STABILITY EVALUATION OF SOUTHERN RUSSIA SOILS TO CHEMICAL POLLUTION
DescriptionWe propose a method of biodiagnostics of soil resistance to chemical pollution and its regulation on the degree of violation of the ecological functions of soil based on the definition of the integral indicator of biological state (IIBS) of the soil. The comparative assessment of the stability of the major soils of the south Russian to chemical pollution are considered in this article

PROSPECTS OF CULTURE SPECIES OF BETULACEAE IN ROSTOV REGION
DescriptionWere summed up of perennial introductory tests of the representatives of the family Betulaceae S.F. Gray in the Botanical Garden SFedU. The 33 species of this family have been studied for a total. Evaluation of winter hardiness of the family members showed that the absolute resistance to the full range of factors winter have representatives genus Betula, also Alnus incana (L.) Moench and Corylus colurna L. Species of the genus Betula and Corylus may be attributed to the plants having a resistance to drought. The highly drought-resistant species – Carpinus betulus L., C. turczaninowii Hance, Alnus incana (L.) Moench and Ostrya carpinifolia Scop. Less than drought-resistant – Alnus glutinosa (L.) Gaertn. Most of the tested species should be attributed to hemixerophytes. The high degree of defeat by fungal diseases of the species genera Alnus, Betula and Carpinus makes them unsuitable for the regional culture. The causative agent of the disease is a fungus Chondrostereum purpureum (Pers.) Pouzar. Based on the totality ecological and biological properties only species of the genus Corylus remain promising for the culture. For introductory test it is advisable to attract drought-tolerant species of the family Betulaceae such as: Alnus barbata C.A. Mey., A. rubra Bong., A. rugosa (Du Roi) Spreng., Carpinus cordata Blume, C. caucasica Grossh., C. caroliniana Walter, C. orientalis Miller., C. tschonoskii Maxim., Betula insignis Franch., B. lanata (Regel) V.N. Description
The approach to the solution of resource allocation problem in the process of activity planning for research and development organization having sufficient scientific and design capacity is considered. This approach enables to solve complex resource allocation problem in the context of designing division of work and network team building and project implementation technology, using software intended for solution of traditional linear programming tasks. Database modeling technique with account of specific characteristics of this approach is described

FINDING AND RANKING KNOWLEDGE ON THE SEMANTIC WEB
DescriptionThe basis of Semantic Web technology is the possibility of joint construction of ontology and the formation of the dictionary without centralized control. All the information and the knowledge encoded in the ontology as semantic web-terms and the semantic web-documents. Swoogle helps software agents and knowledge engineers find Semantic Web knowledge encoded in RDF and OWL documents on the Web. Navigating such a Semantic Web on the Web is difficult due to the paucity of explicit hyperlinks beyond the namespaces in URIrefs and the few interdocument links like rdfs:seeAlso and owl:imports. In order to solve this issue, this paper proposes a novel Semantic Web navigation model providing additional navigation paths through Swoogle’s search services such as the Ontology Dictionary. Using this model, we have developed algorithms for ranking of Semantic Web objects at three levels of granularity: documents, terms and RDF graphs. The article focuses on the ranking at the document level, based on a rational search model, which emits the agent's behavior when navigating at the document level, and ranking on level terms, the value of which is determined by the number of their references in all documents

The article describes the structure of microbial communities in urban soils of Rostov-on-Don. The difference in numbers of bacteria of main trophic groups between the central part and the suburbs of Rostov-on-Don has been analyzed. The comparison with control soil with minimal anthropogenic impact has been performed. The indices of mineralization, oligotrophy, oligonitrophylic and pedotrophic quotients have been calculated

Description
The article reports about the results of the new population of protected herb species studying in the Rostov region and in the Russian Federation - Cymbochasma borysthenica (Pall are given. ex Schlecht.) Klok. & Zoz (Orobanchaceae), registered in 2014 on the northern coast of Mius Liman in the Rostov-on-Don Region. The new habitat is located at considerable distance from the earlier known. The population area has about 200 sq. m, total number – more than 1000 uneven-age specimens of a seed and vegetative origin. Population consists of two cenopopulations one of which lives in community of transitional type from a timyannik to a stony steppe (association: Festuca valesiaca – Cleistogenes bulgarica – Cymbochasma borysthenica – Thymus dimorphus), another – as a part of the stony steppe (association: Festuca valesiaca + Agropyron pectinatum + Galatella villosa), created at the limestone shell rock exits. Cenopopulation in community of transitional type, despite the smaller area (50 sq. m), differs by more number and density. Both cenopopulations are similar in age ranges character and vitality of specimens. They belong to a normal type (capable to vegetative and seed self-maintenance) with a left-side age range that allows estimating them as rather stable, despite very limited area

USAGE OF THE BACTERIAL PREPARATION “DESTROIL” FOR DESTRUCTION OIL POLLUTION IN FRESH WATER
DescriptionThe researches of degradation of oil products in fresh-water reservoirs at the expense of the activity of petrooxidizing bacteria of Acinetobacter speivs SN-2 are carried out. The decrease in the content of oil products in 25 days prior to maximum concentration limit (0,05 mg/l) and the increase in concentration of oxygen in the reservoir are defined
