INFLUENCE OF A WAY OF CRUSHING ON ACTIVITY OF INGREDIENTS OF CONCRETE MIX
DescriptionThe article presents the results of the researches of the influence of a way of crushing on activity of ingredients of concrete mix. It is shown that sand crushing by method of free kick in a planetary mill of AGO-2 allows not only to raise its specific surface, to receive the demanded particle size distribution, but also to improve quality of a surface of particles by removal, destruction of superficial inactive films. On a new surface of sand excess energy concentrates, the active centers are formed and there is a fixing of germs of new growths of products of hydration of cement in a place of an exit of dislocations to surfaces of crystals of sand that leads to substantial increase of chemical activity and reactionary ability of sand

Description
Experimental data on research of influence of technological parameters on structure and durability at compression of the modified fine-grained concrete are presented in the article. It is shown, that at the optimum maintenance of a mineral additive as a part of the mixed knitting the optimum capillary and porous structure of a cement stone and the increased volume of hydrate new growths is formed. At the raised volume maintenance of an active mineral additive there is a formation of the non-optimal capillary and porous structure of a stone leading to decrease in efficiency of modifying

STUDY OF POLYMERIC MATERIALS PERFORMANCE IN FRICTION CONDITIONS WITH ICE AND SNOW
DescriptionThe problem of identifying of the most promising polymer materials for sledge sliding application. The comparison of materials is given: the bench tests of polyethylene, fluoroplast, steel and ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) with different molecular weight and their composites are carried out. On the basis of research of polymeric samples on ice and snow friction in exploiting condition with the use of specially designed sledges was shown that GUR 4150 UHMWPE has the lowest mass volume and linear wear. Also in article the results of research of ice adhesion to different materials are presented. Adhesion research was carried out in low temperature conditions of air from -21oC up to -46oC and in cryocamera according method which was patented by Institute of oil and gas problems of SB RAS. The research showed that GUR 4150 UHMWPE has the lowest adhesion to ice. On the basis of obtained data the authors assumed that GUR 4150 is the most perspective materials for development of sledge sliding exploiting in Arctic conditions.

RESEARCH OF ULTRA HIGH MOLECULAR WEIGHT POLYETHYLENE DISTRIBUTION IN POLYMERELASTOMER COMPOSITE
DescriptionThe research of distribution of polyethylene in production of composites on a basis of butadiene - nitrile rubber and ultra high molecular weight polyethylene is presented in this work. The raised content of polyethylene on the surfaces of samples and products that causes surface effect of modifying and improvement of agressiveproof property and wears resistance is established

CASCADE PHOTON EMISSION IN LUMINOPHORES AND STEREOATOMIC ANALYSIS
01.00.00 Physical-mathematical sciences
DescriptionThe relation between degree of sphericity of the Voronoi-Dirichlet’s polyhedron G3 and the ability to demonstrate the first stage of the cascade luminescence of Pr3+ for several crystalline fluorides and oxygen-containing compounds was revealed. It was found that LaZr3F15 and BaSiF6, with energy level 1S0 located below the bottom of 5d-band, which demonstrate cascade luminescence have the smallest value of G3 among investigated compounds
