TOOLS FOR OPTIMIZING PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT TAKING INTO ACCOUNT PRICING MODELS
DescriptionThe state of any economic system depends on the values of its parameters, both in the current period and at previous times. Therefore, in the process of optimization of production management, it is necessary to take into account this feature of the development of the systems under consideration. The most important task of economic research is the establishment of an equilibrium price. The most suitable hysteresis converters for solving this problem, the formal description of which is based on their operator interpretation. However, at present, when analyzing the functions of supply and demand, a cobweblike model and its analogues are used, as a rule. This article discusses the unresolved problem of optimizing production under conditions of hysteresis pricing and competition. Taking into account that their mathematical modeling is the main method of analyzing economic systems with hysteresis properties, different pricing models (discrete and continuous) are considered in the article, as well as economic and mathematical tools for optimizing production activity under hysteresis pricing conditions. The developed models can be used to increase the adequacy of the formal mathematical description of the corresponding systems, which is the basis for more accurate forecasts of their development. In the conditions of hysteresis pricing, production optimization algorithms will allow to create optimal (in terms of achieving maximum profit) price and production strategies for the development of economic systems

RESEARCHING OF COMPLETE OBSERVABILITY OF TIME – VARYING PERTURBED DYNAMICAL SYSTEM
DescriptionThe article is devoted to the researching of complete observability of timevarying perturbed differentialalgebraic system. The method of cascade splitting of the original space to the subspace is used. The formula for finding the state vector is derived. The relations between input and output functions are obtained

DescriptionThe article presents a mathematical model of the ion transport across phase boundary exchange membrane / solution. The border is considered as an object in space, endowed with all the physical and chemical properties that are inherent physical and chemical phases. It is regarded as a special physical and chemical environment, having a distributed exchange capacity in which there is space charge dissociation of water molecules. The size of this object is estimated in the range of 1300 nm. The surface morphology of industrial membrane type MK40, МA41 and МA41P was investigated experimentally by scanning electron microscopy (REM). There was analyzed the amplitude of average surface roughness. In this article, the reaction layer is modeled as a region that forms as a relief morphology of the membrane. Membrane properties are due to the properties of the solution and the properties of the membrane. To determine the dependence of Q(x) is proposed procedure for assessing the proportion of solid phase in the total volume of which can be seen in the vertical cross section microprofile on the membrane surface line. Height multivendors determine the reaction layer zone on frame of model. Influence of surface morphology on the VA characteristics and the sizes of the convective instability of cationexchange membrane evaluated numerically simulating the hydrodynamic flow conditions using a solution of the NavierStokes equations. The transfer of a strong electrolyte such as NaCl ions through the thin layer of the reaction layer is considered. The place of nanomodel in the structure of a threelayer membrane system is showed. The distribution of the concentration of ions in the system, the charge density distribution and the dependence of the integrate charge with extent nanolayer is present. How to change the shape of the space charge and its integral value with one is investigated

The optimization of constructive parameters of chain brush cutter with chopping elements has been performed. The optimal rotating speed of chain reel, speed of brush cutter and clearance between chain reel and surface has been found

Description
The stability of strongly basic anionexchange membranes MA412P (JSC "SchekinoNitrogen", Russia) and AMX (Tokuyama Soda, Japan) under intensive current regimes was investigated in the current study. The process of water molecules dissociation at current densities above the limiting one in 0.01 M sodium chloride solution was studied in detail. The length of the electroconvective instability at the membrane / solution interface at currents exceeding the limiting current was measured by laser interferometry
