Description
The article examines the key aspects of import of food in Russia at the present stage. The relevance of this problem is necessary to the development directions of rationalization of import substitution, under condition of increase of competitiveness of domestic agricultural producers. The importance of this problem increases in recent years due to sanctions and embargoes, highlights the need for comprehensive studies in the formation of commodity composition of import substitution of food products and determining the key factors of its regulation. The work presents the analysis of dynamics of volume of imports of foodstuffs and agricultural raw materials for their production and its diversification based on import substitution. We discuss main commodity groups of food and, in particular, crop production and viticulture. In addition, we examined the major groups of goods from the point of view of the potential and opportunities for import substitution and selected those items, which, for various reasons, cannot be carried out in the Russian conditions due to climatic and other factors. As a result of the study, the authors concluded that the introduction of anti-Russian sanctions and the retaliatory embargo on imports of foreign agricultural commodities in general had a positive impact on the development of the domestic agricultural business, which is confirmed by the indices of growth of agricultural production in recent years. In addition, if there is further adequate funding of this sector, it is possible to speak about prospects of strengthening of food independence of Russia

DescriptionThe experiments were conducted on bull-calf of Kazakh white breed at the age of 12 months. In the capacity of feed additives there were used "Yoddar-Zn", which consists of microelements as iodine and zinc in organic form, and the additive "Glimalask-Vet" based on organic acids (I gr.). A second group of animals received only a basic diet with "Yoddar-Zn» (II gr.) feed additives. In the organism of experimental groups of calves, the transformation proceeded more intensively for nutrient feed. This has contributed to increase the intensity of their growth, slaughter performance and the quality of the resulting beef. Bulls that received a ration feed additives had a live weight more on 35,9, and 20,4 kg, carcass weight after slaughter - at 22,27 and 11,47 kg, and the mass of flesh - at 20,9 and 8,50 kg., compared with the control. The average sample flesh of carcass fat content was higher by 1,25 and 0,74%, protein – 0,68 and 0,47%, iodine - at 39,30 and 26,71%. The animals of experimental groups in the edible portion of the carcass was synthesized as compared to control, more protein on 5,86 and 10,71% and energy - on 10,95 and 5,02%. The highest efficiency established at complex using both feed additives. Estimation of economic efficiency of use of these feed additives showed a decrease in cost and increase in profitability of beef production

FEATURES OF TECHNICAL RISK ASSESSMENT UNDER NON-DETERMINISTIC STOCHASTIC PARAMETERS
05.20.00 Processes and machines of agroengineering systems
DescriptionThe article considers a variant of parametric representation of a complex product of single use in the process of its creation during tests, when structural failures of the product or its components in one or more parameters specified in the technical specification require modifications leading to a change in the general amount and repeating of the tests, but it is possible to reduce the volume of tests by taking into account a priori information. This is especially up-to-date while ensuring the reliability of complex single – use products, the components of which are first stages of ground tests, and only then as part of complex products-the stages of flight tests. Structural failure of any component of such a product at the stage of ground tests does not lead to such consequences as if it occurred during flight tests as part of the product. Meanwhile, the refinement of the component element of a single-use product, the structural failure of which occurred at the stage of flight tests as part of the product, and the assessment of its effectiveness, can be carried out at the stage of ground tests, in the case of consideration of a complex product in parametric form. This can significantly reduce the cost of flight testing of a complex product, in the case of effective completion of the component element of the product at the stage of ground tests, without a significant (temporary) decrease in the overall reliability of a complex single-use product

BEST PRACTICES FOR SMALL BUSINESS IN RURAL AREAS
DescriptionThe level and nature of the development of small agro-business in the modern Russian economy differs substantially depending on regional specifics. In this context, analysis and compilation of best practices is the development of farming will not only allow revealing the main factors of success, but will also give an opportunity both by farmers and the state authorities to effectively develop this sector. Russian experience in the development of small agro-business has not been well understood; in this context, the analysis of the practice of farming has both theoretical and practical interest. In the article, we present the analysis of management practices of small agricultural enterprises in the regions of Russia. Various forms of marketing of farm products, including the use of agro-franchise and with the use of IT-technologies have been shown

THE METHOD OF IMPROVEMENT OF GROWING BROILER CHICKENS ZOOHYGIENIC CONDITIONS
DescriptionMetabolic products, water, dust and litter are released into the air and accumulated in the house when the birds are kept on the litter. The following techniques are available when caring for litter: a) cleaning, b) application of dehumidifiers, c) acceleration of decomposition by special microbiological preparations. The purpose of the experiments is to study the effect of a microbiological preparation in the litter on broiler productivity. Chickens “Cobb-500”, “Ross-308” and “Change-8” were up to 38-42 days old in special boxes. “Sunvit-K” and “Sunvit-K-forte” brought in the litter at the 21-, 28- and 38-day-old age of the bird. These biodestructors with bacteria have increased broiler productivity due to improved hygiene. The best effect was when applying to the litter “Sanvit-K” and “Sanvit-K-forte” at a dose of 20 and 10 g per square meter. м. The final weight of broilers increased by 3.8-5.3%, and EPEF is 346-348 units
