EFFECT OF ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELD LOW FREQUENCIES IN THE TECHNOLOGY OF DRYING MANGOES AND PAPAYAS
DescriptionThe intensity of drying process depends on the speed of movement of the moisture inside the object and the speed of its removal from the surface. To accelerate the drying process, temperature gradient is often regulated, which causes large power consumption. Currently, they are different methods in used for intensifying the process of drying of plant material which are physical, mechanical, chemical and electrical method. Data of literature review show a lack of data on the impact of synergies of lower frequency on the efficiency of drying plant material. Accelerating the drying process of fruit can be achieved by combining low – temperature of drying with a synergistic lower frequency of electromagnetic field. The results of the studies on the development of technologies to accelerate the drying process of mango and papaya fruit are presented in this article. The role of the electromagnetic field, on the intensification of the drying process and on the inhibition of the microflora of mango and papaya, during drying is studied. Effect of the synergistic electromagnetic fields of different frequencies leading to the death of microorganisms, as well as the drying rate of mango and papaya fruit is analyzed. The optimal technological parameters of low frequency electromagnetic field on drying of mango and papaya fruit are determined. Biochemical changes of mango and papaya fruit during drying are given. Technological parameters of the powder mango and papaya obtained by combining low temperature treatment with the synergy of low frequencies are described

22.00.00 Sociological sciences
DescriptionThe article examines the ethical aspects of online communications in modern social networks. In the course of the study, the function "pumping an avatar", first proposed to users of the social network "VKontakte" on April 1, 2017 as a comic and innovative version of the congratulations on the Day of Laughter of their friends on the Internet, was studied. Some of the ethical aspects of the network innovation under consideration have been identified. The results of a questionnaire survey of students of Kuban State Technical University about the perception of the new online format of the April Fool's Day are given. The factors limiting in 2017 the diffusion of this innovation function among Internet users are considered. The results of the analysis of the reasons for both negative and positive attitude of Kuban State Technical University students to the possibility of making comic visual changes to the account of other users without their knowledge are presented. In the course of the study it was revealed that the individual model of behavior of the respondents on the Day of Laughter in many respects correlated with the model of their friends' behavior on the social network «Vkontakte». There is a hypothesis that if technical barriers to communication are eliminated, the next year may be seen viral effects both in distributing information about the avatar-pumping function itself in the social network, and in distributing content created with it

ENERGY-LOADING OF DISKS IN FRICTION PAIRS OF “DISC-PAD” OF BRAKING DEVICES IN VEHICLES (part two)
DescriptionIn the materials of the article we mention the regularities of changes in the volume and surface solid temperature gradients and self-ventilated brake discs and illustrate their impact on the main operating parameters of the friction pairs of disk-to-pad brakes of the A 172 bus; the relationship between thermo-physical parameters of polished and matte surfaces with areas of brake discs of various types. The influence of the type of tests on the pairs of loaded with energy friction disk and pad brakes of the vehicle. We have set the intensity of heat exchange processes from the surfaces of the brake discs of various types. It is shown that this leads to increased surface temperature gradient. The volume and the surface temperature gradients of the brake discs were determined with the involvement of the hypothesis of summation of temperatures on the surface when you post the generated electric currents. It was found that in the surface layer of the working surface of a solid brake disc at its pulse heating under the influence of the temperature of the flash nucleate cracks due to the thermal fatigue of the material of the disk. The features of the design of the brake discs were considered as well. On the basis of the calculation and the experimental data we have shown a correlation between the emissivity of brushed and polished surfaces and their areas in the disk-to-pad brakes when using solid and self-ventilated discs

ELEMENTS OF CONTROL OVER HIERARCHIE SYSTEMS WITH ASSUMED HIERARCHY
DescriptionThe article presents a mathematical model of control over dynamic hierarchy system. The model was proposed for dealing with systems with assumed order in the technical problem of predicting destructions depending onto the amount of defects on different scale levels. The problem of the closest to a certain point of shelf life of hierarchy system is solved. The example of approach control during the given time is given. The problem concerns mathematic programming. Formulation of multi-parameter vector optimization criteria (improvement) with its own hierarchy and the formal exercise of multi-criteria optimization of the model parameters. The research can achieve clarity about the conditions under which the structure is preserved. Managing sustainable development system with a given level of the hierarchy for the technical systems can only be achieved in keeping

Description
The article deals with the study of vehicles impact on the environment, since one of the main causes of air pollution are cars with internal combustion engines. One of the most important measures in the fight for clean air is the creation of an environmentally friendly transport. From this point of view, the most promising is the electric car, as the only solution to the problem of atmospheric pollution. In this article, the history of the development of modern electric vehicles, the advantages and disadvantages of their design, as well as the possibility of introducing electric vehicles into everyday life are considered. After the analysis, it was concluded that, in spite of the obvious advantages and the huge path that electro mobiles went through in their development, humanity is still not ready to refuse from cars with internal combustion engines, opting for electric vehicles

AN ELECTRIC MODEL OF A CITY TRANSPORT NETWORK
DescriptionThe main characteristics of a transport network are the intensity of the traffic flow, speed and density of its traffic. Comfortable driver's traffic density is determined by the rule of the traffic police, which is "clearance between cars on the road should be a tenth of the speed of movement." We have built a reference curve of the density function of the flow of vehicles on its speed, which is basic when simulating a traffic flow. The article describes a model of electrical city transport networks, allowing calculating traffic flows, their speed, the density and the number of traffic lanes by means of laws of electrical engineering. We have also compared electrical concepts (current, resistance, electro-motive force, etc.) and transportation (of intensity-flow lane road, transport driving force, etc.). For the transport network there are methods of calculation of electrical circuits - a method of Kirchhoff's laws, loop currents, etc. We have confirmed the correctness of electric models and the possibility of its use for the calculation of transport networks; as well as we have presented an example of the calculation

Description
We have performed an experimental study of the evaporation process at a temperature of 105 ° C for the egg white model solution in distilled water to evaluate the ratio of the heat transfer coefficient from air to water ratio mass transfer to the water surface into the air by evaporation from the free surface in a forced convection. Evaporation of the solution was carried out in a Memmert oven of class Basic (Germany) equipped with forced air circulation, the control panel with a display and a temperature control device. To determine the surface temperature at which the main evaporation of water from the process solution, the experiment conducted under the same conditions by measuring the average temperature of the layer of water sample, placed in a Petri dish in an oven with a sensor - DMM Mastech M838 series. It is found that the coefficient of heat transfer from air to water almost a thousand times greater than the coefficient mass transfer from the water surface into the air

Nigeria has the largest oil sands and bitumen resources in Africa and is one of the main leading countries in the world from the point of view of its significant potential heavy oil deposits. Research of geological and physicochemical properties confirmed that the Nigerian bitumen is an important energy source and an alternative source of hydrocarbon feedstock for the petrochemical industry. Nigeria imports black oil for the petrochemical industry and its heavy oil can act in place of this black oil. In addition, researchers have successfully established the possibility of producing electrical energy from this heavy oil. Tar sands and bitumen are able to help improve the economy of Nigeria
