ADAPTATION OF NEW WORKER IN THE COMPANY
DescriptionAdaptation of a new worker of the company will be considered in this article. For many companies adaption of a new worker to his or her new job does not have much value. But this is a big mistake that many managers are committing. In this article we will have some more effective ways of adaptation of new workers, and how this can be profitable financially to companies by making the new worker efficient in a short period of time. This would be a winning strategy for modern companies. I noticed that in Mali and almost all developing countries they do not even care about this fact. In public or private services the new comers are not welcomed by stuff and managers. And that is why the productivity is not high during the first two or three years of new colleagues in the company. This article can permit managers to understand the theoretical process of adaptation; also it will give them an exact program to follow. Induction of new worker is an essential part of motivation theory of Human resource management. And the first days are very important for the new workers in the company. So to avoid stress and minimize the risk of mistakes and accidents a good and understandable adaptation program is needed. IMPORTANCE AND METHODOLOGIES OF EVALUATION OF HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT IN COUNTRIES
DescriptionHuman Resource development is an important asset permitting corporations and governments to survive in this unstable economic world. Skillful and well educated worker will always permit getting competitive edge. In this article after defining Human Resource development (HRD) and explaining the difference between it and Human development (HD), I will explain the problem of evaluation of HRD with concrete formula and case study showing how the return on investment can be measured. The methodological background with different approaches of more than 10 eminent writers on the question of training evaluation and the common points of them will be presented in a special table with references. Also in the article I ‘am going to give my concretes processes with typical strategy to follow in terms of HRD in government levels, more specifically in developing countries like Mali where Human capital development is a crucial question. Many corporate or state managers fail with their HRD strategy because of lack of knowledge or management tools which can help them do it. So I think this article will help them more and also will draw governments’ attention on the importance of investing in HRD and knowing good evaluation methods. The author’s concept of improving the efficiency of the use of information ressources in the international brands management in the global consumer market is considered. The idea of the concept is to create a new intelligent automated marketing information system of the organization and management of information resources and their adequate (semantic-linguistic, logical and statistical analysis) use in the management of international brands in the global consumer markets. The core of this system is a domain ontology that potentially makes possible to control and transfer an experience in the marketing environment. It is concluded that with further development of the concept, in particular on progress in the structuring of information and knowledge of the subject area, with success in the selection and formation of rules of logical inference, and from the success of the presentation in their native form will largely depend on building an effective intelligent automated training of marketing information systems

CORPORATE INTEGRATION AS A FACTOR OF INTENSIFICATION OF THE COMPANY`S INNOVATION CAPACITY
DescriptionThe article investigates a relation between the company`s innovation capacity and its integration strategy. The author considers main elements of innovation capacity: access to new technology, dynamic entrepreneurship, reproducible competitive advantages, supply of complementary goods. Further in the article main forms of corporate integration are being analysed: from zero integration to “mild” integration in the form of entrepreneurial networks and “strong” integration in the form of M&A. The author analyses the effect of different integration forms on the elements of a company`s innovation capacity and makes a conclusion that integration may serve a purpose of increase of innovation capacity by creating a synergistic effect which is shown in increased company`s potential and reduced transaction costs. Stronger integration means stronger synergistic effect and its effects. However, the author shows that “mild” forms of integration through entrepreneurial networks and strategic alliances may be the most prospective for further research because such forms of integration allow to affect all the element of innovation capacity without sufficient costs of implementation of integration strategy

TAX PARTNERSHIP LEVEL ASSESSMENT SCORECARD
DescriptionIn the era of economy globalization it is needed to find the new integration ways. Tax partnership reflects these new realities of integration processes in the territory of former Soviet Union, and it can become one of these new concepts. Tax partnership is offered to consider at the example of Russia and Kazakhstan, as the most initiative members of integration processes. In the article sufficient and necessary information base is offered at the initial stage of tax partnership. Information base requirements for the tax partnership level assessment are extended. The article provides the tax partnership level assessment scorecard, which includes two blocks – quality characteristics, and quantitative indicators. Method of tax partnership level assessment scorecard is developed, which allows estimating the reliable level of tax partnerization. Quality characteristics include similarity level of the taxation systems, certain taxes similarity level and tax partnership productivity. Quantitative indicators include the distance between coordinates and variation indicators regarding tax revenues and tax authorities’ examination. There is a great potential for further development and expansion of the scorecard. By the results of this scorecard it is possible to offer a measure package directed to increase tax revenue in the EEU countries and to improve their tax authorities’ examination

The authors made an analysis of biotechnology firms, working in medicine. In terms of the current direction of Russian economy in the process of import substitution, the researched topic of this article has its urgency based on understanding that to build competitive industries in the Russian Federation it is necessary to examine and adjust experience of leading states with certain achievements in pharmacology. Implementation of industry development programmes is possible not only through the active participation by state administration, but also through understanding of how overseas market participants operate. Thus, the object of research is companies of the biotechnology industry, the subject of the research are the financial indicators in relation to industrial value chain strategies. The United States market data was used because of the availability of substantial sources of information that are easier in intelligence conduction, and also due to the fact that the experience of the developed market economy can serve as a model for understanding the work of the business and its patterns for domestic entrepreneurs and public servants. Based on analysis made with descriptive statistics and econometric tools the authors demonstrated the correlation between financial performance and strategy of the value chain

THE FIRST RUSSIAN TRAVEL RELATION IN SOUTH AFRICA (1808)

DescriptionThis article examines the story of the unexpected stay of lieutenant Vasily Golovnin in South Africa in 1808 during his famous navigation around the world. In fact, the Russian sailor had to stop in Simonstown for a short while to stock up and put his boat in shape. However, his visit on this archipelago which newly belonged to British had coincided with the moments of crisis between Russian and British empires in Europe. These events obliged Golovnin to stay in the Cape of Good Hope for thirteen months. Enjoying his freedom of movement, the young navigator will exploit this long stay to describe the daily life of South African people. During his travels across the Cape Colony, Golovnin meets with colonists and colonized, and tells about the mechanism of their cohabitation. Even if it is not so abundant, his travelogue remains the first one realized by a Russian on South Africa and will always be crucial for the future generations of Russian mariners who will follow his itinerary. From Kronstadt to Kamchatka, Golovnin described the amazing events, but there, it will exclusively focus on the part of his travelogue [3] about his long and exceptional “stay at the Cape of Good Hope”

PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF DIGITAL ECONOMY IN SUB-SAHARAN AFRICA
DescriptionThis article deals with the problems and prospects of development of the digital economy of Sub-Saharan Africa. The work will examine the relationship between the development of new information and communication technologies (ICT) and the formation of civil society in the region. The stages of implementation of Internet technologies will be explored. The development in different countries according to national circumstances, understand the basic functions of the new ICT in the development of civil society and freedom of expression and development trends in the region will be studied. Africa itself is not the leader in terms of providing access to a communication area, only 13% (according to research by the World Bank), the inhabitants of the continent using the Internet. But it’s observed in Africa a high growth of the World Wide Web users in a relatively short period. Subsaharan Africa is one of the developing parts of Africa, taking into account the higher interest of the residents, technology is developing faster and the communications is the higher quality, The reason why young people have access to educational, take part in the dialogue with people from different countries, learn about the labor market, are part of a large community of interest, and in consequence are more critical of what is happening around. The article gives a definition of "digital economy" ; the graphs and charts that reflect the level of ICT development and participation of civil society in their distribution ; the participation of civil society in their dissemination ; review: dynamics of development of the digital economy, dynamics of the African telecommunications market, mobile market and all in the region's economy, the incredible pace of development of Internet technologies, socio-economic problems and challenges, the emergence of new jobs, new technology is providing the usual banking services, the emergence of e-government and its impact on the quality of customer service, the appearance of new educational technologies and resources, prospects of technology development and society under the influence of these technologies and more are considered. the data of the World Bank, the UN, Wireless intelligence, PwC, Internet world stats, UIT, GSMA, eMarketer, CNUCED and others.
