Innovative tools of intercompany and strategic planning are designed to form interconnected tasks structural units of industrial enterprises and complexes in the sought after amount based on the cost of production of interdependent. Intercompany planning has no tools based on chain planning with cyclic calculations. Allocation of factors affecting business performance is a mandatory procedure in the development of innovative tools and intercompany strategic planning in industrial plants and complexes. Factors determining the efficiency of intercompany and strategic planning at industrial enterprises and complexes require detailed classification. The article examines the factors that determine the effectiveness of intercompany and strategic planning. The classification of factors, that are offered, which can form a conceptual framework of business development strategy for a long period of time, based on the use of interrelated production plans for the following criteria: conceptual, stabilization and functional. The developed classification of factors, which determines the efficiency of intercompany and strategic planning, allows us to: generate the concept of strategic business development; establish the optimum parameters of the structure and volume of internal and external supply, to determine the required size of lending and investment; achieve stabilization of interests of the economy and the level of investment attractiveness of the business, etc. Based on it, becomes possible to develop a methodology and logical approach to the formation of innovative tools intercompany and strategic planning at industrial enterprises (complexes)

PHYSICAL MODELING OF ODOMETRIC COMPRESSION OF SAND
DescriptionThe odometric compression of sand with constant rate of loading (CRL) or constant rate of deformation (CRD) and continuous registration of the corresponding reaction allows to identify the effect of stepwise changes of deformation (at the CRL) and the power reaction (at the CRD). Physical modeling of compression on the sandy model showed the same effect. The physical model was made of fine sand with marks, mimicking large inclusions. Compression of the soil at the CRD was uneven, stepwise, and the strain rate of the upper boundary of the sandy model changed cyclically. Maximum amplitudes of cycles passed through a maximum. Inside of the sand model, the uneven strain resulted in the mutual displacement of the adjacent parts located at the same depth. The growth of external pressure, the marks showed an increase or decrease in displacement and even move opposite to the direction of movement (settlement) the upper boundary of the model ‒ "floating" of marks. Marks, at different depths, got at the same time different movements, including mutually contradictory. The mark settlements sudden growth when the sufficiently large pressure. These increments in settlements remained until the end of loading decreasing with depth. They were a confirmation of the hypothesis about the total destruction of the soil sample at a pressure of "structural strength". The hypothesis of the "floating" reason based on the obvious assumption that the marks are moved together with the surrounding sand. The explanation of the effect of "floating" is supported by the fact that the value of "floating" the more, the greater the depth

FRAME EXPERT SYSTEMS USING NEURAL NETWORKS
05.13.18 Mathematical modeling, numerical methods and software complexes
DescriptionThe study was carried out with the financial support of the RHNF as part of the research project of the RHF RFBR 17-02-00475а "Application of metaheuristic algorithms for solving direct and inverse problems of optimizing the management of spatially distributed complexes"). The article discusses the use of artificial neural networks in frame expert systems, which in some cases make it possible to bypass a number of limitations of the standard version of frame expert systems. Several options for using neural networks in frame expert systems were considered and a number of tasks to be solved for each

DIGITAL IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROCESS CONTROL SYSTEM HEATING AIR FOR DRYING SEEDS
DescriptionThe article considers the issues of digital process of control of heating air in the dryer shaft
-
Description
In the article we present questions of digital process control of heated air for drying seeds; it is shown that the change in the load of the heat source slightly changes the dynamics of the system for stabilizing the temperature of hot air, making it almost invariant with respect to perturbations. It is proved that the use of digital controller with dual differentiation significantly improves the performance of the automatic control system, excluding the increase astatism of the management system

Sunflower is one of the most important oilseed crops, which are of great economic importance in Russia and in the world. It is very adaptive crop in terms of climatic conditions range, for that reason it is cultivated on a vast territory of the Russian Federation in various weather conditions. Sunflower oil has high nutritional and taste qualities, it is used numerously in food and is applied in various fields of food industry. The biologically active linoleic acid, phosphatides and fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K, which are of great nutritional value to humans, are contained in the oil. According to its calorific capacity, sunflower oil is on the first place among vegetable oils. Due to biological characteristics of sunflower, the Krasnodar region is the most favorable region of the Russian Federation for obtaining high and stable yields of this crop. However, here the drought is observed during the summer period and it affects adversely the productivity and quality of sunflower seeds. The increasing of resistance to unfavorable weather conditions is possible only based on detailed study of physiological features of productivity formation and seeds quality that is highly important task in view of the current geopolitical situation in Russia. One way of solving this issue is the appliance of the growth regulators, possessing anti-stress activity that improve the quality of sowing seeds and increase the productivity and plant resistance to stressful environmental factors. These drugs include growth regulator called Furolan, which was created in KubGTU and is certified for use in Russia. It is not toxic and is used in nano-dozes, there is no its residual quantities in the products and environment. Furolan has a positive effect on physiological and biochemical processes, improves the productivity of plants, their resistance to unfavorable growing conditions by increasing the resistance to dehydration as well as to the risk of fungal diseases

Description
The article provides an overview of the phytosanitary condition of crops for 2011-2014 g in the Krasnodar region. In recent years, we can observe increasing of the crop losses from pests and diseases of plants. The using of different pesticides in intensive cultivation technologies of winter wheat can’t resist this. Pathogenic microorganisms acquire resistance to drugs used and become more aggressive. This creates a lot of environmental problems. Plants are almost always under environmental stress. However, it is impossible to refuse of pesticides. And they are not able to observe the immune system of the plant, and in some cases inhibit it. The present level of development of science has led to the emergence of new methods of plant protection, which is based on increasing of the capacity of the immune plants, rather than the destruction of pathogens, as in the case of the use of pesticides. We propose to apply so called "agrochemical cocktails"
