Description
The aim of the research was to develop a geographical information system (GIS) for monitoring soil fertility based on calibrated remote sensing data within Rostov region. The possibility of developing a geoinformation system for irrigated agrolandscapes monitoring based on modern computer geoinformation technologies for problems solving of reclaimed territories management in cooperation with other automated information technologies is considered. An example of selecting main degradation processes for the irrigated agrolandscape within Rostov region boundaries, the main possibilities of the system and the proposed directions for its development are presented. To develop a geoinformation monitoring system, the ArcGIS 10.4.1 for Desktop software package has been selected. Monitoring GIS includes remote sensing data obtained from the VEGA-Science satellite monitoring service. The technology for creating a geodatabase for degradation processes monitoring, necessary for rapid analysis of information and time-saving on collection, processing and calibration of data bulk is introduced. As a mapping principle, graduation of farm fields by intensity of land degradation processes was used. GIS monitoring includes multi-layer digital maps and data attribute tables characterizing the main indicators of soil fertility and crop seeding development. The use of GIS technologies with satellite data will significantly reduce the complexity of field survey data processing by data processing automation and is promising for developing computer monitoring systems for irrigated agro landscapes. Farm specialists are offered a convenient mechanism not only for data accumulation, but also for maintaining fields’ history with reference to the yield year. Analysis tools allow performing data spatial and logical queries, to run samples and reports

Description
The article contains an analytical overview of the causes of local washouts on hydraulic installations of Don highway networks. One of the major outlet structures of the main canal is the terminal resets in Sadkovskaya gully (Veselovsky reservoir 1115+79), with a maximum flow rate of 50 m3/sec, designed for irrigation and desalination of Veselovsky reservoir. To analyze the effect of the liquid on the bottom of the outlet structures we need to know the kinematic parameters of the liquid in the channel. Until now there are no universal correlations, which would allow calculating these parameters. The mathematical dependences allow analyzing the impact of water flow on the bottom of the spillway constructions of melioration canals. Modeling of local scour of channels is based on a thorough analysis of the causes of this phenomenon. The main ones are the kinematic parameters of the liquid, the speed and the propagation direction of fluid flow, structural features of the channel. The mathematical dependences allowed us to identify the following parameters that influence the degree of local scour at end spillway structures on melioration channels: the rate of flow, the degree of compression of the stream size, flow, shape, and movement of sediment, depth and shape of the supports in the plan and cross section, the shape of the hydrograph, the angle of the jet, duration of standing high water levels in Sadkovskaya balka, etc

ESTIMATION AND SELECTION OF THE MOST OPTIMAL VARIANT DRAINING PONDS
Description
This article gives estimation of drying (liquidation) ponds with subsequent selection of the most optimal variant. For example, ponds № 1, 2 have the calculations for the four drainage options: bottom outlet, using a mobile diesel pumping stations, through the siphon outlet, as well as the combined option of draining (via a bottom outlet and mobile pumping stations). The results of the calculation for each of the cases were examined; the article summarizes the estimated parameters, which allow to visualize and choose the most optimal variant of drying, depending on the time of evacuation

Description
The article presents the design study for construction of a drainage system on the territory of gardening association «Zarya» in the region of Gukovo in Krasnosulinsky district of Rostov region. Construction of a drainage system is a prerequisite for reducing the groundwater level caused by the infiltration of the drainage complex mine called Burgustinskaya. The results of the calculations determined the value of the total infiltration groundwater feeding; inflow rate to each of the 6 drains per unit length, water flow ability of a horizontal pipe drainage, as well as a diameter of drainage pipes

TECHNOLOGY FOR THE PREPARATION OF LIVESTOCK WASTEWATER FOR IRRIGATION OF AGRICULTURAL CROPS
Description
In the article the authors propose various techniques for the preparation of livestock waste for agricultural use, particularly for irrigation. We have considered resource-saving environmentally safe technology for processing livestock waste pig farms based on the use of the reagent preparation phosphogypsum – residuals of phosphoric acid and fertilizers. The technology was tested and endorsed at the operating company LLC "Aksai field" of the Rostov region. Also based on this technology, we have offered the following technical solution: livestock wastewater is exposed to the vortex field with movable ferromagnetic particles, which contributes to more complete disinfecting effect. Further improvement of the technological scheme of training for livestock waste allowed to get more modern technical solution, including sewage treatment acidifying reagent is a suspension of phosphogypsum and slightly basic by oxychloride brand Aqua-Aurat. With the aim of reducing the cost and simplifying the technology of training we offered using a reagent, obtained from natural raw materials - silica-coagulant on the basis of nepheline instead of the low-base oxychloride brand Aqua-AuraTM. Aluminosilicate coagulant on the basis of nepheline may be used at high values of COD up to 2000 mg O/l and TBOD to 1500 mg O/l, which is a limitation for the use of such coagulants in the preparation of livestock wastewater pig farms. All the proposed technologies are based on the positions of resource and energy efficiency and environmental safety
