CHRONOLOGICAL STUDY OF CONFIGURATION OF A WATER – BOILED PROTEIN SYSTEM WHEN DRYING
Description
The article presents results of research on drying a slurry consisting of distilled water and finely chopped cooked chicken protein of table eggs. The suspension is placed in a Memmert oven, which has temperature of 60 °C. In the process of removing moisture when drying the slurry of water - boiled protein we examined kinetics of its drying and performed chronological photographing of conformation of the system of water - boiled protein. The final weight of the protein remaining after evaporation, was 0.06 g corresponding to 26% by weight of cooked protein source in an amount of 0.23 g. The analysis of the system appearance including the evaporation of the water showed that the protein was originally white, and this color does not undergo any changes until 35 minutes of drying, i.e. when the main base is water. Upon further drying of the suspension, starting with 40 minutes, boiled protein literally "melts" in the surrounding water residues; and as it is disappearing, becoming more and more transparent. Meanwhile, the forms of the protein are becoming round and transforming into the form of liquid crystals. The final phase of the protein is a solid transparent film

CRISES IN THE EVOLUTION OF ECONOMIC SYSTEMS OF INHOMOGENEOUS
Description
Realities of today have defined a new stage of development which can be characterized as the entry of world economic system in a condition of crisis. Recognizing that development of economic systems means continuous violation of macroeconomic balance - a necessary condition of development. In this context transition processes are considered as a natural, state of society and economy in the course of its evolution. Characteristic feature of a market economy is recurrence of economic development. Recurrence is a form of development of economy as whole, the movement from one macroeconomic balance to another. Recurrence can be as one of ways of self-regulation of market economy. As line of recurrence is the movement not around, and on a spiral, it likes a form of progressive development. The main phase of a business cycle is crisis during which the broken proportions of a social production are restored. For crisis the following signs are characteristic: growth of mass of unrealized production; increase of loan percent; decrease in the share price, etc. All this is of the capital and control of business activity that leads to falling of profit, crisis of non-payments, and is frequent also to bankruptcy. The article is devoted to research of specific non-uniform economic systems, identification of the factors of heterogeneity promoting development of crises of heterogeneity

The mechanical activation allows creating a active state in a solid, opening the prospect for holding and accelerating the chemical reactions between solids and getting materials in a nonequilibrium state. As a result of mechanical activation of the powder compositions of the active phase transformations occur in them, which lead to the formation of solid solutions and various intermediate connections, providing dispersion and dispersion hardening of materials included in the composition. The results of the study of the granulometric composition, the phase transformations and structure evolution in multiphase materials with SME Ni-30%at.Ti-20%at.Hf and Ni-33%at.Ti- 18%at.Zr at different stages of the process of mechanical activation carried out in planetary ball mill the centrifugal type is represented in the article. During mechanical activation, a composite mix is assimilated by the particles of processed material input of mechanical energy in the form of new interfaces, defects of the crystal lattice. At collision of particles and grinding bodies in contact high local temperature and pressure occur, which in some cases can lead to melting of the most fusible components. When a local increase in temperature between the particles of titanium, hafnium, zirconium and carbon solid-phase reactions become possible due to diffusion of atoms of one component into the crystal lattice of the other. Experimental studies have shown that the use of mechanical activation allows creating an effective technology of preparation of the starting material for high-speed flame spraying

Nigeria has the largest oil sands and bitumen resources in Africa and is one of the main leading countries in the world from the point of view of its significant potential heavy oil deposits. Research of geological and physicochemical properties confirmed that the Nigerian bitumen is an important energy source and an alternative source of hydrocarbon feedstock for the petrochemical industry. Nigeria imports black oil for the petrochemical industry and its heavy oil can act in place of this black oil. In addition, researchers have successfully established the possibility of producing electrical energy from this heavy oil. Tar sands and bitumen are able to help improve the economy of Nigeria

Description
We have performed an experimental study of the evaporation process at a temperature of 105 ° C for the egg white model solution in distilled water to evaluate the ratio of the heat transfer coefficient from air to water ratio mass transfer to the water surface into the air by evaporation from the free surface in a forced convection. Evaporation of the solution was carried out in a Memmert oven of class Basic (Germany) equipped with forced air circulation, the control panel with a display and a temperature control device. To determine the surface temperature at which the main evaporation of water from the process solution, the experiment conducted under the same conditions by measuring the average temperature of the layer of water sample, placed in a Petri dish in an oven with a sensor - DMM Mastech M838 series. It is found that the coefficient of heat transfer from air to water almost a thousand times greater than the coefficient mass transfer from the water surface into the air

AN ELECTRIC MODEL OF A CITY TRANSPORT NETWORK
Description
The main characteristics of a transport network are the intensity of the traffic flow, speed and density of its traffic. Comfortable driver's traffic density is determined by the rule of the traffic police, which is "clearance between cars on the road should be a tenth of the speed of movement." We have built a reference curve of the density function of the flow of vehicles on its speed, which is basic when simulating a traffic flow. The article describes a model of electrical city transport networks, allowing calculating traffic flows, their speed, the density and the number of traffic lanes by means of laws of electrical engineering. We have also compared electrical concepts (current, resistance, electro-motive force, etc.) and transportation (of intensity-flow lane road, transport driving force, etc.). For the transport network there are methods of calculation of electrical circuits - a method of Kirchhoff's laws, loop currents, etc. We have confirmed the correctness of electric models and the possibility of its use for the calculation of transport networks; as well as we have presented an example of the calculation

Description
The article deals with the study of vehicles impact on the environment, since one of the main causes of air pollution are cars with internal combustion engines. One of the most important measures in the fight for clean air is the creation of an environmentally friendly transport. From this point of view, the most promising is the electric car, as the only solution to the problem of atmospheric pollution. In this article, the history of the development of modern electric vehicles, the advantages and disadvantages of their design, as well as the possibility of introducing electric vehicles into everyday life are considered. After the analysis, it was concluded that, in spite of the obvious advantages and the huge path that electro mobiles went through in their development, humanity is still not ready to refuse from cars with internal combustion engines, opting for electric vehicles

ELEMENTS OF CONTROL OVER HIERARCHIE SYSTEMS WITH ASSUMED HIERARCHY
Description
The article presents a mathematical model of control over dynamic hierarchy system. The model was proposed for dealing with systems with assumed order in the technical problem of predicting destructions depending onto the amount of defects on different scale levels. The problem of the closest to a certain point of shelf life of hierarchy system is solved. The example of approach control during the given time is given. The problem concerns mathematic programming. Formulation of multi-parameter vector optimization criteria (improvement) with its own hierarchy and the formal exercise of multi-criteria optimization of the model parameters. The research can achieve clarity about the conditions under which the structure is preserved. Managing sustainable development system with a given level of the hierarchy for the technical systems can only be achieved in keeping
