THE BASIC WAYS OF TRANSLATION OF TERMS IN THE TRANSPORT SYSTEM IN THE "RUSSIAN-YAKUT DICTIONARY"

DescriptionThis article has discussed the most used ways of the translation of terminological lexicon of the transport system in the "Russian-Yakut dictionary", which was issued in 1968. Along with this, we have defined the borders object to the terminology of the transport system in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). Although we have considered the dictionary which was published about 50 years ago, the interest to it of students, teachers of secondary and higher educational institutions of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), translators and employees of mass media has been increasing constantly. The main methods of translation we considered in the examples were equivalent for the translation, tracing, transcription and translation of phrases and synonyms. The examples getting into language without external changes are also reviewed. It should be noted that the compilers were able to find acceptable methods of translation on the Yakut language in terms of the transport system. In this dictionary, the most widely used method of translation was the borrowing. However, the dictionary has made an invaluable contribution to the use of various methods of transport transfer terminological vocabulary of the resources of the Yakut language

THE TERMS OF THE YAKUT GRAMMAR IN THE TEXT OF "THE DICTIONARY OF TERMS" A. A. IVANOV-KYNDE

DescriptionIn domestic terminology we now have a priority problem of studying the functioning of the terms in the text. In this regard, the article discusses for the first time the terms of the Yakut grammar recorded in the text of multi-transferable “dictionary of terms”, made by one of the largest cultural and educational figure of 1920-1930 - Alexey Andreevich Ivanov - Kүnde. The content of the article consists of three sections, where in quantitative terms and qualification we have: the terms used at the present time, permitted with partial corrections and variative deprecated which, for various reasons, emerged from the modern use. According to our estimates, about 90% of grammatical terms, registered in the "Dictionary", stuck in the literary language. Through deep knowledge of the native language, the talent of the writer and scientist, A.A. Ivanov-Kүnde became one of the first leading developers of the original terms of the Yakut grammar

Ensuring sustainable development of territories and minimizing damages from the possible occurrence of natural and technogenic emergencies, especially those sparsely populated as the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), requires the use of GIS technologies. For this purpose developed geospatial data base structure (GDB) which allows solving problems of monitoring and providing safe exploitation of potentially dangerous objects. Furthermore in the process of solving problems GDB takes into account natural hazards, assessment of technical condition of potentially dangerous objects and anthropogenic impacts on the environment
