SEED GERMINATION OF SPECIES RANUNCULACEAE OF YAKUT FLORA
DescriptionThe work was done based on the collection of the natural flora of the Yakut Botanical Garden. The object of research was the seeds of 22 species of the family Ranunculaceae. It is known that the seeds of many buttercup characterized morphophysiological tranquility associated with hypoplasia of the fetus (Nikolaeva, 1988; 1999), due to what delayed the germination of their seeds. Laboratory germination of seeds of the studied species varies from 0 to 100%. Among them, we have not found the kinds seeds which have explosive or fast germination (1 type of seed germination). The germination of the studied seeds states ranging from 6-7 days or more. The studied seeds were evenly distributed between 2 (12 species), and 3 types of seed germination (10 species). Type 2 is characterized by slow germination, type 3 - poor germination or lack of it

VARIETY OF LEGUMES IN NATURAL COMMUNITIES OF THE YAKUT BOTANICAL GARDEN
DescriptionThe article provides the information about the species diversity of the family Fabaceae in the natural area of the Yakut botanical garden. It also provides the information about the method and the study area, a description of the ambient phytocenotic, taxonomic analysis, areal analysis, bio-morphological analysis (the variety of life forms) given by K. Raunkier, rhythm analysis, environmental analysis (by A.P. Schennikov), analysis of phytocoenotic. We have also provided a summary of the endemics of Central Yakutia - Thermopsis lanceolata R. Br. subsp. jacutica (Czefr.)

RESOURCE POTENTIAL IN LUTEOLIN-7- GLYCOSIDE VERONICA INCANA (SCROPHULARIACEAE) IN CENTRAL YAKUTIA
DescriptionThe article reveals luteolin-7-glucoside accumulation in the overground part of Veronica incana L. It assesses resource potential of V. incana depending on the phytocenotic conditions of coenopopulations growing in Central Yakutia. Collection of the material was carried out during V. incana flowering in 7 coenopopulations and in the collection of the Yakut Botanical Garden. Analysis of flavonoids content was performed by HPLC method. The high levels of flavonoids content in the biomass of generative plants marked in coenopopulations that are in optimal conditions, and the lowest - in coenopopulations experiencing strong anthropogenic influence. In addition, one of the factors reducing the content of flavonoids in plants is low light intensity in habitat. The highest resource potential on the luteolin-7- glucoside observed in biomass V. incana, growing in fescue grassland steppe and culture

CURRENT STATE OF THE COLLECTION OF MEDICINAL PLANTS OF THE YAKUTSK BOTANICAL GARDEN
DescriptionThe article considers data on the stocktaking of plants in the collection of medicinal plants of the Yakut Botanical Garden on the following parameters: the study of the component composition, the inclusion in the Pharmacopoeia articles and the Russian State Register of medicinal products. Introduction test in the collection has been performed for 158 species from 99 genera and 41 families, currently the collection has 101 species from 79 genera and 34 families. Chemical composition of plants is known for 61 species. 17 species are pharmacopoeal and 15 species make medicinal products available. The rest of the medicinal plants can be used in folk medicine. Most represented are Asteraceae family (25), Ranunculaceae (20), Rosaceae (16), Fabaceae (15), Lamiaceae (13), among tested plants. According to the assessment of introduction capabilities, 49 species in the collection are highly stable, 51 - stable and just one is unstable

Description
The article presents materials on studying distribution and phytocenotic confinedness of relict steppe species of Astragalus angarensis. Astragalus angarensis is the endemic of the Angara region and Yakutia, it is a relict species. Three small isolated fragments express the area of species. The largest fragment was found in the Angara region; the smallest two fragments are occurred in the valley of the Lena river, in the southwest Yakutia near Olekminsk and in the central Yakutia, from Yakutsk to Bulgunnakhtaakh village. Ecological and geobotanical characteristics of habit area of Angara Astragalus is given; floristic content of community is studied. The described desertificated Krascheninnikovia, Psathyrostachys steppes and also Festuca, Agropyron, Koeleria and Artemisia communities with Astragulus angarensis confined to slope habitats, characterized by poor floristic content that gives evidence of low competitiveness of this species
