Description
The article deals with the post-war reshuffle of forces in the near Stalin’s enclosing, which ended with the largest repressive campaign of the late Stalinism. Shortly, after the war Stalin encouraged the competition in the system of the highest power, he goes to the formation of a new center of power and sets out the party and state appointments, so called "leningradcev." At the same time strengthening the position of A. Zhdanov, A. Kuznetsova, N.Voznesenskogo "the host" accompanies with a limited sphere of influence of G. Malenkov and L. Beria. During the 1946-1948, following with the favorite tactics of checks and balances, the leader does not carry the advantages of any parties. However, in summer of 1948 the interpersonal conflict between Stalin and Zhdanov was identified and the sudden death of the latter, destroyed the existing guide in the narrow balance of power, were the starting point for the beginning prosecution of "leningradcev" without guardianship. Using the suspicions and phobias of the leader, Malenkov and Beria were able to initiate the "Leningrad affair". The author thinks that if Zhdanov did not have a fatal cardiac infarction, he would be back to work in Moscow from the necessitous vocation, would stay in the membership of governing group and the bloody reprisals would be avoided

10.00.00 Philological sciences
DescriptionThe reality of a contemporary global society - «The Word of the Year» and the possibility of it to be a discourse formula are discussed in the article. In the conditions of global development of social, economic, political and cultural spheres the idea of a choice of the word of the year is priority in the further development of cultural linguistics and philology basic aspects. In our country and abroad experts, literary critics and common people express the opinion at the initial stage of competition to reveal the most important words. Frequency of the word usage, its content and clearness are in the focus of the attention. In the article the length of the usage is defined, this period should not be fewer than 12 months. The choice of a word in the different countries varies, it depends on life events at the differentiated levels. In the analyzed countries words are partly the same, but also differ, it means that in diverse conditions – social-cultural, political, economic - the thinking and mentality coincide in general. In the conclusion it is possible to note that the keywords, that passed the selection of the competition «Word of the year», can be considered as a discourse formula in different kinds of a discourse and in many countries

LANGUAGE IDENTITY THROUGH THE PRISM OF POLITICAL NEWSPAPER COMMUNICATION
10.00.00 Philological sciences
DescriptionPolitical newspaper communication has been researched and it is pointed out that the communication between communicators is carried out at the inner mental dialogical level. Questions of text comprehension are analyzed. It is emphasized that behind the political newspaper text there is a language system and without knowledge of this system communication based on text activity is impossible

The stability of strongly basic anion-exchange membranes MA-41-2P (JSC "Schekino-Nitrogen", Russia) and AMX (Tokuyama Soda, Japan) under intensive current regimes was investigated in the current study. The process of water molecules dissociation at current densities above the limiting one in 0.01 M sodium chloride solution was studied in detail. The length of the electroconvective instability at the membrane / solution interface at currents exceeding the limiting current was measured by laser interferometry

Description
In the article the mathematical model of the space charge region in the bipolar membrane is considered. The structure of the space charge region under passing of electric current, and without electric current is discussed. The results of experimental studies of water dissociation in the bipolar membrane in the presence of chromium(III) are discussed

ELECTRICAL CONDUCTIVITY OF IONEXCHANGE MEMBRANES IN SOLUTIONS CONTAINING CARBOXYLIC ACIDS
DescriptionThe article presents the experimental results of the study of the concentration dependence of the electrical conductivity of heterogeneous ion-exchange membranes that are in contact with solutions of weak electrolytes - carboxylic acids. It is shown that in this case the membrane conductivity is higher than the conductivity of the solution, wherein the conductivity of cation exchange membranes substantially greater (by an order of magnitude) than the conductivity of anion exchange membranes. This fact must be considered when designing the actual electrodialysis processes of processing solutions containing organic ions. The work identified the need to develop modern ideas about transport and the structural organization of ion-exchange materials, to describe the structure of the ion-exchange membranes that are in contact with weak electrolytes solutions

01.00.00 Physical-mathematical sciences
DescriptionMicro and nanofluidics are the new multidisciplinary sciences. One of the tasks of which is creation and management of flow of fluid in the thin channels size of a few nano- or micrometer which exposed the external electric field, where the walls are the ion exchange membrane. Electroosmosis (electroconvection) plays an important role in these tasks. A large number of articless were devoted to electroosmosis. One of the first, Dukhin S.S., Mishchuk N.A. and Rubinstein I. gave a theoretical explanation of the overlimiting current by electroosmosis. They used two-dimensional Stokes equation to calculate the flow of the electrolyte, and one-dimensional equations of Nernst-Planck and Poisson to calculate the electric power. These researches have multiple limitations because of the computational complexity the mathematical simulation. Thus, there is an actual problem of the asymptotic solution of boundary value problems for the two-dimensional systems of equations of NernstPlanck and Poisson without these restrictions. These researches we derived in simplified models of electroosmosis in galvanic dynamical mode using the decomposition method. We have created a hierarchical system of two-dimensional mathematical models of ion transport of salt and electroosmosis in micro- and nanochannels formed by selective ion-exchange membranes
