section need of change of the name of information which is reflected about each other by two being crossed final sets is shown. In the fifth section the phrase negentropy of reflection is replaced with the term a sintropy and classification of different types of a sintropy is given

MOLECULAR-GENETICS BASE OF APPLE SELF-INCOMPATIBILITY
Description
Estimation of self-incompatibility allelic diversity in Russian apple varieties was conducted. We have established S-allele gene set for a number of varieties. The most common allele of gene was identified. Alleles frequency data obtained are consistent with those in the world apple germplasm

Description
During cultivation in the glucose-mineral medium, Escherichia coli M-17, O75, № 14 and VL 613 and Salmonella enteritidis excrete amino acids, their composition and dynamics depend on the species and the strain identity. The total concentration of the ami-no acids for probiotic strains was higher than oppor-tunistic. Comparative analysis of the amino acids to their ability to influence the growth of bacteria, sug-gests that amino acids are carry out certain regulatory functions

RESEARCHING OF COMPLETE OBSERVABILITY OF TIME – VARYING PERTURBED DYNAMICAL SYSTEM
Description
The article is devoted to the researching of complete observability of time-varying perturbed differential-algebraic system. The method of cascade splitting of the original space to the subspace is used. The formula for finding the state vector is derived. The relations between input and output functions are obtained
