USING OF SODIUM HYPOCHLORITE FOR TREATMENT OF SMALL PETS
DescriptionIn the present work we show the results of treatment of surgical diseases of the small domestic animals sodium hypochlorite. Sodium hypochlorite is an antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory and detoxifying agent. We used it in a topical treatment for dogs and cats with allergic, infected wounds and in the post operative period. A solution of sodium hypochlorite is produced by activation of 0.9% sodium chloride solution by electrochemical method using electrometers and "Key", produced by the NGO Pyrolyzer in St. Petersburg. The resulting solution is a colorless transparent liquid, one liter contains 600 mg of the active substance is sodium hypochlorite. In the treatment of surgical diseases in medicine apply modern systemic therapies (drug therapy - physiotherapy - operation-pharmacotherapy), uses the latest drugs targeted actions (antibiotics, immunomodulators, probiotics, enzymes and hormones). There are other methods, including alternative medicine. It is known that increased therapeutic effect on wound process leads to the reduction of the inflammatory response, which can sometimes block local regeneration processes; for dogs and cats moderate inflammatory response in the wound is a necessary condition for successful healing. A certain degree of inflammation of the wound is starting mechanism of reparative processes. These features were considered during the experiment and the selection of treatment regimens

CLINICAL PHARMACOLOGY OF A NEW COMPLEX HEPATOPROTECTIVE PREPARATION
DescriptionThis article presents the results of the studies of the influence of a new complex hepatoprotective preparation on the basic system of the body, the mechanism of occurrence and manifestation of its biological effects, the dependence of this action from the components that are parts of the preparation, the dose, as well as the regularity of manifestation of possible side effects. The effect of the different doses of the preparation (1% and 2%) on the average daily weight gain and morphological and biochemical indices of the birds’ blood was studied. The conducted research determined a stimulatory influence of the preparation on the growth, development and safety of broiler chickens. The new hepatoprotector exhibits the properties aimed on revitalizing the erythro- and hematopoiesis and magnification of the cellular immunity against the exogenous influence. The use of the preparation helps to improve liver function and reduce the toxic load on hepatocytes, which manifests an increase in a number of metabolic parameters, such as total protein, glucose, calcium, phosphorus. We have noted an expressed hepatoprotective effect on the enzyme activity of AST and the remission of the cytolytic syndrome of the experimental chickens. Thereby it was found out that the complex hepatoprotective preparation has a pronounced pharmacological activity, providing a significant impact on the energy of the broiler chickens’ growth and their safety, morphological and biochemical indices of the blood and metabolic processes in the body of the bird

FEED CONCENTRATES: TRADITIONS AND PURPOSES OF THEIR APPLICATION IN POULTRY
06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
DescriptionThe article shows the historically developed situation and the actual state of the production practice in chronic mycotoxicosis of a bird. The main feed problems in poultry farming are shown through the prism of a review of market proposals for feed concentrates. An overview of preventive and compensating agents on the market, as well as a brief description of feed concentrates based on beta-carotene for fighting mycotoxicosis. It is shown that the vitamin-mineral fodder concentrate "Tetra +" is an alternative to the existing feed concentrates on the market, the effectiveness of which has been confirmed in experiments on laboratory animals and in poultry feeding. Based on the analysis, a conclusion was made about the relevance of studies to identify the effectiveness of vitamin-mineral concentrate "Tetra +" in livestock

TREATMENT OF CHRONIC ENDOMETRITIS WITH THE NEW DRUG FLORINAZOL
DescriptionIn the article data on spread of chronic endometritises at cows are provided. The microflora range, being in genitals of patients with a chronic endometritis of cows is determined. We have developed a new drug called Florinazol and we also determined his antimicrobic and fungicide activity. Researches on determination of acute and chronic toxicity, and also irritant action on a mucous membrane of a uterus and a vagina are conducted. Researches on studying of influence of Florinazol on blood biochemistry at rabbits are conducted. The optimum therapeutic dose and frequency rate of its introduction is determined. By results of researches it is established that 24,8% of the cows containing on a farm with loose housing content and 10,6% of cows on a farm with fastened content have a chronic endometritis. At the same time in uterus content in 84,3% of cases isolated associations of bacteria and mushrooms in 65,2%, in 34,8% - monocultures of microorganisms. Offered by us means the danger class belongs to substances lowdangerous by the 4th. Doesn't possess irritant action, doesn't exert a negative impact on blood biochemistry, and also has outstanding therapeutic performance of 90% in case of its application in a dose of 100 ml intra-vaginal at an interval of 48 hours

MICROBIAL ASSOCIATIONS OF BIOHUMUS AND HUMIC SUBSTANCES DERIVED FROM LIVESTOCK WASTE
06.01.01 General agriculture, crop production (agricultural sciences)
DescriptionThe article presents the results of the study of microbiological composition of biohumus and humic substances obtained by fermentation method according to the technology developed by the authors. The problem of processing livestock wastes is caused on the one hand by the occurrence of large volumes of them, and on the other hand by the addition of such important elements as nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, etc., which can be used as bioelements. The goal of research was to develop a technology for the production of humic compounds from biohumus and to study the microbial communities that occur in them. Results of researches showed that for biohumus with high content of humic substances, bovine manure must be composted with chopped straw at the ratio of 8:1. Biocomposting of manure and crushed straw using the developed technology enables to obtain biohumus containing humic substances of 20 g/l. Among the physiological groups of biohumus microorganisms, the most numerous groups are aminoautotrophies and ammonifiers - 231.6×106 and 130.33×106 CFU/g, respectively. At the same time the grouping of cellulose-decomposer actinomycetes in biohumus was quite numerous and amounted to 0.93×103 CFU/g.
