ALTERNATIVE PROTEIN SOURCE IN FOOD INDUSTRY
06.02.00 Veterinary and Husbandry
Description
This article deals with the problem of producing protein using alternative sources of raw materials, due to the shortage of feed protein and utilization of organic waste. This property makes it possible to return feed protein to farm animals and birds derived from the biomass of insect larvae. The invention relates to agricultural production. The studied problem is relevant for the technology of livestock products (agricultural sciences), which is explained by the global need for proteins and food products. The object of study is several different insects. The article studies the application and significance of some beetles in this field. The study provides a comparative analysis of the Black Linki (Hermetia illucens), House Cricket (Acheta domesticus), Locusts (Locusta migratoria), Flour Castaneum (Tribolium confusum) for a more graphic comparison of the benefit from the application of the above bugs and identify the most unpretentious and best beetle for breeding for food purposes in agricultural production. The work also shows a diagram of the process of development of the larvae of Hermetia illucens. The following research methods were used: observation, collection of scientific and practical information about beetles, study, analysis, processing, systematization of the collected material

Description
The number of microarthropods in the black soil de-creased with an increase in the number of oil. The same pattern was observed until a certain concentra-tion of lead in soil (von 250 mg / kg), after which high doses (500 and 1000 mg / kg) was recorded an in-crease in the number of microarthropods. Gamasid mites and ticks of akaroid-trombidiform complex have proven more resistant to lead, and armored mites and springtails - to oil, vise versa

Description
Тhe article presents an investigation of hydrodynamic mixer for biodiesel production from vegetable oils hyperacidity in the conditions of agricultural companies. The process of hydrodynamic mixer which mixes the flow of biofuels from jatropha oil with carbon dioxide to wash it. The regularities of disclosing the relationship of the parameters (diameter and length of the mixing chamber), the mode (the pressure and flow rate) from the medium (dynamic viscosity, density, elasticity) to the energy characteristics of the process (mixing power on). Based on the method of similarity and dimensions of physical quantities obtained criterion turbulence. A reduction in the flow pressure and agitation power with increasing diameter. We have justified the mode (pressure at the nozzle exit corresponds to the critical), in which the carbon dioxide gets into the mixing chamber properties of liquids, solutions for biofuels, and the mixture becomes a quasi-homogeneous. Based criteria of regime change from a supersonic flow in the subsonic, allowed us to determine the condition of quasi-homogeneity of the mixture. It is proved that we form a supersonic flow liquid-gas at the same time it is transformed into subsonic, accompanied by the acoustic cavitation effect leap remixing due to isentropic pressure jump. The article justifies the physics of cavitation effects of carbon dioxide on biofuels, result of which is to improve the physical and chemical properties of the medium due to the structuring of the molecules of the solution, which has a positive effect on the mixing

INVESTIGATION OF NOISE AND VIBRATION OF CUTTING CIRCULAR SAWS
Description
The article presents the results of theoretical studies of noise cutting circular sawing machines. Practical calculation of the noise spectra is based on the determination of the dependency of the sound pressure of the noise sources of the object of study. In the sound system, circular sawing machines sound energy is emitted by the following sources: disc cutter and the mandrel. Therefore, the dominant noise sources should be allocated to the technological subsystem "tool – mandrel” with a bit less rigidity than the carrier system of the machine and directly receives the cutting forces when milling. Thus, it is possible to reduce sound pressure levels in almost two ways: by increasing absorption production facilities and (or) decrease in sound pressure of the noise source. In this work, we have justified the second way – reduction of the intensity of acoustic radiation of the source

METHODS AND RESULTS OF THE SEED MATERIAL FRICTION COEFFICIENT DETERMINING USING AN AUTOMATED DEVICE
05.20.00 Processes and machines of agroengineering systems
Description
The article describes the automated method of friction coefficient determination of row crops seeds using different types of surface, including modern polymer and composite materials. It is revealed that the friction coefficient characterizes the friction properties of seeds arising in the process of mechanical action during harvesting, transportation, storage and processing, as well as changes over time depending on the state of the surfaces, contact time, humidity, relative velocity and other parameters. The problem of lack of friction coefficients values for rest and dynamic friction coefficients for the polymeric and composite materials which are actively applied today at industrial production of agricultural machinery is designated. The design and general view of the device which helps to determine friction coefficient excluding the human factor (operator error) are presented. The operation principle of the developed device is described and the processing method of experimental data is given. Experimental data were obtained and statistical processing was carried out to identify the static and dynamic friction coefficients of seeds. Integral ( ) and differential ( ) graph for the distribution of friction coefficient average values for pairs "type of seed material – type of friction surface" are constructed

MEAT QUALITY OF DUCKS GROWN ON DIETS WITH DIFFERENT CONCENTRATIONS OF BENTO-CLAY
Description
Obtaining maximum productivity and reducing production costs are the main challenges facing livestock producers in modern conditions. To achieve the effectiveness of the poultry industry, we carried out a research in the utilities sector of the Rostov Region, the purpose of which was to study the effectiveness of the use of a feed additive – bento-clay in the diet of ducklings grown for meat. In the research, we study the influence of various doses of the feed on the diet and growth of ducklings. Experimental research data showed that the introduction of bento-clay into the diet of ducklings as a feed additive allowed to increase live weight, average daily gain, the safety of ducklings, the mass of half-gutted and gutted carcasses, the yield of edible parts, and meat quality compared to the control group. Thus, bento-clay influenced the increase in the water-holding ability of ducklings meat, which contributed to the improvement of its technological properties. Therefore, at three weeks of age, the live weight of ducklings was 11.5% -18.2% more than ducklings of the control group, and at seven weeks of age this difference was 8.4-12%, respectively, and the average daily increase was 7.2 -14.1% with high safety
