APPLICATION OF ACOUSTIC-MAGNETIC DEVICES IN HEAT SUPPLY SYSTEMS OF GREENHOUSE COMPLEXES
05.20.01 Technologies and means of mechanization of agriculture (technical sciences)
DescriptionThe article discusses scale formation problems of greenhouse complexes with geothermal heat sources. Two-circuit geothermal heat supply systems with intermediate heat exchangers are used to prevent equipment and communications scale. Fresh softened water is heated by geothermal heat and is supplied to consumer needs. The heat exchanger and primary circuit communications contacting with the geothermal heat carrier (geothermal water) are subjected to scale formation in the existing system. A scale formation of heat exchange surfaces reduces the efficiency of the heat exchanger and requires a periodic cleaning and causes a chain of economic losses in the production, transportation and consumption of heat. Currently, we use physical, chemical, biological and combined methods of scale formation prevention. The article also considers hypothesis about the effect of an acoustic-magnetic field on solutions. It was found experimentally, that the acoustic-magnetic field affects to characteristics and dimensions of salt crystals. The number of particles increases and solid phase dimensions decrease. A large number of microcrystals suspended in water are formed as a result of the nonchemical acoustic-magnetic treatment of geothermal water. These crystals do not stick to the pipe surface and do not settle to the bottom, may be filtered out and carry out by water flow from the system

Description
Conditions in which the work of acoustic magnetic device proceeds are complicated because of the number of interconnections. Solving problems under such conditions analytically is difficult because of many variables and complexity of some dependencies. The article describes the conditions in which the work of acoustic magnetic device, designed for nonchemical treatment of hydroponic solution, takes place. The criteria, establishing the initial state of the chains, containing mutual inductance, are analyzed. The work establishes the criteria relating the physical parameters of the environment with the output parameters of the device. The similarity of conditions of heat transfer on the surface of the device is provided, and the relation of the scale of temperature and power lost when heating the ferrite and winding machine is determined. The criterion of the heat transfer process is defined. The criterion, determining the relation of the environment temperature to the thermal mode of the acoustic magnetic device, is defined. The criterion of the conditions at the boundaries of the system and cavitating liquid is determined. It is found, that the cavitation area appears in the technological volume of liquid at the work of acoustic magnetic device. The criterial equation for geometric parameters of different types and constructions of the acoustic magnetic device is defined. In accordance with the task based on the third theorem of similarity, the group of criteria that provides the similarity of the model to the proposed original by all existing indicators, is selected

Description
The article compares various hypotheses that explain the mechanisms of the influence of the magnetic field with different characteristics on liquids, physico-chemical and biological systems. Physical effects that cause specific biological activity of water (magnetic treatment of water, production of thawed water, degassing, etc.) make water be metastable or non-equilibrium states. Water attracts the attention of researchers as a likely universal mediator in the transmission of electromagnetic field signals to the biological level. Water is involved in a variety of chemical and metabolic reactions, so the question about the ability to change the properties of water and solutions under the influence of fields of different nature: an electromagnetic field with different frequencies, with different combinations of field orientations (parallel constant and variable magnetic field, slope fields, rotating magnetic fields, magnetic fields close to zero and electric fields) arises. At the heart of existing methods for treating liquids lie methods that use the energy of the acoustic and magnetic fields, as well as complex methods of influencing the electromagnetic field in combination with thermal heating, pressure change, etc. The analysis of existing hypotheses about the mechanisms of the influences of fields of a different nature on the treated liquid makes it possible to put forward a hypothesis about the possibility of the joint influence of the acoustic and magnetic fields on the liquid by means of the acoustic and magnetic device

MANAGEMENT OF THE PERSONNEL WITH THE USE OF FUNCTIONAL-COST AND SYSTEMIC-COGNITIVE ANALYSIS
DescriptionThe article briefly describes the essence of management, stating the goals and structure of the system of personnel management. It considers the essence of the method of functional-cost analysis (FCA) and, as a major gap, we have noted a low level of formalization, which requires the involvement of experts in applying the FSA. It also specifies the difference between the cost and the cost price. We consider the decision of questions of creation of the personnel management system on the FCA basis using the method of automated system-cognitive analysis (ASA-analysis), in particular: the measurement of the severity of socio-economic and psychological properties, metric scales, build intellectual measuring system, the development and application of models, providing both building occupation graphs and their application to measure the degree of compliance of the Respondent with the requirements of professional positions and to the positions including the cost of employment of personnel and resources allocated for staff on posts. The proposed approach can be applied not only at the decision of tasks of human resource management with DAF method, but when you apply the FSA in a variety of subject areas, in particular - the method of direct-Costing
