Description
The article gives the description and the algorithm of the simulation model SMDS "Potok" 1.0, designed to calculate the parameters of distribution and sedimentation of technological alluviums in watercourses. The relevance of the simulation model is due to the need to determine the integral indicators (the volume of water flowing through the areas of the plume with a predetermined suspension concentration, the average layer of the silt, the specific density of the bottom silt in the calculated zone) when calculating the harm to water biological resources from the implementation of various economic activities in accordance with the methodology of calculation of damage caused to water biological resources approved by the order of the Federal Agency for Fisheries No. 1166 of 25.11.2011. Usage of the simulation model of SMDS "Potok" 1.0 will increase the reliability of calculations in determining the damage to water biological resources, as well as bring the calculations of parameters of distribution and sedimentation of technological alluviums in watercourses in accordance with the current regulatory legal acts of the Federal Agency for Fisheries

INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF RAILWAYS OPERATORS OF DIFFERENT AGE GROUPS
19.00.00 Psychological sciences
Description
The article presents the results of the study of some individual psychological characteristics of the drivers of rail transport in the age groups 25–34 and 35–45 years. We have identified a number of differences between the two age groups associated with both features individually-psychological sphere, and in the psycho-physiological features. Features of age-related psychological differences can be explained by the age characteristics of the representatives of each group; psycho-physiological features of age differences may reflect developed in the course of a long professional activity features. We have also developed adaptive strategies, consciously or unconsciously selected during the long-running monotonous activities and in small social groups (teams of drivers) allow, on the one hand, higher quality performance of their professional duties, on the other — to avoid the harmful effects of stressful situations at work. It can be assumed that the composition of drivers age group 35– 45 years is the result of natural selection, when those who did not cope with this type of activity is simply dismissed or transferred to other kinds of professions

Residual amounts of pesticides in the coastal water of the Azov Sea were studied in the spring seasons of 2009–2011. The concentrations of the pollutants were determined and the degree of their danger for hydrobionts was assessed. The concentrations of pesticides diluted in the water of the Taganrog Bay and the eastern Azov Sea are shown to be lower than the maximum admissible concentrations set for fishery ponds

USAGE OF THE BACTERIAL PREPARATION “DESTROIL” FOR DESTRUCTION OIL POLLUTION IN FRESH WATER
Description
The researches of degradation of oil products in fresh-water reservoirs at the expense of the activity of petrooxidizing bacteria of Acinetobacter speivs SN-2 are carried out. The decrease in the content of oil products in 25 days prior to maximum concentration limit (0,05 mg/l) and the increase in concentration of oxygen in the reservoir are defined

QuЕChERS SAMPLE PREPARATION IN THE DETERMINATION OF PESTICIDES OF DIFFERENT CHEMICAL CLASSES BY HPLC
Description
The method has been developed of simultaneous determination of active ingredients of different kinds of pesticides in biological tissues (fish liver) by applying HPLC with ultra-violet detection and the rapid method of QuEChERS sample preparation. We defined optimum volume and composition of the reagents for the extraction, time of centrifugation and ultrasound treatment, the origin and composition of sorbents that ensure maximum extraction of the substances studied and further cleanup of interfering substances. Acetonitrile was used as a solvent. The extraction was carried out in the presence of a buffering mixture - trisodium citrate dihydrate and disodium citrate hemihydrate. Bondesil PSA bulk sorbents (alkylated amine containing two amine functional groups - secondary and primary) and C18E (reversed-phase sorbent based on silica gel with grafted octadecylsilane groups were used to purify the extract from coextractable substances (fats, proteins, sugars, organic and fatty acids, pigments and other impurities). The degree of extraction of the analyzed active ingredients of pesticides from the liver of fish was 79%. The detectable pesticide concentrations ranged from 0,4 to 0,97 mg/kg. The relative standard deviation of the analysis results amounted to 0,01-0,14

Description
The author describes the dynamics of commercial catches and the forecasts of pikeperch catch in 2010- 2016 with an analysis of the causes that affect the state of stocks. The analysis of the effectiveness of the recommended pikeperch catch has been made taking into account the factors that affected the fishery. Researches were carried out to study the population structure, seasonal distribution, migrations and other characteristics of the pikeperch populations in the Azov limans. The obtained data made it possible to assess the state of the pikeperch stocks and give recommendations on their rational use. Based on the results of ichthyological studies, the pikeperch age, length and weight composition have been determined and its biological state has been studied. The preliminary forecast of the stocks and the recommended pikeperch catch in the Azov limans for 2018 is given. The forecast of the recommended pikeperch catch in the Azov limans for 2018 is based on the analysis of the stocks of commercial fish species for a number of years of observations, taking into account the total mortality rate under the influence of the fishery load (commercial mortality coefficient) and the amount of replenishment of commercial population with fish mature for the first time

COMPARATIVE ASSESSMENT OF FUNGICIDES OF NEW GENERATIONS TOXIC TO DAPHNIA
Description
We have assessed the effect of the new generations of fungicides on the vital activity of daphnia. The data of the chronic experiment allowed us to determine non-effective and threshold concentrations of the substances studied. The toxic effect of the xenobiotics is shown to be of different intensity. When entering water they may be dangerous, first of all, for the zooplankton that is the food base of young fish, and may have unfavorable effects on fish development

Description
The article presents the results on the effects of Imazethapyr herbicide on aquatic organisms. The chronic toxic effects have been studied of the imidazolinone herbicide in a concentration range of 0.4 - 1150 mg/l to the representatives of various groups of aquatic organisms: zoobenthos – great ramshorn snail (Planorbarius corneus), zooplankton - Daphnia (Daphnia magna Straus), phytoplankton - protococcal alga (Scenedesmus guadrigauda) and macrophytes - higher aquatic vegetation (Elodea canadensis Michx). It is shown that the herbicide does not have a pronounced lethal effect to aquatic organisms tested. Their respective LC50 values are > 1000, 680, 510 and 910. Elodea is shown to be most sensitive to its sublethal effects (decreased growth of lateral and main sprouts at a concentration of 10 mg/l and more), reduced fertility was observed in Daphnia at a concentration of 300 mg/l and above, and as to the great ramshorn snail no sublethal effects have been revealed for all the concentrations studied
