There is a 2D mathematical model of ion transport binary salt with the main conjugate effects of concentration polarization in the overlimiting current mode: the bulk charge and the dissociation/ recombination of water, gravity and electroconvection and Joule heating the solution in the form of a boundary value problem for systems of differential equations with partial derivatives in the article. This system is presented in a form convenient for numerical solution. We describe the necessary boundary conditions. This article presents a theoretical study of the interaction of forced, gravitational and electroconvection, the dissociation / recombination of water molecules, and Joule heating of the solution and heat transport through membranes. We have constructed a mathematical model of two-dimensional non-stationary ion transport binary salt in a smooth rectangular channel desalting electrodialysis device using equations Nernst-Planck-Poisson, heat conduction and Navier-Stokes equations and the natural boundary conditions. For numerical solution we use the finite element method, with the splitting of task at each new time layer into three subtasks: electrochemical, thermal conductivity, hydrodynamic. Such approach to the development of numerical methods is the original and can solve arising in modeling boundary-value problems for a nonlinear system of partial differential equations

Description
The article presents a new approach to 2D modeling of transport of salt ions in EMC (electro systems: electrodialysis devices, electro-cells, etc.) under the condition of electrical neutrality with limiting and overlimiting current density. For definiteness as seen half of EMS channel EDA desalting (electrodialysis apparatus), the right border, which serves as a CEM (cation exchange membrane). The new approach in the use of partial differential equations of the first order, instead of equations of convective diffusion. A common method of transport modeling binary electrolyte in the EMS under the condition of electrical neutrality, is to use the equation of convective diffusion (partial differential equations of the second order). The article presents a new approach to modeling 2D transfer binary electrolyte in EMS under the same conditions, using partial differential equation of the first order for the decision, which does not require a boundary condition for concentration on the membrane surface. This allows you to simulate the transport of salt ions, as in prelimit and exorbitant current density and to determine the boundaries of the field of electrical neutrality

Description
In the article we have derived mathematical models of non-stationary transport binary electrolyte in EMS (electromembrane systems: electrodialysis apparatus, electromembrane cell, etc.) for the galvanostatic mode. To be specific, as EMS viewed channel of desalting of EDA (electrodialysis apparatus) and EMS with RMD (rotating membrane disk). We present a formula expressing the intensity of the electric field through the current density and concentration. Also, we have received the differential equation for the current density. The fundamental point here is derived new equation for the unknown vector function of current density of the initial system of equations of Nernst-Planck. In addition, the article shows the output equation for the current density in three dimensions; we have proposed various methods for solving the equation of the current density and the boundary conditions for the current density. The proposed mathematical models of transport binary electrolyte are easy to be generalized to an arbitrary electrolyte. However, the corresponding equations are cumbersome. It should be also noted that the boundary conditions can be varied and depend on the purpose of a particular study in this regard, in this work are just the equation having the general form

SMM – PROMOTION OF A FOOTBALL CLUB AND INTERACTION WITH THE TARGET AUDIENCE THROUGH SOCIAL NETWORKS
22.00.00 Sociological sciences
Description
The article is based on the goal - to show the importance of working with social networks as one of the main ways to promote the football club. Representation of a sports organization in this field plays a special role at the present stage of the development of information channels. Denial of active use of social networks in the formation of the brand of the football club, or insufficient positioning in the Internet space reduces the effectiveness of interaction with the target audience. This is especially noticeable in "communication" with the younger generation, which actively uses social networks as one of the main channels of communication and positioning. Promotion of a football club in a virtual environment is an important task, which is reflected in this article. A competent combination of work with social networks and the media allows solving many issues related to the positioning of the club's brand, strengthening its image. Active study of these issues allows us to understand the possibilities of using modern methods of SMM promotion of the football club better, which allows us to keep closer contact with the target audience, ready for dialogue and close interaction, which allows us to obtain both reputational and commercial benefits. Thus, the material presented is an opportunity to explore existing opportunities and new trends in the use of PR in the sports field, in football in particular

AUTOMATION OF BUISNESS-PROCESSES OF A TRAINING CENTER
Description
The modern Russian companies have realized the need of automation of document flow not only as a mean of keeping documents in order, but also as a tool of optimization of expenses, as an assistant in adoption of administrative decisions. The Russian market of information systems for long time had no software products intended for educational institutions. The majority of the automated systems are intended for the enterprises with an activity in the sphere of trade and production. In comparison with the above companies, the list of software products for commercial training centers is small. Even considering the developed line of programs it is impossible to speak about meeting all the requirements for companies of such activity. At creation of the automated system for training center, the analysis of the existing software products intended for automation of training centers and adjacent institutes was carried out; a number of features of activity are revealed. The article is devoted to the description of the developed automated information system of document flow of a commercial educational institution, namely the developed configuration of "Training center" on a platform of "1C: Enterprise 8.2". The developed program complex serving as the administrative tool for the analysis of economic activity of training center, scheduling of the educational equipment and teaching structure, payroll calculation taking into account specifics of branch has been presented in the article

Sommelier evaluates the quality of wine on the basis of their subjective feelings. At the same time, what the sommelier says when evaluating wine, it is difficult or impossible to rationally understand for the uninitiated to this art. The process of assessing the quality of wine by sommelier can not be formalized and is carried out entirely at the sensual level. Sometimes, different sommeliers differently evaluate the same wine poured from the same barrel into bottles of different prestige, with stickers differing in the number of stars. This raises at least two legitimate and natural questions. The first question is whether any subjective sommelier evaluations of the quality of wine are connected with its objective physical and chemical properties? The second question arises in the case of a positive answer to the first one: is it possible to analyze the objective methods of physical and chemical properties of wine to predict its subjective assessment by various sommeliers or some "generalized sommelier", generalizing many such subjective assessments? This article is devoted to obtaining reasoned answers to these questions. The purpose of this work, which is of great scientific and practical interest, is to create a model that provides an automated assessment of the quality of wine based on the analysis of its objective physical and chemical properties, coinciding with its sommelier-evaluation. To achieve this goal, we use Automated system-cognitive analysis (ASC-analysis) and its software tools – the intelligent system called "Eidos". A detailed numerical example based on 1599 real-world examples of sommelier evaluation of wine quality with known physical and chemical properties is considered. In addition to the answer to the two questions in the article, there is a study of the created system-cognitive model

Description
At present, databases of 27-year observations of various adverse weather conditions and dangerous hydrometeorological phenomena leading to social and economic losses on the territory of Russia are in full open free access. Some of these natural hazards also cause significant damage to agriculture, especially crop production, horticulture and viticulture. Therefore, a great scientific and practical interest is the intellectual analysis of these data, which will create more favorable conditions for the prediction of such adverse events and decision-making, taking into account their possible negative impact on human activity. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to solve the following tasks, which are obtained by decomposition of the goal and are the stages of its achievement: Task 1: cognitive structuring of the subject area. Task 2: preparation of initial data and formalization of the subject area. Task 3: synthesis and verification of statistical and system-cognitive models and selection of the most reliable model. Task 4: solving problems in the most reliable model: - subtask 4.1. Forecasting (diagnostics, classification, recognition, identification); - subtask 4.2. Support decision-making; - sub-task 4.3. Study of the simulated subject area by studying its model (cognitive diagrams of classes and values of factors, agglomerative cognitive clustering of classes and values of factors, nonlocal neurons and neural networks, 3d-integral cognitive maps, cognitive functions). It is proposed to use automated system-cognitive analysis (ASC-analysis) to solve the tasks. The article provides a detailed numerical example illustrating the solution of all these problems
