The article shows the possible ways to control the quality of plasma coatings, such as modulation of the electrical parameters of indirect and remote arc plas-ma torch, vibration, thermal and electro-coating pro-cess, etc. Theoretically based on mathematical model-ing and experimental results of the effect of modula-tion of electrical parameters of the plasma deposition and hardening coatings on their quality are listed. In this article we consider the general problem of integration with external billing system software complexes and analyze the main methods of the solution of the problem on the example of a specific task. We also carried out the comparative analysis of the traditional methods and came to the need of modifying the best of them.
