MICROBIAL ASSOCIATIONS OF BIOHUMUS AND HUMIC SUBSTANCES DERIVED FROM LIVESTOCK WASTE
06.01.01 General agriculture, crop production (agricultural sciences)
DescriptionThe article presents the results of the study of microbiological composition of biohumus and humic substances obtained by fermentation method according to the technology developed by the authors. The problem of processing livestock wastes is caused on the one hand by the occurrence of large volumes of them, and on the other hand by the addition of such important elements as nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, etc., which can be used as bioelements. The goal of research was to develop a technology for the production of humic compounds from biohumus and to study the microbial communities that occur in them. Results of researches showed that for biohumus with high content of humic substances, bovine manure must be composted with chopped straw at the ratio of 8:1. Biocomposting of manure and crushed straw using the developed technology enables to obtain biohumus containing humic substances of 20 g/l. Among the physiological groups of biohumus microorganisms, the most numerous groups are aminoautotrophies and ammonifiers - 231.6×106 and 130.33×106 CFU/g, respectively. At the same time the grouping of cellulose-decomposer actinomycetes in biohumus was quite numerous and amounted to 0.93×103 CFU/g.

DETERMINATION OF ACUTE TOXICITY OF BIO HUMATES
DescriptionIn the work, we present the results of the investigation of acute toxicity of bio humates obtained by the method vermicultivation on laboratory animals. In the diets of farm animals and Pets to fill in the missing nutrients in the past years, we had an extensive use of various feed additives. Among them, mineral (macro - and micronutrients), protein and fat supplements, vitamins, biostimulants, complex natural compounds (sapropel, peat), synthetic products (enzymes, hormones, antibiotics, adaptogens, antioxidants). The search for new ways of improvement and increase of efficiency of agricultural animals using feed additives with high demands on ecology of meat and dairy foods naturally led to increased studies on the use in livestock farming of water-soluble alkaline salts of natural humic acids - humates. Their environmental safety and the unique ability to improve metabolism and increase energy cells very positively manifested in living organisms. Numerous studies Russian and foreign scientists installed a high efficiency natural humates as biostimulators and immunomodulators in animal husbandry and veterinary medicine. Accumulated extensive experimental material, proving that the use of humates leads to faster growth of animals, reducing morbidity and mortality, increase the body's resistance to toxins in feed and resistance to adverse environmental conditions. Improving with the help of humates ecological purity of the ecosystems "water — soil — plant", as well as the health of birds, animals and fish will ultimately lead to strengthen health and to prolong human life as a consumer of agricultural products. Currently, the livestock market is intensively increasing the humates produced in Russia and abroad from brown coal, peat, sapropel. A special place among them has been occupied by the newest formulations because of a unique combination of safety, efficiency, and value, which, thanks to its amazing properties to increase energy cells, stimulate vital processes and to enhance the beneficial effects of other substances called energine. They are harmless to animals and humans; do not have allergologie, anaphylactogenic, teratogenic, embryotoxic and carcinogenic properties when used in recommended doses. This allows you to create on their basis organic natural feed additives and veterinary medicines for agricultural animals, birds, fish, fur animals and Pets, and preventive and therapeutic drugs for humans

06.02.00 Veterinary and Husbandry
DescriptionProviding the population with basic foodstuffs, sources of proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins and other essential nutrients is one of the main issues of ensuring the security of the country, while the requirement for food safety is paramount. Production of feed additives (concentrates), which improve feed conversion, while being natural and safe for animal health, acquires the greatest importance in the conditions of intensification of agriculture and increasing the competitiveness of livestock farms. Probiotic microflora, which, in competition with pathogenic, displaces the latter from the gastrointestinal tract, can be considered as one of the effective methods of controlling undesirable microflora in the digestive tract. In world science, research is actively conducted in the direction of searching for effective probiotic cultures. A promising way to increase the effectiveness of the use of probiotic feed additives is their addition to prebiotics, for example, including vitamins (antioxidants) and mineral substances (selenium). The purpose of this work was to determine the optimal ratio of biologically active substances contained in the feed vitamin-mineral concentrate, and probiotic microflora contained in the feed probiotic additive Bacell-M, for the development of complex feed concentrate. Using the Harrington's desirability function, the optimum ratio of biologically active substances and probiotic microflora in the recipe of the complex feed concentrate is determined, ensuring the maximum reduction in the serum levels of alanine aminotransferase in the blood serum of experimental animals, which characterizes the normalization of barrier organs

ANALYSIS OF MANIFESTATIONS OF UROLITHIASIS IN CATS
06.02.00 Veterinary and Husbandry
DescriptionIn this work, the authors presented the results of monitoring urolithiasis in cats in Krasnodar in the period from 2016-2017. The authors established the sexual, age and breed predisposition of animals to this pathology; the seasonality of the disease was studied. An analysis of the actual data and reports of various authors made it possible to conclude that urolithiasis in cats is a polyethological disease. As a result of carried out hematological studies, the presence of an inflammatory process, which was manifested by lymphocytopenia, an insignificant increase in neutrophils and monocytes, as well as hematocrit, was ascertained. A laboratory analysis of urine showed that urine, as a rule, is turbid with an admixture of blood and sand, precipitating rapidly. The authors found an increase in the volume of urine in sick animals due to the inability to remove it, the specific gravity fluctuated within the limits of 1.015-1.020; pH = 7.5-8. With microscopy of the urine sediment, both unorganized and organized sediments were detected. The ultrasound examination of the bladder showed the presence in its cavity echo-positive particles in a suspended state, as well as sections of the desquamated mucosa

USE OF FLUCONAZOLE FOR TREATMENT OF CHRONIC ENDOMETRITIS AT COWS
DescriptionThat article is of interest to practicing veterinarians. Currently, the biggest obstacle in the development of dairy farming is infertility at cows, which is caused by the presence of diseases of the reproductive organs, most of which is occupied by acute and chronic endometritis. The frequency of occurrence of chronic endometritis at cows reaches high levels, from 10 to 66.3%, averaging 14%. One of the direct causes of chronic endometritis is association of pathogenic and opportunistic microorganisms and fungi. Many chemotherapeutic agents which are designed for prophylaxis and treatment of acute postpartum endometritis do not give a high therapeutic effect in the treatment of chronic endometritis or amount and frequency of application drugs is very high. Analyzing the data, the authors developed a new drug which has fungicidal and antibacterial actions - Florinazol. The experiments showed that the use the Florinazol preparation in combination with myotropic, pathogenetic and vitamin preparations gives 90% of therapeutic efficiency, while the frequency of administration of the drug was on average 3 fold, and the duration of treatment was 5 days
