Sunflower is one of the most important oilseed crops, which are of great economic importance in Russia and in the world. It is very adaptive crop in terms of climatic conditions range, for that reason it is cultivated on a vast territory of the Russian Federation in various weather conditions. Sunflower oil has high nutritional and taste qualities, it is used numerously in food and is applied in various fields of food industry. The biologically active linoleic acid, phosphatides and fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K, which are of great nutritional value to humans, are contained in the oil. According to its calorific capacity, sunflower oil is on the first place among vegetable oils. Due to biological characteristics of sunflower, the Krasnodar region is the most favorable region of the Russian Federation for obtaining high and stable yields of this crop. However, here the drought is observed during the summer period and it affects adversely the productivity and quality of sunflower seeds. The increasing of resistance to unfavorable weather conditions is possible only based on detailed study of physiological features of productivity formation and seeds quality that is highly important task in view of the current geopolitical situation in Russia. One way of solving this issue is the appliance of the growth regulators, possessing anti-stress activity that improve the quality of sowing seeds and increase the productivity and plant resistance to stressful environmental factors. These drugs include growth regulator called Furolan, which was created in KubGTU and is certified for use in Russia. It is not toxic and is used in nano-dozes, there is no its residual quantities in the products and environment. Furolan has a positive effect on physiological and biochemical processes, improves the productivity of plants, their resistance to unfavorable growing conditions by increasing the resistance to dehydration as well as to the risk of fungal diseases

Results of the research on ecological safety of utilizing high clearance tractors for cultivation and harvesting of high stalk plants are presented. Purpose of the research was to decrease damaging of high stalk plants during multi-pass harvesting by tractor parts. For increasing efficiency and competitiveness of high stalk plants decreasing prime cost of production, increasing profitability and labor productivity are required. This can be achieved by introducing complex factors, which together with other factors as complex technological and technical modernization are required. Basic direction of modernization is utilizing completely new technologies and renewal of machines. Modern tractors utilized for tobacco growing have been analyzed. Basic demands for high clearance tractor which can be used for tobacco, grape and fruit trees growing have been developed. Researches on studying the tobacco plant folding during harvesting have been carried. Scheme of high clearance tractor MTZ-80 which can be assembled with machines for multi-pass harvesting of high stalk plants without their damaging has been developed. New scheme for modernization tractor MTZ-80 into high clearance model has been proposed. It can be done by changing speed reducers and forward wheels with size 11,2x20 on size 11,2x28. This will increase clearance from 470 to 840 mm

The article defines types of functional stability of reproduction processes. We have proved the need of identification of interrelations between factorial and productive signs, their nature and extent of influence by types of stability (eco-economic, technological-economic, financial and economic) and efficiency (eco-economic, technological, economic). The generalized characteristic of the models and methods used for detection of dependences of the functional interrelations and interferences determining functional stability and efficiency by stages of reproduction process is given. Eco-economic stability of system is provided when the balanced coherence of interrelations and interferences in the optimum range is observed: "ability of self-reproduction – anthropogenous loading", or "an initial (standard) state – resource expenses – compensations", on each element of reproduction processes. Technological and economic stability is formed by an optimality of interrelations "process efficiency – productional effectiveness"; "productional effectiveness – economic efficiency" which allow to determine parameters of rational sufficiency of realization of productional potential of plantings and size of expenses of the economic resources providing the set reproduction level. Level of realization of reproduction potential of structural elements of an agroecosystem in comparability to the level of technogenic loading is determined by each element of an agroecosystem by the empirical and statistical method allowing to give a statistical assessment to the importance of the revealed dependences and to verify the received results. The regression models characterizing interferences of the factors influencing the level of eco-economic, technological - economic and financial and economic stability of reproduction processes are constructed

The article gives a brief summary on the results of the introduction of rose varieties of climbing type in the central sub-zone of the Krasnodar region. Starting from the year 2000 in our institute a collection of roses from different garden groups, which includes 164 varieties, has been formed. Presently the rose varieties with long stems (from 2.5 m or more) are popular among specialists of landscape industry and floristlovers. Therefore we carry on introductions and study rose varieties of the groups of Rambler and LargeFlowered Climber. Rose varieties with valuable decorative signs, with enhanceable resistance to cold and drought-resistingness are selected. The valuable varieties and sources of the indicated signs are identified. Varieties of Albertine, American Pillar, Devichiy grezy are the sources of bright flower color; Bobbie James, Dorothy Perkins, Duc de Constantine - sources of long (more than 4 meters) of flexible shoots Warthburg - the source of early flowering. Variety New Daun - one of the few varieties of Rambler, which is characterized by re-bloom throughout the growing season in the conditions of the Krasnodar region. The indicative collection of several rose varieties includes the group of Large-Flowered Climber. A variety called Adzhimushkay is a source of large fragrant flowers of bright and early flowering. For the variety of Crimskiy Motive we noted the presence of a valuable feature - long flowering during the dry season (July-August). Flammentanz was included into the collection as one of the most winter resistant varieties of large-flowered. Promising varieties of the series of Super Rambler in the conditions of Krasnodar in the dry season formed short shoots, and flowers were not formed. Rose varieties included into the collection can be considered indicative of "anchor" genotypes, which are valuable for involvement into the selection process

The stage of introduction of plantlets to in vitro culture is an important stage of technology of clonal micropropagation of plants. For the purpose of decrease in a share of the plantlets that were lost from an infection and increase of their regeneration ability, sterilizers and antibiotics, effective and safe for apple rootstocks’ plantlets wee allocated, and also favorable terms of introduction to in vitro culture were allocated. As a result of the conducted researches, we have established that on influence on an nutrient medium and plantlets infection and on growth and development of plants, beneficial effect on apple rootstocks’ plantlets has an antibiotic nystatin of 200 mg/l: the reproduction coefficient on the medium with this antibiotic is equal 4,3, in the same concentration nystatin has the sanifying effect of 60-75% for stocks of SK 2 and MM 106. During researches of sterilizers for apple rootstocks’ plantlets SK 2, SK 3, SK 4, SK 7, MM 106 as an alternative to widely applied highly toxic sterilizer corrosive sublimate (the first class of danger) were picked up effective and safe preparations for sanitation of plantlets from an infection, such as the household preparation "Whiteness" (sodium hypochlorite) in cultivation 1:2, low-dangerous substance of the fourth class of danger (a share of viable plantlets of 75,5% from initially introduced), and also fosfopag, a preparation of the fourth class of danger (a share of viable plantlets of 65% from initially introduced). The favorable term for a meristem of apple rootstocks’ plantlets’ introduction to in vitro culture are phases of buds’ burgeoning (March) and the intensive growth of shoots (May – June)
