01.00.00 Physical-mathematical sciences
DescriptionIn the article the application of systemic-cognitive analysis and its mathematical model i.e. the system theory of the information and its program toolkit which is "Eidos" system for loading images from graphics files, synthesis of the generalized images of classes, their abstraction, classification of the generalized images (clusters and constructs) comparisons of concrete images with the generalized images (identification) are examined. We suggest using the theory of information for processing the data and its size for every pixel which indicates that the image is of a certain class. A numerical example is given in which on the basis of a number of specific examples of images belonging to different classes, forming generalized images of these classes, independent of their specific implementations, i.e., the "Eidoses" of these images (in the definition of Plato) – the prototypes or archetypes of images (in the definition of Jung). But the "Eidos" system provides not only the formation of prototype images, which quantitatively reflects the amount of information in the elements of specific images on their belonging to a particular proto-types, but a comparison of specific images with generic (identification) and the generalization of pictures images with each other (classification)

Description
The article briefly describes the essence of manage-ment, stating the goals and structure of the system of personnel management. It considers the essence of the method of functional-cost analysis (FCA) and, as a major gap, we have noted a low level of formalization, which requires the involvement of ex-perts in applying the FSA. It also specifies the difference between the cost and the cost price. We consider the decision of questions of creation of the personnel management system on the FCA basis using the method of automated system-cognitive analysis (ASA-analysis), in particular: the measurement of the severity of socio-economic and psychological proper-ties, metric scales, build intellectual measuring system, the development and application of models, providing both building occupation graphs and their application to measure the degree of compliance of the Respondent with the requirements of professional positions and to the positions including the cost of employment of personnel and resources allocated for staff on posts. The proposed approach can be applied not only at the decision of tasks of human resource management with DAF method, but when you apply the FSA in a variety of subject areas, in particular - the method of direct-Costing

Description
At present, databases of 27-year observations of various adverse weather conditions and dangerous hydrometeorological phenomena leading to social and economic losses on the territory of Russia are in full open free access. Some of these natural hazards also cause significant damage to agriculture, especially crop production, horticulture and viticulture. Therefore, a great scientific and practical interest is the intellectual analysis of these data, which will create more favorable conditions for the prediction of such adverse events and decision-making, taking into account their possible negative impact on human activity. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to solve the following tasks, which are obtained by decomposition of the goal and are the stages of its achievement: Task 1: cognitive structuring of the subject area. Task 2: preparation of initial data and formalization of the subject area. Task 3: synthesis and verification of statistical and system-cognitive models and selection of the most reliable model. Task 4: solving problems in the most reliable model: - subtask 4.1. Forecasting (diagnostics, classification, recognition, identification); - subtask 4.2. Support decision-making; - sub-task 4.3. Study of the simulated subject area by studying its model (cognitive diagrams of classes and values of factors, agglomerative cognitive clustering of classes and values of factors, nonlocal neurons and neural networks, 3d-integral cognitive maps, cognitive functions). It is proposed to use automated system-cognitive analysis (ASC-analysis) to solve the tasks. The article provides a detailed numerical example illustrating the solution of all these problems

The aim of this work is to study the strength and the direction of the influence of morphological and biochemical properties of tomatoes on the quantitative, qualitative, financial and economic results of their cultivation and the degree of determinism of these results. Achieving this goal is of great scientific and practical interest for scientists, breeders and vegetable growers-practitioners. This allows breeders to obtain new high-performance varieties of tomato hybrids, and farms to choose hybrids, the cultivation of which is most effective from a financial and economic point of view. To achieve this goal, we use automated system-cognitive analysis (ASC-analysis) and its software tool which is the intelligent system called "Eidos". A numerical example based on real data on tomato hybrids has been considered in detail

Description
Automated system-cognitive analysis (ASC-analysis) for images provides automatic identification of specific characteristics of the given images from the color of the pixels and image edges, the synthesis of generalized images of pictures (classes), identifying the most and the least specific image features for the class, determining values of features of images for their differentiation, deletion low-value characteristics (abstraction) from the model, problem solving for quantitative comparison of specific images with generalized images of classes and generalized images of the classes with each other, and objectives of the study of the simulated subject area by studying its model. The work discusses the new features of the ASC-analysis and its implementing intellectual system called "Eidos" for identifying features of images using their spectral analysis, formation of the generalized spectra of classes, the task of comparison of images of specific objects to classes and classes with each other in their spectra. For the first time, it became possible to form the generalized spectra of classes with weights of the colors according to their degree of specificity and unspecific features for classes, and it is not the intensity of the color in the spectrum, but the amount of information in the color on the linking the object with that color to the class. In fact, there is a question of generalization of spectral analysis by using intelligent cognitive technologies and information theory in the spectral analysis. First, everyone is talking about the fact that spectral lines contain information about which element or substance is included in the object, but no one bothered to count what exactly the amount of information is and then use it to determine the composition of the object pattern recognition methods based on the use of this information. Second, spectral analysis is traditionally used to determine the elemental and molecular composition of the object; we propose to use it not only for that, but also to identify any images. A numerical example has been given

AUTONOMOUS WIND POWER INSTALLATIONS AND SYSTEMS
DescriptionThe article shows the main advantages and disadvantages of renewable energy sources. It is shown, that in general, the use of renewable energy in the world has acquired real momentum and stable growth trend. An interesting fact is that the greatest application was currently the most mutable and unstable form of energy - wind. The total global installed capacity of large wind turbines, according to various estimates, is approximately 20 GW. This is because the specific investment in wind power is lower than with most other forms of renewable energy. The article presents features of the design and operation of modern wind power stations. It is shown that when choosing wind power plants and stations we must take into account the following main parameters and factors: the average value of amount of electricity consumed by power consumers on a monthly basis; power generator; uptime in the absence wind or when weak wind. The study shows block-circuit solutions of different options of energy systems made using wind power plants. We have also disclosed prospects of development wind energy and considered the advantages and the features of the choice of the main functional units of wind power stations which will increase the effectiveness of predesign work on the creation of high-performance systems of electrosupply with combined power supply systems based on renewable energy sources

AUTONOMOUS HYBRID POWER PLANTS
DescriptionThe article discusses the features of design and operation in the different modes of functioning of autonomous hybrid power plants based on renewable and traditional energy sources. We have given a structural scheme of such a plant. It is shown that the algorithm of the system in the autumn-winter period should be adjusted according to the monthly monitoring; and standby generator of independent source can be run at a deeper discharge of batteries. It is known that the most expensive and the weakest link in the solar PV plants is rechargeable battery. In addition, the larger the number they have in the system, the more complicated the fulfillment of all conditions of proper operation is. We have proposed to extend the lifetime of batteries through the use of passive balancing, which allows to increase the reliability of operation and reduce the cost. It is shown that a real possibility of improving the technical and economic performance of autonomous hybrid power plants is their execution on the basis of solar photovoltaic power plants. We have also discussed the features of construction and operation of hybrid power plants, which will increase the efficiency of preliminary works on development of high-performance structural circuit design of the stations
