10.00.00 Philological sciences
DescriptionThe article discusses the results of the pragmalinguistic experiment. Since language game is a result of speech creative work, which manifests the individuality of a linguistic personality, the politician can intentionally use language game and thereby consciously form his attractive image. The politician, who uses different kinds of language game, makes some personal characteristics building up the portrait aspect of effective political image more distinguished and thus affects the election decision of the voter. It has been studied whether language game influences such characteristics as determination, insistence, persuasiveness, emotionality, confidence, energy, sense of responsibility, dedication, trustworthiness, honesty, a certain hardness, decisiveness, autonomy, adherence to principles and assertiveness. It has been concluded that language game influences 11 of the 15 characteristics, this fact confirms the hypothesis

SEMANTIC SEARCH ENGINE BASED ON ONTOLOGY MAPPING
DescriptionWe live in a world of rapidly developing information technologies, where many organizations are related to each other, forming complex information networks. Therefore, storage, analysis and retrieval of information is a very complex and urgent task. In connection with the advent of search engines and communications, millions of people are engaged in the search and retrieval of information. Commercial search engines, such as Google, use keyword search based on logical queries. The main disadvantage of this search is that it returns a lot of irrelevant information, which leads to low accuracy. In this article, we focus on building a semantic search system based on the mapping of the ontological model. This includes various stages of development of ontology, the phase of indexing and information retrieval

Description
In the Southern Federal University on the genetic basis of sunflower inbred line 3629, a collection of plastid mutants with varying degrees of chlorophyll deficiency was created by inducing Nnitrosomethylurea. Chlorophyll content was associated with their photosynthetic activity. It was found that the lower the chlorophylls content in mutant plastids, the lower the sugar concentration in plant tissues. For example, during the entire period of plant growth for whites (1.0-3.0 % chlorophylls a+b from control) var- 10, var-17 and yellows (6.0-9.5 % chlorophylls a+b from control) var-29, var-33 leaf areas of variegated mutants depending on the development phase and the content of green pigments are characterized by a low (2-7 fold) sugar content. Yellow-green (75.5% chlorophylls a + b from control) leaves of en:chlorina- 7 contain a higher level of carbohydrates, although it is 1.5-2 fold lower than at line 3629. Monosaccharides are products of hydrolytic reactions catalyzed by β- glycosidases. It was shown, that the activity level of β- galactosidase and β-glucosidase exceeded the corresponding indicators of the control at 1.5-2 and 2-7 fold, respectively. Similarly to enzymes from the water-soluble fraction, membrane-bound β- glycosidases also showed increased activity in the leaves of the investigated mutants, compared to the control green plants of 3629. Consequently, the activity of β-glycosidases increases dramatically in leaf tissues with deficiency of photosynthetic. Thus, chlorophyll mutations can lead to a change in the expression of nuclear genes, resulting in a significant increase in the activity of β-glycosidases in the mutant organelles themselves

COMPARISON OF SOIL TEST METHODS FOR AVAILABLE PHOSPHORUS IN COMMON CALCAREOUS BLACK SOIL
06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
DescriptionThe article presents a comparative analysis of the results on available phosphorus measurements in common black soils using the Machigin and Olsen methods. The relationships between maize productivity and soil available phosphorus and also between phosphorus concentrations in the above-ground plant parts and soil available phosphorus were identified at various stages of crop development

Description
The main contribution to the soil biological properties change in the combined pollution with lead and an alternating magnetic field makes lead pollution. Contribution of the interaction of factors of 20-30%. The contribution of the alternating field was insignificant or unreliable. Black soil and brown forest soils are similar in degree of resistance to the combined pollution. Grey sands have less stability

Description
Mortality from malignant diseases is directly linked to early metastasis and relapse. It is now possible to identify individual tumor cells in bone marrow biopsies and peripheral blood. Colorectal cancer is one of the leading places in the structure of cancer incidence and mortality, both in Russia and around the world. Studies have shown that after surgery the ability of tumor cells to the dissemination and implantation increases. The work contains 30 patients with the verified colorectal cancer with metastasis to the liver. To determine the CSC we have applied an analysis technology in CellSearch System ™ (Janssen Diagnostics, LLC). Our study of the number and frequency of detection of circulating tumor cells in peripheral blood of patients and control group demonstrates the reduction in the number of CTCs during laparoscopic surgery and changing the dynamics of the level of tumor cells in the form of reduction from the stage of the mobilization of the drug due to minimally invasive access, minimizing manipulation in the projection of the tumor and as a consequence, preventing the release into the blood stream of single tumor cells
