SYNTHESIS OF MODULAR UNINTERRUPTED POWER SUPPLY SYSTEMS WITH INCREASED RELIABILITY
DescriptionThe level of technical development today requires the creation of highly effective, including reliable, uninter-rupted power supply systems. We have shown modern requirements and design features of modern systems of uninterruptible power supply, which should be built on a modular principle. It is shown that the problem of synthesis of systems in a modular approach is addressing three issues: development of the structure of the system subject to the requirements of consumers to quality of power and the allowable time of power outage; determining the required level redundancy of major functional units (blocks, elements) to ensure the required reliability of the system; - ensuring the most effective interconnection of modules, including electromagnetic compatibility, and the rational use during normal and emergency operation of the system. We have proposed new structural solution of the main functional units and uninterrupted power supply systems in modular design. To reduce EMI and improve efficiency uninterruptible power supply systems in the design of static converters we need to use a transformer with a rotating magnetic field. In addition, the prospective current is to be used as a source of renewable energy. CHOOSING SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAIC PLANT
DescriptionPromising is the direction and, above all, in matters of energy saving and energy efficiency of Autonomous systems of power supply, the use of renewable sources-newable energy as a major source of energy for consumers in remote areas. Here priority is given to solar energy. Since solar radiation can be change place not only in heat and electrical. The article contains three main structural schematics of electricity supply with solar power plants. The features of their work are disclosed, as well as an algorithm for calculating solar energy systems, the sequence of which is to define the required parameters, the daily energy consumption by consumers of electric power, the calculation capacity of the battery, the choice of the inverter and determining the area of solar batteries. The article reveals the conditions that affect the calculation of the PV system. It is shown that the greatest efficiency, including economic and reliability we have at combined (hybrid) Autonomous system, which was carried out with both solar power and wind power and gas stations. OUTSOURCING AS AN EFFICIENT TECHNOLOGY FOR CONSOLIDATION OF CAPITAL PARTNERS OF THE CORPORATION
DescriptionThe article examines the traditional concept of outsourcing from the perspective of the characteristics of a public Corporation of the knowledge economy and building competitiveness. The author notes essential narrow interpretation of traditional outsourcing and examines a new, broader understanding of how the mobilization of intellectual and human capital, third party outsourcers for the benefit of the Corporation. Formation of the sector of the knowledge economy in Russia actualizes the importance of joint and coordinated problem solving connections intellectual, human and other intangible capital partners, who are provided with a number of activities as part of the mega business process associated with the production of intellectual goods and services. According to the authors, the development of outsourcing leads to a network form of business organization and mega business process is transformed into a network conglomerate, the capital of which is "adapting" to each other with the formation of a harmonious configuration of material and immaterial capital. DescriptionIn the article we consider integrative codes of the elements of discrete systems for the first time. It is shown that these codes in the general case divided into group and system parts. The group part of the code characterizes a set of elements with identical value of the sign as a whole. System part of the code appears when different sets are combined into the system. We have established that in using the weighted average of these parts of integrative code we can express information measures of combinatorial, probabilistic and synergistic approaches to determine the quantity of information. It is concluded that there is an integrative coding relationship between these approaches, and the existing types of information have genetic relationship. It is shown that the information considered in the synergetic approach is genetically of primary in relation to the information, which operates on the combinatorial and probabilistic approaches. Also, we have answered the question why the different conceptions of information lead to identical formulas to measure it

STRUCTURE OF PROPAGANDA MACHINE ANTI-BOLSHEVIK MOVEMENT IN SOUTHERN RUSSIA IN 1919
DescriptionThe article is devoted to the study of the structure of the apparatus of propaganda of the Volunteer army and Armed forces of South Russia under the command of General M. V. Alekseev, as well as the changes implemented in this structure by generals A. I. Denikin and P. N. Wrangell. We have highlighted the high importance of an effective propaganda mechanism during the civil war and iIndicated the reasons why the propaganda machine on the "White South" lost the efficiency of similar structures of the Bolsheviks. We considered such reasons as the absence in the Volunteer army powerful single ideology, as the basis for further indoctrination, the Bolsheviks significant advantage in material and technical equipment and production capacity, and advantage in time, as the propaganda machine of the Bolsheviks began to form several years before the outbreak of the civil war. The article reveals the formation process of the news propaganda of the Department of diplomatic division and its subsequent reformation in the Publicity Agency (Oswag) of the Chairman of a Special meeting. We have also touched upon the dissolution of Osweg at P. N. Wrangel and the establishment of a number of departments executing its functions. It is concluded, that the changes in the structure of the propaganda of anti-Bolshevik movement in South Russia, were excessively complicated and mostly formal in nature, they did not solve existing problems, but only created new ones. It is noted, that the main task of all transformations in the apparatus of propaganda, i.e. to overcome the significant advantages of the propagandists of Bolshevism, was not achieved as a result of the considered structural reforms

DescriptionThis article presents information about the features of biotechnology as the driving force of scientific and technological progress. The national programs of the leading countries of the world, it is one of the priority sectors, reflecting the level of the socio-economic condition of the society. Biotechnology is now successfully solves such vital tasks as providing food, the establishment of effective medicaments, obtaining fuel based on renewable raw materials, maintaining ecological balance, conservation of biological resources of the Earth. The development of agriculture in modern conditions is impossible without agricultural biotechnology. It is directly related to viticulture. Choosing an object of an integrated system (embryos, apical meristem, axillary buds), it is possible to clone plants, i.e. produce plants identical to the original. If the same as the object to use isolated cells or protoplasts, in this case, there will most likely altered versions, creating diversity for the breeder. Genetic engineering – the science of younger, since the establishment of the first chimeric DNA molecule. The origin of genetic engineering is rooted in the development of molecular genetics, biochemistry. These technologies, undoubtedly progressive, but their biological safety is still insufficiently explored and is a danger to all life on Earth. The leading Western powers carried out strict control over the introduction of transgenic crop plants, as they are in agrocenosis new biological risks that may adversely affect the plants, animals and humans. THE ASYMPTOTIC INFORMATION CRITERION OF NOISE QUALITY
DescriptionIntuitively everyone understands that noise is a signal in which there no information is, or which in practice fails to reveal the information. More precisely, it is clear that a certain sequence of elements (the number) the more is the noise, the less information is contained in the values of some elements on the values of others. It is even stranger, that noone has suggested the way, but even the idea of measuring the amount of information in some fragments of signal of other fragments and its use as a criterion for assessing the degree of closeness of the signal to the noise. The authors propose the asymptotic information criterion of the quality of noise, and the method, technology and methodology of its application in practice. As a method of application of the asymptotic information criterion of noise quality, we offer, in practice, the automated systemcognitive analysis (ASC-analysis), and as a technology and software tools of ASC-analysis we offer the universal cognitive analytical system called "Eidos". As a method, we propose a technique of creating applications in the system, as well as their use for solving problems of identification, prediction, decision making and research the subject area by examining its model. We present an illustrative numerical example showing the ideas presented and demonstrating the efficiency of the proposed asymptotic information criterion of the quality of the noise, and the method, technology and methodology of its application in practice

Economic efficiency of raw material resources use in the subsector of dairy cattle breeding of livestock branch while cultivating of young growth in agricultural production in Krasnodar region is the most priority activity of economic entity. In the conditions of economic crisis the question of the cost and qualitative components connected with purchase and domestic manufacturing of material and raw resources to use while cultivating of young growth of cattle in the dairy subsector of cattle breeding is especially actual. This article brings up some issues related to the economic efficiency of the nutritive base for young cattle growing, determination of food structure and its proportion in the total expenses at the purchase of forage for cattle. The research has been carried out on the base of a particular agricultural organization and a set of economic entities situated in the central zone of the Krasnodar region. Some ways of forage supply in the organization under research are considered in this article in the framework of the Government program on promotion of import substitution in agriculture in the 2014-2015. On the basis of the conducted studies the priorities for improving economic efficiency in the use of food supply as one of material resources of the economic entity are identified as the material resources of economical entity
