In agriculture the issue of enhancing the efficiency of operation of internal combustion engines (ICE), reducing the costs of maintenance (TO) and repairing (TP) fuel supply apparatus (TA) using the improvement of methods and means of diagnosis is a topical in connection with the aging rolling stock farming and lack of investment. Analysis of the known TA diesel engine vehicles systems showed that the most widespread system is the divided type with multiplunger high pressure fuel pump (fuel pump), while the methods of its diagnosing are laborious, they require partial disassembly and have insufficient accuracy. The mathematical models that characterize the work of a high-pressure fuel pump (fuel pump) use a large number of parameters that significantly affect the quality of dynamics of the change of pressure values of diesel fuel. However, in the materials of previously published articles there were no issues considered assessing the extent of the quantitative impact, performance and features change in the sensitivity settings of the mathematical models on the simulation results, there are no recommendations on the degree of sensitivity and importance of each of the parameters. For a more accurate diagnosis of the fuel supply apparatus of a diesel engine it is advisable to use several methods of diagnosing. ASSESSMENT OF COST EFFICIENCY OF USE OF DEVICES OF ULTRASONIC HANDLING OF FUEL
Description
One of important features of development of modern society is special attention world the public to problems of rationality and efficiency of use of the existing energy resources, universal implementation of technologies of energy saving and search of renewable energy resources. Gradual depletion of world reserves of oil, increase in prices for traditional motor fuels, adverse ecological situation and other factors prove the relevance of more urgent use of the available resources and works promoting development of this direction. Deterioration in a global ecological environment requires adoption of more strict requirements imposed to the fuel used in an agro-industrial complex. According to the principle of cost accounting, each entity can rely only upon itself and consume only the resources it has. It is known that fuel costs constitute a considerable part in an expense structure of agricultural enterprises. In this case, the reduction in fuel consumption can be achieved through improved processes of fuel mixing and fuel processing (fuel dearomatization, ultrasonic treatment, magnetic, electrostatic and electromagnetic processing). Bench tests of a diesel engine equipped with an experimental device for ultrasonic treatment, showed good results, confirming the relevance of the use of such devices. Devices for processing are compact enough and consume little energy, while having a sufficiently high coefficient of performance. Having small size and relative simplicity of design that does not cause complex technical issues in production, these devices can be used on virtually any type of equipment that is used for the solution of agricultural problems. SOCIODEMOGRAPHIC PROBLEMS AND BASES OF PEOPLE SAVING IN RUSSIA

Description
The socioeconomic and foreign policy transformations happening in Russia have predetermined the emergence of many social problems demanding the immediate solve. Thus social and demographic problems are the most important. Introduction of the state social programs in many respects helped to solve a problem of low birth rate. Negotiation of the demographic situation which was followed by sharp decrease of birth rate demanded considerable efforts from the state, but, despite the reached results, the situation can repeat again. And it is notable now when children of "reorganization" reached reproductive age. Thus mortality of the population continues to grow, and its rates exceed birth rates now. Annual losses of the population reached 1,5-2 million per year. In this regard the central problem of modern social and economic policy of the state is introduction of the uniform program of a people saving directed on improvement of population quality of life, achievement of material, spiritual and physical welfare for the purpose of saving of that Russian population. Along with natural losses of the population there are so-called social, preventable demographic losses which could be avoided, by predicting the situation with the help of monitoring of population quality of life that could conduce conservation of life and the social status to millions of people
