Description
Results of three-year researches on studying of harmfulness of turtle bug maggots on the winter wheat sowings after fallow predecessors were presented in the article. Qualitative dependence between pest number and grain damage was typed. Influence of grain damage by turtle bug maggots on mass of 1000 seeds and quality of gluten was determined.

OPTIMIZATION OF EXPENSE RATE OF INSECTICIDES ON WINTER WHEAT
Description
Results of three-year researches of insecticides application from different classes of organic compounds against destructive turtle on winter wheat located after clean fallow are presented in the article. Effectiveness of decrease of recommended preparations rates expense under their use in the phase of milk maturity of winter wheat grain against larvae of pests was evaluated.

More productive grass- grain ploughing crop rotation and energy-saving means of main soil cultivation, rates of fertilizers and regime of irrigation, increasing productivity of agricultural lands, keeping fertility and biodiversity of irrigated agro landscapes were revealed.
