05.13.18 Mathematical modeling, numerical methods and software complexes
DescriptionThe research purpose is identification and justification of the scientific team’s recognition citation-based criteria. Such parameters of the educational environment as modality, latitude, social activity, social coherence, intensity, maturity etc. are assessable on the basis of the primary information about the scientific team’s research activity results. The authors of this article prove that the data about cross-citations within a scientific team is the primary information about the scientific and pedagogical team members’ recognition of their social system (such information is obtainable from modern scientometric databases, e.g. Russian Science Citation Index). The new scientific results of this research are the identified citation-based criteria for the scientific team’s recognition. The theoretical significance of these results is the possibility of using them as a scientific basis for further research in the sociology of science and for the development of the small social systems functioning models; the practical significance is the possibility to analyze the factors for the success of scientific and pedagogical teams’ research activity (i.e. applicability for the research activity monitoring systems). The research methods are: the methods of set, relations and graph theory, the methods of qualimetry, mathematical statistics (including the scree-plot method) and linear. The research methodology is based on the sociological approach (viewing the scientific and pedagogical team as a well-established social system), the qualimetric approach (declaring the necessity for the multicriterial diagnostics of scientific and pedagogical team’s recognition) and the probabilistic and statistical approach (viewing the scientific and pedagogical team’s recognition citation-based diagnostics as a statistic measurement)

DIAGNOSIS OF EFFECTIVE EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT (ON THE EXAMPLE OF DEPARTMENTS AND FACULTIES)
DescriptionThe purpose of this research is the development of models and methods of multiparameter diagnostic effectiveness of educational environments. We know, that a criterion-diagnostic system for monitoring the effectiveness of higher education institutions - educational Macromedia is being designed, which is not the monitoring of the effectiveness of educational microenvironments and meso-environment - departments and faculties. The issue of the research - to increase the productivity (efficiency) of functioning of educational environments. The problem of research is the question of how to diagnose the effectiveness of educational environments objectively and comprehensively. The urgency of this problem is due to: the need to ensure the effective functioning of educational institutions, their sustainable innovative development; increasing demand for general and vocational education, as well as its transition to a multi-level system. Methodological basis of the research: a competence-based approach (considered an important target value of the educational process formation of the competences and personal and professional qualities of students, integrating knowledge, skills and readiness for their effective use in solving of life, professional and educational problems), metasystem approach (considering the educational environment as a metasystem, including relatively independent subsystems - educational environment of lower level of the hierarchy), qualimetric approach (considering the effectiveness of the educational environment as an integrative figure, which is diagnosed on the basis of estimating a set of criteria), synergetic approach (considering the educational environment as a self-organizing system, and the efficiency of its functioning - as an indicator of the success of the use of resources for further development). Synergetic approach is relatively new in the evaluation of the effectiveness of the educational process and the educational environment as a whole

FREE-COOLING IN SEASONAL COLD ACCUMULATOR
DescriptionOne of the traditional ways of reducing energy consumption is the utilization of seasonal cold accumulator which takes advantage of the geographical location of a country that allows, during the winter season, that is, November, December, January, February, March accumulates cold as a result of lower ambient temperature in these months. Significant amount of electricity is reduced as well as reduced operating refrigerant, which is harmful to the environment. The article presents determination of the size of cold storage with charging devices as chiller and dry-cooler. The approximate costs of the device operation as well as the time of assembly of these components have been obtained. The design of a seasonal cold accumulator is a system that brings a number of economic and ecological advantages. The seasonal tank design is a prototype of the chiller; it is smaller than the actual tank that will be selected for the highest hourly energy demand. This means that the actual device should be several times larger than the device that was used in the project. By selecting a small chiller and fewer refrigerants (mainly chlorofluorocarbons) called R- 410A, the environment would be saved from contaminants which are hazardous

Description
The article is devoted to the development of high-tech metal-working industry, as well as to the use of unmanned technology. We recommended measures to improve the accuracy and quality of manufacturing of complex and large workpieces weighing up to 100 tons. To date, the technical level of many economy sectors is largely determined by the level of the production means. Based on the engineering development there is an overall automation and mechanization of production and industry processes, construction, agriculture, transport and other industries. We analyzed forms of slide sections, of errors affecting the accuracy of the workpieces manufacturing. We made simulation of the cutting forces and sliders deformations. Solved measures increase manufacturing accuracy based on multi-purpose machine tool systems of VM series. We held the analysis of the dependence of cutting forces, a slider form on its strain in different types of processing. We obtained a graph of cutting force and precision manufacturing. We defined the optimal shape of the slider cross section to increase the rigidity and reduce the slide deformation in metal cutting

Description
The work is done in a scientific and practical ways to minimize power losses in the transmission of electricity in the interregional distribution networks from the sources to the consumer by the use of tasks, ensuring the gradual improvement in the support program, not only from the standpoint of the efficiency of reduction of transported power loss, but also due to a significant decrease the complexity of the calculations. The resulting shortage of electricity power associated with its transfer to the electricity networks, has demanded the need to find possible ways of reducing the value of electricity losses during transportation, both by improving and by optimizing distribution net-works schemes. Consolidation into a single set of electrical equipment, called the power cluster is connected to the sources of power and energy consumption, make better use of new principles of control technology and the transmission of electricity, on the basis of an automated monitoring system, ensuring the redistribution of energy flows and optimize them. The process of electric power transmission and reduction in electric power loss can be considered on the basis of linear programming problems, and their modification in the form of a transportation problem, and as a result, the transport matrix. On this basis, manipulating the data table, we can find acceptable solutions, well and then determine the best of them. As examples, this work has carried out the study on the basis of the three methods - "northwest corner", the method of minimum unit cost of electricity transport, as well as the method of the potential. The use of these three methods yielded acceptable solutions, to identify the most appropriate for the number of steps carried out at the decision, to reveal that the winner is the potential cost method

Description
The results of the study of amino acids of white table wines depending on the yeast strain, continuous contact of wine with yeast biomass and the presence of lees stirring are presented. The dynamics of amino acids, which affect wine organoleptic characteristics and the formation of wine defects, specifically, tyrosine, methionine, threonine and lysine is shown. Conducted researches made it possible to divide the amino acids into three groups depending on the carrying out the batonnage or lack of it. The first group consisted of amino acids, the concentration of which practically has not changed in the presence or lack of stirring. The second and third groups include amino acids, the concentration of which increased and decreased, respectively during batonnage. The stirring of the wine with yeast biomass facilitated to the activation of mass transfer processes between cell and medium, and the access of air lead to oxidation of some amino acids and the change of its concentration. The absence of stirring influenced to a slight increase in the concentration of such amino acids as cystine, cysteine, β-phenylalanine, serine, α-alanine, leucine and glutamic acid. The experimental data allowed to arrange amino acids in a row depending on the speed of release into the medium: ά-aminobutyric acid > glutamic acid > α-alanine > leucine
