06.02.00 Veterinary and Husbandry
DescriptionThe article represents the results of studying the spatial-dynamic factors and revealing the regularities of the global spread of Lumpy skin disease in cattle. The developed risk analysis and epizootological forecast provides the keeping up with a multi-year trend for the growth of epizootic tension in this disease for the period up to 2030. The highest probability of disease registration from 0.6 to 1.0 is predicted for the tropical agroecosystems of the African continent (enzootic zone) in 2018-2030. There is a real risk of disease in neighboring countries of Eurasia with the probability is less than 0.4. In the Russian Federation, outbreaks can occur in all federal districts of the country, but the highest probability of its occurrence is possible in agroecosystems of the subtropics of the North Caucasus and Southern Federal Districts of the country

Description
The article presents the results of the analysis of sheep & goat pox and peste des petits ruminants worldwide emergence and spread spatial & temporal characteristics and patterns; the authors carried out zoning of the world areas for the infections emergence risk levels and their probable intensity rates in the period of 2011 to 2015

PROTEINS OF AFRICAN SWINE FEVER VIRUS
DescriptionThe review presents some data on structural and non-structural, regulatory proteins and enzymes of African swine fever (ASF) virus. The variety of the virus biological characteristics is substantially caused by proteins belonging to multigenic families. It is suggested, that the protection development at ASF is provided not only by the membrane proteins, but also by the regulatory ones

DETECTION OF SIBERIAN STURGEON HERPESVIRUS GENOME BY REAL-TIME PCR AND ITS APPLICATION FOR FISH FARM
DescriptionThis article describes the research to develop a test system for the diagnosis of Siberian sturgeon herpes virus PCR in real time and its possible use in the examination of fish farms

Description
The article presents some results on evaluation of an experimental viral vaccine against goat pox for its efficacy in the disease-affected areas of the Republic of Tajikistan. The epizootological data on small ruminant pox in the Republic within the last 50 years are analysed. The viral vaccine against goat pox may be used for goat pox prophylaxis in Tajikistan

Description
The article covers the Akabane disease agent identification in the new green monkey kidney continuous cell line (VERO) that has not been used for that in Russia before. Besides, the time for the virus detection using the fluorescent antibody method was found to be considerable decreased
-
Description
Simulation models are designed to reflect the cause-effect relationships between epizootic situation tensity for bovine leucosis and technogenic & radiation factors of environmental pollution. Zoning of Chelyabinsk region in terms of epizootic risk of bovine leucosis was carried out

MONOSPECIPHIC RABBIT SERUM TO RECOMBINANT PROTEIN P30 IN INVESTIGATION OF AFRICAN SWINE FEVER (ASF)
DescriptionThis article describes performance analysis of using hiperimmunity monospeciphic rabbit serum to recombinant protein p30 of African swine fever virus (ASFV) for investigation of the virus in vivo and in vitro

SOME IMMUNOBIOLOGICAL FEATURES OF RIFT VALLEY FEVER VIRUS OF ATTENUATED STRAIN
DescriptionThe article represents some results of Rift Valley virus culture characteristics, development of conditions for virus inactivation with teotropin, formalin or ethyleneimine dimer. A range of inactivants and optimal inactivation conditions, which provide the production of inactivated raw virus with preserved antigenic and immunogenic activity rates, is selected
