KRIMBAS - A NEW WINE HIGHER QUALITY MUSCAT BLACK BERRY GRAPE VARIETY
Description
The variety Krimbas is a hybrid, was gotten by Panteley Zamanidi in Greece and Troshin Leonid in 2001 year by crossing of the varieties Aigeorgitiko and Muscat aleksandriisky. It is got into the group of black sea grape varieties (convar. pontica subconvar. balcanica Negr.). The production period is 146-155 days. The growth of shoots is higher. The average mass of cluster is 300 g. It has higher resistance to frost, drought and fungal diseases compare with Muscat Vitis vinifera L. varieties. The leave is middle, black-green, five lobes, deep dissected, the bubbles on the upper side of leaves surface is low. The upper and bottom cuttings are closed with gleams. The form of cut of leave with low elliptic gleam, the length of petiole is middle. The flower is hemofradit. The ovary is low conical. The pollen is fertile. The cluster is middle or round, conical, middle density. The berry is middle side, oval, black-blue color. The skin is thick. The pulp is juicy, with Muscat after taste, the juicy is not colored. The sugariness of juice is very higher: the berries after overripe faded, then overraisines till 30% from the berry. The quantity of seeds in berry one, rare two. The seed of middle length, brown color, piriform, with shot beak. There are sometimes berries with not advanced seeds. The variety used for preparing dry pink and red wines of perfect grade, so and dries higher quality desert and liker wines; it is used for preparing juice, compotes and jam. The risen got of good quality with soft Muscat after taste.

Description
Greek variety Limniona concerns to the variety group of the Black Sea basin convar. pontica Negr. subconar balcanica Negr. It has a limited spreading, uses as an industrial variety. Duration of productive period is 156-165 days. Growth of shoots is strong. Degree of cane maturity is 81-95 %. Percentage of fruit-bearing shoots is more than 90. Productivity is 25-30 t/ha. It is highly drought resistant. Flower is bisexual. Cluster is large, cylindrical, of an average compactness with mass of 350g. Berry is middle-sized, round, dark - blue-black. Flesh is juicy, with nice variety after –taste. Variety is used for preparing of high quality red wines of different categories.

The Mavrostifo – Greece aboriginal variety. It is belong to the group of varieties convar. pontica subconvar. balcanica Negr. The time of production period is 156-165 days. The variety of medium height. The degree of ripening of vine is higher. The yield is higher. The average mass of bunch is 360 g. It has higher drought-resistance and middle steadiness for mushrooms diseases. The leave is large, black-green, the middle dissection, five lobes (the lobes are recovered), from bottom side with a lot of hairs. There are two blossoms on the 3 and 4 nodes. The flower is hemofroditus. The bunch is low or big, long, conical-winged, density. The berry is average, round, black-blue. The pulp is juicy, with tasty variety after taste. Description
Maria Callas is the new wine high-grade fragrant pink-berry breed, bred in Greece by Panteley Zamanidi, Leonid Troshin and Alexander Isachkin in 2003 by mating of Greek breed of Roditis with Traminer pink. Under morpho-physiological characteristics, it is included in ecological and geographical group of breeds of the Western Europe. Duration of productive phase is 146-155 days. A breed is strong grown; a degree of ripening of a vine is very high. Productivity is high. The medial mass of racemations is 180 gr. Differs with high winter-hardiness, drought resistance and raised sustainability to fungous diseases in comparison with breeds of Vitis vinifera. The flower is bisexual. A racemation is medial, conic with medial denseness. Bacca is medial, oval, pink color, with a dense wax coating. Peel is tight. Pulp is juicy with strongly expressed high quality flavour. Sugar content is high. Baccas become dry and raisin-like when overrippen and are duratingly maintained on scrubs: sugar content thus attains more than 30 %. Description
Newest wine black berry with painted pulp and juice grape variety called Mir was breeded at Athens Institute of Viticulture (Greece) by Zamanidi P., Troshin L. and Radchevsky P. in 2006 by crossing the Ukrainian variety of Odessa black (Alicante Bouschet x Cabernet Sauvignon) with new Greek black berry variety Iliad. According to the morphological and physiological characteristics included in the eco-geographical group of Black Sea Coast. Length of production period - 146-155 days. Strong growth of arms (2,1-3,0 m). Percentage of productive shoots - over 90. Productivity is very high: 20-30 t / ha. The average mass of clusters is 260 g. Characterized by high resistance to cold, drought and increased resistance to fungal diseases in comparison with varieties of Vitis vinifera. Lobes, the stamens and fully developed gynoecium. Bunch medium, often with tapered wing, the average density. Berry small, round, blue-black, with a thick waxy coating. The peel is medium thickness, dense, durable. Pulp and juice intensely colored. Description
Variety Moskhoragos is hybrid one: it was bred by Panteley Zamanidi, Leonid Troshin and Leonid Maltabar in 2001 in Greece by crossing of varieties Savvatyano and Muscat Alexander. By morphological-biological characteristics it was included in a group of varieties of the Black Sea basin (convar. pontica subconar. balcanica Negr.). Variety is new and that’s why it has limited spreading. Productive period length is 156-165 days. Length of shoots is 2,1 – 3.0 m. Degree of cane maturity is high – 81-95 %. Crop capacity is 25-30 t/ha. Percentage of fruit-bearing shoots is more than 90. Average cluster mass is 300 g. It differs with high cold resistance, drought resistance and increased resistance to fungi diseases in comparison with Muscat varieties Vitis vinifera L. During blossoming it can be recognized by a little crown of greenish-yellowish color with winy-red shade in the end part, shining surface of leaves with webby downiness in the lower part. First leaf is greenish, winy-red in edges, highly downy with both sides, second and third leaves are greenish-bronze, pentalobular, slightly webby –downy in the upper side and highly downy in the lower side. Fourth and fifth leaves are green with yellowish shade, brilliant, with rare webby downiness in the upper side and highly downy in the lower side. Shoot is green, with brown-reddish shade. Leaf is symmetrical. Leaf plate surface is large, dark-green, leaf’s form is pentagonal with five lobules, bladder surface is weak. Leaf edges have middle-acuminated dens, erect by both sides. Lower lobules are slightly overlapped. Leafstalk length is average. Inflorescence is cylindrical, often with antenna. Two inflorescences usually appear on one shoot on 4 or 5 nods and inflorescences appear on the shoots, grown from resting buds on perennial wood as well. Flower is monecious, normal. Ovary is round and ball-shaped. Pollen has normal shape, fertile. Cluster is average, cylindrical, alary, with average density. Berry is middle-sized, round, yellowish-green color. Flesh is juicy, sweet, with nice Muscat after-taste. Sugar content is high. Seed has an average length, light-brown, pear-shaped, with middle-sized beak. Variety is used for preparation of high quality table, strong and dessert wines of different categories.

Description
The newest wine white-berry fruitful high-grade breed of grape - Pontos is bred in Greece P.Zamanidi and L.Troshin in 2003 by mating of the Greek breed of Sideritis with a breed of Sovignon. Duration of productivity phase is 156-165 days. A breed is tall. A degree of vines ripening is very high. Productivity is very high, 15-16 t/hectares and more. The medial mass of racemations is 390 gr. Differs with high winter-hardiness, drought resistance and raised sustainability to fungous diseases in comparison with breeds Vitis vinifera. A flower is bisexual. Racemations are big, pencil-point, with medial denseness. Baccas are average, circular, greenish-yellow color, with a dense wax coating. A peel is tight. Pulp and juice with the expressed high quality flavor. Sugar content is high. It dries when over-ripening and stays on bushes. The breed of grape of Hrisi Irini is bred in Greece by P.Zamanidi and L.Troshin in 2003 by mating of the Greek breed of Asirtiko with the French breed of Semilon. Duration of production period is 156-165 days. Growth of shoots is strong (2,1-3,0). Degree of ripening of a vine is very high. Productivity is high. Average mass of clusters is 200 Differs with high winter hardiness, drought resistance and the raised resistance to fungous diseases in comparison with breeds of Vitis vinifera L. Flower is bisexual. Cluster is average, cyclo-conical, average density. Berry is average, oval, greenish-yellow colour, with a dense bloom. A pellicle is dense. Pulp and juice with high-quality odour. Sugar content is very high, it reaches 40 % with constant acidity in air-dry clusters on bushes. The breed of Hrisi Irini is included in ecological and geographical group of breeds of basin of Black sea under its morpho-physiological characteristics.
