Description
The article deals with the study of vehicles impact on the environment, since one of the main causes of air pollution are cars with internal combustion engines. One of the most important measures in the fight for clean air is the creation of an environmentally friendly transport. From this point of view, the most promising is the electric car, as the only solution to the problem of atmospheric pollution. In this article, the history of the development of modern electric vehicles, the advantages and disadvantages of their design, as well as the possibility of introducing electric vehicles into everyday life are considered. After the analysis, it was concluded that, in spite of the obvious advantages and the huge path that electro mobiles went through in their development, humanity is still not ready to refuse from cars with internal combustion engines, opting for electric vehicles

DEVELOPMENT OF NEW DESIGNS OF MAGNETIC MECHANICAL INDUCTION MOTORS AND METHODS OF MANUFACTURING
DescriptionBased on the analysis of domestic and foreign scientific and patent literature, options for reducing the weight of electro technical steel in the magnetic circuits of electrical machines are explored. We have carried out a search for the best options of technology for the manufacture of magnetic cores of the stators of induction motors, aimed at increasing the utilization factor of electrical steel and improving the energy performance of electric machines. All options are described in detail and illustrated by drawings. We have listed the advantages and disadvantages of each method of manufacturing magneto-wires and the reasons why certain proposals of manufacturing technology cores have not been implemented in mass production. A variant of technology of manufacture of annular magnetic cores for mechanical induction electric motors is offered. The essence of mechanical design is to replace the laminated stator and rotor twisted from a strip of electrical steel, wound in the form of a ring with the simultaneous breaking-hell grooves with variable pitch under the stator windings and squirrel cage of the rotor coils. The effectiveness of the use of volute stator in mechanical electrical machines is confirmed in frequent controlled asynchronous torsion engine when tested pilot batch of the mechanical single-phase asynchronous motors for washing machines. This technology almost completely eliminates the problem of technological wastes of electro-technical steel regardless of the form of the stator bore (cylindrical, conical, flat end or flat line); it allows fully automate the manufacture of magnetic cores, greatly simplifies the stamps, makes them more durable

ECONOMIC METAMODELING AS AN AREA OF SCIENTIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND ACTIVITIES
DescriptionPhilosophical, methodological and methodical bases of modeling of economic objects, including the development of two metamodels – the metamodel of the economy as an object of cognition and metamodeling of economic objects are the field of economic metamodeling. The metamodel of the economy is considered as the context in which it is desirable to develop models of particular economic objects; it reflects in a formalized view its ontology, structure, logic, and objective function. Metamodel of social economy and its role in the knowledge of economic reality associated with their role in this process is offered. These features include: the reflection of the uniform nature of economic phenomena in the society; ensuring systemic relationship between the phenomena of economic reality and their models; ensuring the conceptual integrity of all economic models, which is formed to cognition and reflection of the being of the economy. The metamodel of modeling of economic phenomena, which is an algorithm for the modelling of any economic objects is offered. The metamodel of economic modelling is a prerequisite for the development of subject-specific models; it defines the semantic context of the modeling and the conditions of the practical application of the developed models. There is a need for a deeper understanding of economic metamodeling as an area of scientific knowledge and activity, it is considered as an important condition for the further development of economic theory

Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign scientific and patent literature, possible options to reduce weight of electro technical steel in magnetic circuits of electrical machines are explored. A search for the best options for the manufacture of magnetic induction motors stators technology aimed at improving the utilization of electrical steel and improving the energy performance of electric machines is carried out. All the variants are described and illustrated in detail in the drawings. It is pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of each method of manufacturing magnetic wires and the reasons why certain suggestions of technology of manufacturing magnetic circuits have not been implemented in mass production. The main indicators characterizing the manufacturability of constructive decisions are recommended. Economic indicators have been put in the basis of the choice of the optimal variant while designing the electrical machine. An optimal variant should be considered the variant in which all the technical requirements at lowest total cost are met. The latter should be understood not only the cost of materials and machine manufacturers, but also the cost of operation. The dependence of the energy performance of motors with modular designs of stators from the manufacturing technology is pointed out. The existing technology of the most mass electric motors series production, the following disadvantages are typical: low coefficient of utilization of electro technical steel; high specific material capacity, the cost of technology and labor intensity of production; low labour productivity and level of automation of technological process. METAMODELING IN THE SYSTEM OF KNOWLEDGE OF ECONOMIC REALITY
DescriptionThe role of modeling in the knowledge of economic reality and the formation of economic theory is shown. Informational, instrumental, and communication functions of the models are the most important ones in the process of understanding of economic reality. The urgency of increasing knowledge on economic models and process of modeling of economic objects is proved. In this regard, the need to address a number of issues that are related to the field of economic metamodeling is noted. The definition of economic metamodeling as a field of knowledge and activities associated with optimal formalization of the philosophy, methodology and practice of development models of functioning and evolution of the economy is given. Economic metamodeling is considered as an important factor in ensuring maximum adequacy of the economic theory developed on the basis of the wide use of models of the economy and society as the object of modeling and research. The ideas about philosophical, methodological and methodical bases of modeling of economic phenomena are outlined; the purpose and objectives of the economic metamodeling are defined. Such principles of economic modeling as basing on the common philosophical and methodological basis presented in the metamodel of social economy, recognition of the subordination of economic models based on structural and functional hierarchy, pragmatism, reality of the economic models, the unity of semantic security models, and the optimality of the layout models are formulated. A REVIEW OF THE CURRENT ELEMENT BASE WITHIN THE CONCEPT OF SMART GRIDS
DescriptionEnergy complex of the country is a collection of electrical installations high and low voltage, producing, transforming, transporting, distributing and consuming electricity. A huge web of networks and more than 700 generating plants with a total capacity of about 230 GW [1]. Almost 90% of this potential is formed in a unified technical complex of the Unified energy system (UES) [2]. Now there is a deterioration of the performance of the sector. In comparison with 90-mi years of XX century, more than 1.5 times increased power losses in the power grids. Significantly increased the proportion of obsolete electrical and auxiliary equipment, and the load on the network every day only increase. All speaks of the necessity of both local and global modernization of the electric power complex of the country and the creation of a new concept of consumption management and energy distribution in the network. In the framework of the energy strategy of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 13 November 2009 # 1715-R, to improve handling and ensure reliable operation of electric power systems, wider introduction of flexible transmission system (FACTS devices) and improvement of systems of automatic emergency protection and dispatching control [1]. THE NORTH CAUCASUS IN 1918-1919 YY: POLITICAL REGIMES AND FORMS OF THEIR STATE ORGANIZATION
DescriptionThe article is devoted to process of the state development and emergence of new forms of the government in the region of the North Caucasus during the Civil War. The author tells how forms of a political system and the government in the region after October revolution of 1917 have changed. He analyzes the process of emergence of the new military-political modes and character of a state system in its various areas. In the article, the political background of appearance of new forms of statehood and power organization is also considered. The author equally investigates the forms of the state life created by Bolsheviks and their supporters, and the forms of their political opponents – representatives of the white, antiBolshevist movement. The author emphasizes that it was the period of disintegration of traditional Russian statehood and traditional forms of the organization of the political power in the region. New options of the state system which are directly connected with the crisis of the Russian society in 1917 y. came in the region to replace the old ones. In some cases, they represented rather non-standard forms of the organization of the government, including formation of the Soviet republics in the territory of the region, appearance of the ataman power and military dictatorships.
